認知症対応型共同生活介護の組織的公正と介護福祉職の腰痛との関連
[目的]認知症対応型共同生活介護(以下、グループホーム)の組織的公正と介護福祉職の腰痛との関連について明らかにする。[方法]中国地方にあるグループホーム397施設に自記式調査票による横断調査を行った。欠損値のない523票を分析対象とした。調査内容は、基本属性、組織的公正尺度日本語版、腰の痛みの有無を尋ねた。腰痛の有無を従属変数とした単変量ロジスティック回帰分析を行った。[結果]経験年数3年以上5年未満(オッズ比〔95%信頼区間〕, 1.60〔1.02-2.52〕)、経験年数5年以上10年未満(1.71〔1.10-2.67〕)、経験年数10年以上(2.00〔1.06-3.78〕)、手続き的公正(0.66〔0.46-0.93〕)、対人的公正(0.68〔0.47-0.97〕)で有意差がみられた。[考察]経験年数が長いことがリスク要因となり、手続き的公正や対人的公正といった組織的公正の認識が高いことは腰痛の低下に関連していることが示唆された。グループホームの管理者は、心理社会的要因にも関心を払い、組織の運営をしていくことが求められる。[Objectives]This study aimed to define relationships between organizational justice and the incidence of low back pain (LBP) among professional caregivers employed in group homes for elderly persons with dementia in Japan.[Methods]We distributed the self-administered questionnaires to professional caregivers working in group homes for elderly persons with dementia of the Chugoku district. We received 523 completed responses to questions about items such as sex, age, year of work experience, job status, shift work, marriage status, and organizational justice. Single logistic regression analysis of these factors included LBP among professional caregivers as the dependent variable.[Results]Among the respondent caregivers, 414(79.2%) were women and 309(59.1%) of them had LBP, which was significantly associated with 3-5, 5-10, and >10 years of work experience (odds ratio [OR] 1.60, 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.02-2.52; OR 1.71, CI 1.10-2.67; OR 2.00, CI 1.06-3.78, respectively), procedural justice (OR 0.66, CI 0.46-0.93), and interactional justice (OR 0.68, CI 0.47-0.97).[Conclusions]LBP among professional caregivers working in 397 group homes for elderly persons with dementia in Japan is associated with work experience. However, the psychosocial factors of procedural justice and interactional justice reduced the risk of LBP among professional caregivers working in group homes. Thus, managers in group homes should consider these psychosocial factors to reduce the risk of LBP among professional caregivers
中国遼寧省の介護職員の腰痛の実態調査
【目的】中国の介護職の腰痛の実態を把握することを目的とした。【方法】遼寧省の公立総合病院の護理機関と系列養老センターに従事している99名の介護職員を対象に自記式質問紙による調査を行った。主な質問項目は腰痛の有無、主観的健康感、職業性ストレス、ワーク・エンゲイジメント等である。女性のみの95名を分析対象とした。腰痛の有無の2群の差は,連続変数についてはMann-WhitneyのU検定、カテゴリー変数はカイ二乗検定を行った。【結果】大学卒が高い比率を占め、雇用形態は正規雇用が73.7%であった。腰痛有訴率は69.5%で、腰痛の有無では、年齢、経験年数、主観的健康感、仕事の要求とワーク・エンゲイジメントに有意な差が認められた。【結論】介護職員の心身の健康を維持するカリキュラムの充実や腰痛予防の研修の機会を設けることや、最高責任者の院長が養老護理員を始めとする介護職の心身の健康維持促進に対する関心を持ち、対策をとる必要性が示唆された。[Purpose] This study aimed to the status of low back pain among professional care givers in China.[Method] The investigation was conducted by asking a total of 99 professional care givers working in a nursing home a public general hospital in Liaoning Province and an affiliated care center to complete a selfadministered questionnaire. Main questionnaire items included the presence or absence of low back pain, subjective health, work related stress and work engagement.On data from 95 participants who were all women, as for differences between low back pain two groups, continuous variables were compared by Mann-Whitney U-test and categorical variables were compared by theχ2 tests.[Results] The sample consisted of a large proportion of college graduates and 73.7% were regular employees. Low back pain was present in 69.5% of participants.Presence or absence of low back pain was a significant differences with age, years of experience, subjective health status, job demands and work engagement.[Conclusion] The results indicate the need for enhancing programs[Literally “curricula”] that maintain the physical and mental health of professional care givers, offering opportunities for professional care givers to participate in preventative training for low back pain, and encouraging hospital directors who act as chief executive officers to take interest in maintaining and improving the physical and mental health of professional care givers and other employees so they can implement effective measures

法学専門教育におけるジェンダー法学導入の現状と課題 : 米国ロースクールカリキュラム調査による一考察
本稿は、ジェンダー/フェミニズム法学を法学専門教育課程にどのように取り込みうるかについて、日本の法科大学院の主要なモデルのひとつである米国ロースクールの現状を調査し、今後の議論の素材を提供する試みである。米国ロースクールのカリキュラム、シラバス調査から、米国のカリキュラムにおいてはジェンダー関連科目が法学専門教育課程に提供されるべき科目として確立されているという結果を得た。その背景について、若干の考察を行う。また、日本の法学教育におけるジェンダー法学関連科目のカリキュラムの現状を概観する。This paper is a part of the project "A Practical research on the current issues and agendas for constructing a curriculum model which incorporates gender perspectives into legal professional education in Japanese Law Schools." We did research on curricula of several U.S. Law Schools in terms of the gender related courses and perspectives. Then we try to find what social and legal conditions have contributed to the U.S. legal education program in which gender related legal courses are established as standard courses
モノコック構法住宅におけるリブフレームの水平耐力特性について
Rib frame is the timber frame strengthened by the L shaped steel plate at the four each corner. They are connected in place by steel angles and covered with plywood panels, and make a semi-monocoque house the load of which are shared with rib frame and panels. In this report, strength characteristics of three types of rib frames for horizontal load are examined by the statical loading test. Standard type rib frame has sufficient strength and resists more than 5kN horizontal force at the 1/20 frame deformation angle and the efficiency of rib frame structure is storongly shown
