低密度基因芯片技术检测人乳头瘤病毒基因型
[目的]利用低密度基因芯片方法对人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)进行分型检测,建立一种经济实用的临床HPV感染的基因型检测方法.[方法]利用低密度基因芯片方法对145例阴道镜门诊病人的宫颈拭子标本进行HPV-DNA检测并分型.[结果]被检人群中共检测出57例HPV阳性,88例HPV阴性,HPV的感染率为39.3%,阳性标本中检测出12种高危型别,2种低危型别.其中单型感染51例(89%),混合感染6例(11%),16,31,18,58型检出率较高.[结论]低密度基因芯片是一种快速、简便、特异性强、灵敏度高的检测方法,在HPV和宫颈癌的筛查与诊断中有很大的应用价值

中对船舶的运动进行了实时交互控制。该系统在Vega的海洋模块中建立海洋场景,较真实地模拟了船舶在海面的运动情

Structure,Variations and Climatic Impacts of Ocean Circulation and the Warm Pool in the Tropical Pacific Ocean
热带西太平洋暖池是引发强烈的大气对流、驱动WAlkEr环流和HAdlEy环流系统的主要热源之一,对全球、尤其是东亚气候有重要影响。针对我国在提升气候预测水平方面的重大和迫切需求,国家重点基础研究发展计划项目“热带太平洋海洋环流与暖池的结构特征、变异机理和气候效应“于2011年7月正式立项。项目拟解决的关键科学问题包括:1调控暖池形成和变异的海洋环流多尺度相互作用过程;2海洋动力过程在暖池热盐结构变异中的作用及其机理;3暖池变异对不同类型El nIO影响机理的异同和对东亚季风变异的调制机理。围绕上述关键科学问题,项目将以暖池变异为中心,关注影响和控制暖池结构与变异的关键海洋过程,以及暖池海气相互作用影响EnSO循环、东亚季风年际变异的过程和机理,重点组织开展以下3个方面有针对性的调查研究:1热带太平洋环流和暖池的结构和变异特征;2热带太平洋环流与暖池相互作用的关键过程和机理;3暖池变异的海洋—大气耦合过程及其气候效应。在此基础上,项目将力争阐明暖池影响东亚季风和我国气候变异的过程、机理与敏感区,改进模式的混合参数化方案,提出有效提高EnSO预报技巧的同化方案,为我国短期气候预测能力的提高提供科学支撑。The warm pool in the western tropical Pacific Ocean is one of the major heat sources causing strong atmospheric convection,driving the Walker circulation and Hadley cell,hence influencing the global and East Asian climate.Facing the requirement of climate prediction,variations and climatic impacts of ocean circulation and the warm pool in the tropical Pacific Ocean,a project of the National Basic Research Program Structure,was approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China in July,2011.Three key scientific issues that will be addressed in the project are as follows.① Multi-scale interactions of oceanic dynamic processes associated with the formation and maintenance of the warm pool;② Roles of oceanic processes in warm pool′s thermohaline structure and its variations;③ Influence of the warm pool variations on different types of El Nino and the East Asia Monsoon modulation.Focusing on the above key issues centered at the warm pool′s variations and climatic impacts,three aspects of investigations will be conducted under the project: ① Structures and variations of ocean circulation and warm pool in the tropical Pacific Ocean;② Key processes and mechanisms of ocean circulation-warm pool interactions;③Ocean-atmosphere interactions associated with the warm pool variations and their climatic impacts.In this project,we will try to identify and understand the processes,mechanisms and sensitive areas of the warm pool variations influencing the East Asian Monsoon and climate variations in China,and offer scientific and methodological bases for improving the capacity of the short term climate prediction by developing ocean model′s mixing parameterization and assimilation schemes of coupled model for the ENSO prediction.国家重点基础研究发展计划项目“热带太平洋海洋环流与暖池的结构特征、变异机理和气候效应”(编号:2012CB417400)资
石子级配对混凝土工作性的影响
基于研究石子级配对混凝土工作性的影响,对混料设计方法设计了10组三级配石子混凝土配合比,测试了不同石子级配的混凝土的坍落度和扩展度,并对测试结果进行优化。结果表明:石子级配对混凝土工作性有重要影响,良好的石子级配可有效改善混凝土的工作性。采用混料设计的方法设计的混凝土配合比,可在尽量少实验量的基础上快速有效得到满足工作性要求的石子比例

采用带八级杆碰撞 /反应池 (ORS)的电感耦合等离子体质谱 (ICP MS)同时测定海水中的多种痕量元素 .在碰撞池中引入氢气或者氦气 ,消除海水基体盐分带入的分子离子 ,例如ArCl+,ArNa+等对超痕量As,Cu等的干扰 .可以直接同时测定稀释海水中的多种痕量元素 ,如V ,Cr,Mn ,Fe ,Co,Ni,Cu ,Zn ,As,Cd ,Pb和U .除了样品稀释外不需要任何预处理与富集工作 ,用海水标准参考样品NASS 5进行方法验证 ,大多数元素的测定误差在 1 5 %以内
Single-pass transformation of syngas into ethanol with high selectivity by triple tandem catalysis
乙醇既可作为替代燃料或优质汽油添加剂亦是重要基础化学品,同时也是一种理想的氢载体。乙醇需求量近年增长迅速,我国需求缺口巨大,当前合成气合成乙醇有三种方法,其中直接法因在同一催化剂上存在多种反应通道,导致产物选择性不超过60%。另一方面,多步法路线虽然较为成熟,但因反应和分离/纯化步骤多,存在成本贵、能耗高等问题。发展合成气直接制乙醇的新方法和新路线具有重大意义。王野课题组在C1化学领域率先提出以接力催化控制反应选择性的新方法,并在合成气高选择性制备液体燃料、低碳烯烃和芳烃等方面取得成功。该工作是在王野教授、张庆红教授共同指导下完成的。醇醚酯化工清洁生产国家工程实验室高工康金灿、2018级博士生何顺和2017级博士生周伟为论文共同第一作者。陈明树教授课题组在原位红外、准原位XPS等表征中给予了支持,南京大学彭路明教授课题组在固体核磁表征方面提供了帮助。Synthesis of ethanol from non-petroleum carbon resources via syngas (a mixture of H2 and
CO) is an important but challenging research target. The current conversion of syngas to
ethanol suffers from low selectivity or multiple processes with high energy consumption.
Here, we report a high-selective conversion of syngas into ethanol by a triple tandem catalysis. An efficient trifunctional tandem system composed of potassium-modified ZnO–ZrO2,
modified zeolite mordenite and Pt–Sn/SiC working compatibly in syngas stream in one
reactor can afford ethanol with a selectivity of 90%. We demonstrate that the K+–ZnO–ZrO2
catalyses syngas conversion to methanol and the mordenite with eight-membered ring
channels functions for methanol carbonylation to acetic acid, which is then hydrogenated to
ethanol over the Pt–Sn/SiC catalyst. The present work offers an effective methodology
leading to high selective conversion by decoupling a single-catalyst-based complicated and

蒿芩清胆汤及其拆方对湿热型流感病毒性肺炎及NF-κB水平的作用研究
目的:通过观察蒿芩清胆汤及其拆方对湿热型流感病毒性肺炎及NF-κB的干预作用,以期探讨其治疗机制。方法:通过气候仓、肥甘饮食加流感病毒滴鼻感染造模成功后,蒿芩清胆汤及其拆方组以相应中药干预,比较各组肺指数、光镜下病变程度半定量、肺组织NF-κB mRNA表达水平。结果:蒿芩清胆汤及其拆方均能不同程度降低肺指数、肺部病理改变及NF-κB mRNA表达水平,其中全方效果最佳。结论:蒿芩清胆汤具有抗湿热型流感病毒性肺炎的作用,其机制可能与抑制NF-κB活化从而减少其下游炎性细胞因子分泌,截断"炎症瀑布"效应有关
