混合弹流润滑下直齿轮齿面磨损研究

为了研究渐开线直齿轮在混合弹流润滑下的磨损演化过程和磨损规律，考虑齿轮副的润滑条件、热效应和磨损过程中的载荷变化，建立了混合弹流润滑下的直齿轮副磨损模型；计算了齿面磨损深度、齿面接触温度和接触压力，对齿轮副磨损过程中的齿面接触压力和接触温度的变化进行了分析。结果表明，在齿轮副啮入点处的磨损量较大，齿面磨损在一定程度上能够使啮入位置的接触压力和接触温度降低，啮入点附近磨损速率随时间呈降低趋势。分析了齿面粗糙度、输入转矩和转速等参数对直齿轮磨损规律的影响。结果表明，合理设计齿轮参数有利于抵抗齿轮磨损

Measurement of integrated luminosity of data collected at 3.773 GeV by BESIII from 2021 to 2024

We present a measurement of the integrated luminosity e+e- of collision data collected by the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider at a center-of-mass energy of Ecm = 3.773 GeV. The integrated luminosities of the datasets taken from December 2021 to June 2022, from November 2022 to June 2023, and from October 2023 to February 2024 were determined to be 4.995±0.019 fb-1, 8.157±0.031 fb-1, and 4.191±0.016 fb-1, respectively, by analyzing large angle Bhabha scattering events. The uncertainties are dominated by systematic effects, and the statistical uncertainties are negligible. Our results provide essential input for future analyses and precision measurements
