En este trabajo, analizaremos el vínculo entre el artificio epistolar, bajo la óptica del cuento, y la ficción autobiográfica en Correspondencia privada (2001), de la editora y escritora catalana Esther Tusquets. Así mismo, estudiaremos la construcción de los distintos destinatarios o interlocutores a los que se dirige en dicha obra y los múltiples procesos de reescritura de su proyecto literario que afectan a la misma. Abordaremos, de forma paralela, la conquista del espacio de lo privado por parte de la escritora desde su condición femenina y desde las categorías «experiencia» y «memoria»This research will analyse the relation between the epistolary art, throghout the tale genre, and the autobiographical fiction in Correspondencia privada (2001), of the catalan editor and writer Esther Tusquets. Nutripíldoras: consejo dietético en el joven diabético

La diabetes tipo 2, también denominada no insulinodependiente, es una afección crónica en la que el organismo no utiliza la insulina de forma eficaz. Esta enfermedad solía afectar a los adultos, generalmente debido a una mala alimentación o inactividad física, pero en los últimos años se ha observado un aumento constante en las personas jóvenes y en los niños. La diabetes se puede adquirir, entre otros, por antecedentes familiares, obesidad, o durante la pubertad debido a la resistencia a la insulina que producen algunas hormonas. Las complicaciones que tiene esta enfermedad, como las retinopatías, neuropatías, nefropatías, mayor riesgo de dislipemia o hipertensión, y la elevada mortalidad que produce, hace necesaria una educación diabetológica a las personas jóvenes desde que son diagnosticadas, para evitarlas. Este trabajo aborda el tratamiento no farmacológico de la enfermedad, más concretamente la terapia nutricional. Esto constituye el primer escalón del tratamiento en la prevención de la progresión de la enfermedad. El método utilizado para la educación nutricional a los jóvenes con diabetes es la elaboración de una nutripíldora . En ella se tratan tres temas principales: consejos de alimentación para el día a día, alimentos que regulan los niveles de glucemia y consejos para prevenir las hipoglucemias e hiperglucemias. Los jóvenes deben conocer lo máximo posible acerca de la alimentación que deben seguir y este vídeo de corta duración será una manera de que lo comprendan de forma sencilla, puedan elegir los alimentos más adecuados para su dieta y sepan actuar en casos de descontrol de sus niveles de glucemia.Grado en Enfermerí

Peer Victimization in Overweight Adolescents and Its Effect on Their Self-Esteem and Peer Difficulties

This study has three objectives: to examine whether adolescents who perceive themselves as overweight differ from others in terms of offline victimization at school, cybervictimization, self-esteem, and difficulties relating to peers; to examine the possible effects of offline and cybervictimization on self-esteem and difficulties relating to peers; and to examine the possible moderating role of perceiving oneself as overweight on those effects. Previously validated questionnaires were applied to a sample of 3145 adolescents in Asturias (Spain). Descriptive, inferential, correlational, and structural equation analyses were performed. Adolescents who perceived themselves as overweight reported being victims of both offline victimization and most forms of cybervictimization to a greater extent than those who did not perceive themselves as overweight. They also reported lower self-esteem and more peer difficulties (shyness or social anxiety). In both groups of adolescents, victimization and cybervictimization were correlated with each other, both types of victimization had direct, negative effects on self-esteem, and self-esteem in turn had a direct, negative effect on peer difficulties. Furthermore, offline victimization had a direct, positive effect on peer difficulties. Perceiving oneself as overweight moderated the effect of self-esteem on peer difficulties. In adolescents perceiving themselves as overweight, low self-esteem was a stronger risk factor of peer difficulties than in the rest of the adolescents. With high overall self-esteem there were no significant differences in peer difficulties between the adolescents perceiving themselves as overweight and the rest of the adolescents

Analysis of consequences of the measures of adaptation to climate variability and change of current storm sewer of Chapinero - Bogotá

En el presente artículo se realiza un análisis de las medidas de adaptación a la variabilidad y cambio climático dadas por el Plan Regional Integral de Cambio Climático de Bogotá – Cundinamarca (PRICC), para el alcantarillado pluvial actual en la localidad de Chapinero - Bogotá, debido a que en este sector se han presentado grandes problemas de inundación y encharcamiento por mal manejo de las aguas lluvias, lo que ha causado inconvenientes en los habitantes de la ciudad. Se da a conocer las diferentes consecuencias pasadas y presentes de los escenarios de encharcamiento que se producen en este sector, debido a que el sistema de alcantarillado pluvial actual no cuenta con las medidas adecuadas que se deben desarrollar e implementar para afrontar los efectos que pueden ocasionar la variabilidad y cambio climático. Por último, se dan a conocer las condiciones actuales del alcantarillado pluvial de Bogotá y las acciones que ha desarrollado el gobierno para poder mitigar los efectos que trae la variabilidad y cambio climático para la ciudad.In the present article an analysis of the adaptation measures to the variability and climate change given by the Integral Regional Plan of Climatic Change of Bogotá - Cundinamarca (PRICC), will be carried out, for the current pluvial sewage system in the locality of Chapinero - Bogotá, because in this sector have presented great problems of floods and flooding by mismanagement of rainwater, which has caused inconveniences in the habitants of the city. It is also intended to make known the different past and present consequences of the flooding scenarios occurring in this sector, because the current storm drainage system does not have the appropriate measures that must be developed and implemented face the effects which can cause variability and climate change. Finally, the current conditions of Bogotá's sewage system and the actions developed by the government are presented to mitigate the effects of climate variability and change for the city

San Martín en el imaginario popular del siglo XIX

El trabajo se propone detectar la presencia y el recuerdo de San Martín en la sociedad mendocina y en la Confederación. Se hace un breve repaso de los primeros biógrafos y escritores, introduciéndose en el debate acerca de los puntos de contacto o diferencias entre memoria e historia. Por medio de documentos de variada índole se demuestra que tanto la opinión nacional como la internacional tenía en gran consideración al Libertador aún antes del año de su muerte y con mayor razón después de dicha fecha. De tal modo se concluye que: San Martín no era un desconocido ni un personaje olvidado antes de que Mitre escribiera su célebre "Historia de San Martín y de la Emancipación Americana", y que era recordado en razón de ser un verdadero héroe, lo cual fue percibido por sus propios contemporáneos que dieron testimonio de ello.This paper aims to detect the presence and the memory of San Martín in Mendoza and in the Confederacy. After a brief review of the work of early biographers and writers, the points of contact or differences between memory and history are discussed. Through documents of various kinds it is shown that both the national and international opinion held San Martín in high regard, even before his death and even more so after that date. Thus, it is concluded that San Martín was not an unknown or forgotten character before Mitre wrote his famous "Historia de San Martín y de la emancipación sud-americana", that San Martín was remembered for being a true hero, which was perceived by many of his own contemporaries who witnessed to that.Fil: Greco de Álvarez, Andrea

Halorubrum chaoviator sp. nov., a haloarchaeon isolated from sea salt in Baja California, Mexico, Western Australia and Naxos, Greece

hree halophilic isolates, strains Halo-G*T, AUS-1 and Naxos II, were compared. Halo-G* was isolated from an evaporitic salt crystal from Baja California, Mexico, whereas AUS-1 and Naxos II were isolated from salt pools in Western Australia and the Greek island of Naxos, respectively. Halo-G*T had been exposed previously to conditions of outer space and survived 2 weeks on the Biopan facility. Chemotaxonomic and molecular comparisons suggested high similarity between the three strains. Phylogenetic analysis based on the 16S rRNA gene sequences revealed that the strains clustered with Halorubrum species, showing sequence similarities of 99.2–97.1 %. The DNA–DNA hybridization values of strain Halo-G*T and strains AUS-1 and Naxos II are 73 and 75 %, respectively, indicating that they constitute a single species. The DNA relatedness between strain Halo-G*T and the type strains of 13 closely related species of the genus Halorubrum ranged from 39 to 2 %, suggesting that the three isolates constitute a different genospecies. The G+C content of the DNA of the three strains was 65.5–66.5 mol%. All three strains contained C20C20 derivatives of diethers of phosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylglyceromethylphosphate and phosphatidylglycerolsulfate, together with a sulfated glycolipid. On the basis of these results, a novel species that includes the three strains is proposed, with the name Halorubrum chaoviator sp. nov. The type strain is strain Halo-G*T (=DSM 19316T =NCIMB 14426T =ATCC BAA-1602T)

Desarrollo de una taxonomía de las intervenciones farmacéuticas en pacientes VIH+ basados en el modelo CMO

Objective: To agree on a proposal for pharmaceutical interventions and establish their classification taxonomy according to the CMO-Pharmaceutical Care Model (Capacity-Motivation- Opportunity). Method: A study conducted between March and May, 2016. Two phases of development were defined. A literature review was initially conducted. Then, the DELPHI-Rand-UCLA methodology was used in order to reach a consensus about those interventions selected, and to define the taxonomy. Fifteen (15) experts, specialists in Pharmaceutical Care for HIV+ patients, were selected. This selection was explicitly conducted, following a protocol in order to avoid any bias. An initial proposal was developed according to the interventions extracted from Phase 1. These were tentatively classified according to the CMO Model, in a category based on their design and utility. Three issues were raised from the initial question: Do you agree with the proposed classification? If not, there was an option to re-categorize. Additionally, they were asked about the importance, priority and impact to achieve pharmacotherapeutic objectives that they would assign to it. Interventions were classified according to the degree of agreement. Once a consensus was reached, the final taxonomy was established. Results: Eighteen (18) articles were finally considered. The initial proposal included 20 pharmaceutical interventions with the following classification: seven in Capacity, eight in Motivation, and five in Opportunity. Those interventions considered to have greater importance and priority were: Review and Validation, Safety, and Adherence. The interventions with the greatest impact were: Review and Validation, Coordination, Adherence, and Motivation. On the other hand, the lowest scores for importance were for: Planning and Social Coordination; and in terms of impact: Social Coordination. Conclusions: The taxonomy reached by consensus will allow to classify pharmaceutical interventions with the new model, and therefore to conduct an improved research and patient care
