    献血者中戊型肝炎病毒血症研究

    目的 了解湖州地区献血者戊型肝炎病毒感染情况。方法 采用ELISA法检测 30 4 7名无偿献血者血清抗 HEVIgM和IgG抗体 ,巢式RT PCR检测抗 HEVIgM阳性血清中HEVRNA。 结果  30 4 7名无偿献血者中抗 HEVIgG的检出率为 4 1.7% ,抗 HEVIgM检出率为 1.5 %。 4 6份抗 HEVIgM阳性中发现 6份HEVRNA阳性。献血者中病毒血症阳性率为 0 .2 %。 6名HEV病毒血症者中 4名为HEV基因Ⅰ型 ,另 2例为HEV基因Ⅳ型。结论 在献血者中HEV病毒血症并不罕见 ,有必要对输血后戊肝的潜在危险进行评估

    Desorption Electrospray Ionization Mass Spectrometry for Monitoring the Kinetics of Baeyer-Villiger Solid-State Organic Reactions

    Desorption electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (DESI-MS) has been used for monitoring solid-state organic reaction in ambient air, specifically the Baeyer-Villiger (BV) type reaction involving the oxidation of ketones (benzophenone or deoxybenzoin) by m-chloroperbenzoic acid (m-CPBA) in solid-state. The DESI mass spectra obtained at regular intervals during the BV reaction processes are featured, with the amount of ester products increasing as those of ketone reactants decrease. Quantitative analyses of relative intensities of the product, made to quantify the reaction degree of typical solid-state organic reaction (SSOR), show a precision with RSDs of around 5% to 12%, though the RSDs for direct analysis of intensities of the reactant or the product in the solid-state are obviously larger. The kinetics of the Baeyer-Villiger type reactions in solid-state are shown to be dramatically different, in reaction rate, kinetic curve, as well as concentration dependence, from those of the same reactions taking place in solution.NSFC,20525103,20721001 National Basic Research Program of China (973 Program)2007CB81530

    加拿大大学生汉语语音成功习得策略—兼论语言习得关键期假说

    提要本文以笔者所任教的加拿大大学生为研究对象,首先对超过语言习得“关键期”的学习者能够获得母语一样的语音进行验证,然后探讨成年学习者学习汉语语音的成功学习策略。本文的研究证实,成年人若使用适当的学习策略,就能够成功获得标准的现代汉语语音。成功的学习者都有较强的学习动机和主动学习的意识,而学习策略则是学生主动学习的一个工具。同样的课堂教学及教材教法,不同学习者理解、记忆直至获得目的语语音所采用的学习计划安排,及使用的途径方法等有所不同,甚至有明显的差别。在不同的场合情景下选择使用相应的学习策略,能够调动学生的组织能力和自我监控意识,让学生使用已有的知识解决学习中的新问题,通过与同学老师或汉语为母语者的互动,提高语音水平,进而帮助学生完成学习任务实现学习目标。</jats:p

    Constant-Energy Synchronous Fluorescence Spectrometry for Simultaneous Determination of Anthracene and 9,10-Dimethylanthracene

    [中文文摘]建立了蒽和9,10二甲基蒽的同时恒能量同步荧光分析法。它们的恒能量同步荧光光谱和常规荧光光谱相比,分辨力明显提高。蒽和9,10二甲基蒽的线性范围分别为0~2μg·mL-1和0~5μg·mL-1,检出下限分别为22ng·mL-1和17ng·mL-1,相对标准偏差不大于2%。水样中蒽和9,10二甲基蒽的回收率为85%~103%。该方法简便快速,无需预分离。[英文文摘] A new method of constant2energy synchronous fluorimetry to determine anthracene and 9 ,102dimethylanthracene simulta2 neously is suggested. The spectral resolution of the constant2energy synchronous fluorescence spectra of these two compounds was much higher than that of conventional spectra. The linear ranges for anthracene and 9 ,102dimethylanthracene were 022μg·mL - 1 and 025μg ·mL - 1 respectively. The detection limits of anthracene and 9 ,102dimethylanthracene were 212 ng·mL - 1 and 117 ng·mL - 1 respec2 tively , and the relative standard deviation was less than 2 %. When the new method was used for the determination of anthracene and 9 ,102dimethylanthracene in water samples , the recoveries were in the range of 85 % to 103 %.
