    Molecular phylogenetic analysis of floating Sargassum horneriassociated with green tides in coastal area of Qingdao

    2013年6月份,我国黄海连续第7年暴发绿潮灾害,同时出现了漂浮褐藻规模聚集现象,进一步增大了山东半岛绿潮防控工作的难度。为了对漂浮褐藻进行分子鉴定,采用PCR扩增和序列测定的方法,获得了漂浮褐藻的5.8S r DNA-ITS序列。通过与已经报道的其他马尾藻属5.8S r DNA-ITS序列比对及系统发育分析,对绿潮暴发期间山东青岛近海出现的漂浮褐藻样品进行了分子鉴定。结果表明:该漂浮褐藻的5.8S r DNA-ITS基因序列全长1366 bp,其中ITS1序列长度为647 bp,5.8S r DNA序列长度为155 bp,ITS2序列长度为717 bp。序列比对分析显示,2013年绿潮暴发期..

    对热声系统的网络模型中回热器H矩阵的参数进行了分析,提出了一种H矩阵参数的测量方法。通过实验对简单圆管的无源网络进行测量,与模拟值有较好的吻合,证明实验系统是可靠的。在改变压力和频率的条件下对有源的热声制冷机回热器进行了测量和分析,模拟的结果与测量值基本上一致,流放大系数与模拟的结果偏差较大。说明热声系统是复杂的非线性系统,在线性假设前提下的热声网络模型的模拟结果会存在一定的偏差,尤其在大振幅条件下需要对网络参数进行测量和辨识,通过对网络参数的修正提高模拟的准确性

    合成孔径雷达(SAR)以其高分辨率、能不受雨云影响实施全天时全天候全方位监测,在海面溢油灾害应急监测过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。溢油是因为海面油膜抑制了毛细波和重力波,在SAR图像上呈暗斑而被识别。然而,海面溢油的乳化过程直接影响SAR对海面溢油后向散射截面的观测精度。本研究以物理海洋学和激光原理以及海面电磁散射理论为基础,通过实验利用激光扫描仪观测海面溢油粗糙度,分别与溢油特征参数、后向散射系数建立对应关系;耦合海面溢油参数与后向散射截面的关系,利用电磁散射数值建模方法,建立海面溢油散射模型,研究海面溢油乳化过程对微波后向散射截面的影响。本项目的研究将为SAR监测海面溢油量、溢油厚度及油品..

    通讯作者:牛建军,Email:niujianjun365@gmail.com 作者单位:1.厦门市疾病预防控制中心,厦门 361021; 2.厦门大学生命科学学院/国家传染病诊断试剂与疫苗 工程技术研究中心,厦门 361005[中文文摘]目的比较结核分枝杆菌γ-干扰素体外释放试验(TB-IGRA)与结核菌素皮肤试验(TST)在临床上用于检测MTB感染者的应用价值。方法 TB-IGRA与TST平行检测对147例菌培阳性肺结核患者,并分析年龄、性别和是否接种卡介苗对各自检测性能的影响。TST分别比较红肿硬块直径≥5mm(TST5)和≥15mm(TST15)者。结果 TB-IGRA和TST5的检出率分别为80.3%(118/147)和78.2%(115/147),均显著高于TST15的44.2%(65/147)。TB-IGRA在60岁以下年龄组的检出率显著高于60岁以上年龄组,TST15检出率随年龄变化趋势与TB-IGRA类似。是否接种卡介苗对TB-IGRA和TST15没有明显影响,而TST5在接种过卡介苗的患者中的阳性率显著高于未接种组。结论 TB-IGRA比TST有更高的检测灵敏度,可以作为判断结核分枝杆菌感染的手段之一。[英文文摘]The aim was to evaluate the clinical value on detecting Mycobacterium tuberculosis(MTB) of interferon-gamma release assay(TB-IGRA) comparing with tuberculin skin test(TST).Total of 147 cases of culture-positive tuberculosis patients were parallelly detected with TB-IGRA and TST,and the influence on their performance of age,sex and BCG vaccination were analyzed.TST was evaluated with two different criteria,diameter of swelling lumps ≥ 5mm(TST5) and ≥ 15mm(TST15) respectively.Results indicated that the positive rates of TB-IGRA and TST5 were 80.3%(118/147) and 78.2% (115/147)respectively,and singnificantly highet than 44.2% of TST15(65/147).The positive rate of TB-IGRA in patients below 60-year-old was significantly higher than those above 60-year-old,and that was observed in the results of TST15.Vaccination of BCG had no influence on the prefprmation of TB-IGRA and TST15,but the positive rate of TST5 was significantly higher in vaccinated sroup than in nov-vaccinated group.In conclusion,TB-IGRA has higher sensitivity  than TST,and could be used as one of the means to detect the MTB infection.国家十一五科技重大专项资助项目(2008ZX10003-004);福建省自然科学基金(2009-51),厦科发计(2009-15)和厦卫科教中医 (2009-627)联合资

    Current Statistical Machine Translation Research in China

    2005年7月13日至15日,中国科学院自动化研究所、计算技术研究所和厦门大学计算机系联合举办了我国首届统计机器翻译研讨班。本文主要介绍本次研讨班参加单位的测试系统和实验结果,并给出相应的分析。测试结果表明,我国的统计机器翻译研究起步虽晚,但已有快速进展,参评系统在短期内得到了较好的翻译质量,与往年参加863评测的基于规则方法的系统相比性能虽还有差距,但差距已经不大。从目前国际统计机器翻译研究的现状和发展趋势来看,随着数据资源规模的不断扩大和计算机性能的迅速提高,统计机器翻译还有很大的发展空间。在未来几年内,在基于短语的主流统计翻译方法中融入句法、语义信息,必将成为机器翻译发展的趋势。Institute of Automation,Institute of Computing Technology of Chinese Academy of Sciences,and Department of Computer Science of Xiamen University held the first Statistical Machine Translation Workshop in China together,from July 13th to 15th in 2005.This paper describes the tested systems of involved institutions,and analyzes the results of their experiments.The test results show that although the research of statistical machine translation started late in China,it develops rapidly.The tested systems got quite good results in a short period.Compared with the rule-based systems reported in the formal "863"evaluation,the performance is somewhat lower;however,the difference is small.According to the state of art and the trend of international statistic machine translation research,we believe that there is still great space for the improvement of statistic machine translation,with larger-scale data resources and more powerful hardware.In near future,phrase-based method incorporated with syntax and semantic information will become the mainstream of statistical machine translation.国家自然科学基金资助项目(60272041
