    本文以六辊轧机为对象,通过影响函数法推导了工作辊变形公式。利用MATlAb软件的guI功能编制了六辊轧机轧辊变形参数化求解程序。通过程序,研究了轧制工艺参数如轧辊直径、带钢宽度、轧制力及弯辊力等对轧辊变形的影响。As a example of six Roller-rolling mill, according to impacting function method, deformation formula of working roller is deduced.And, the parametric solving program is compiled by GUI function of Matlab software.Utilizing the program, the relations between rolling process parameter including of diameter of roll, width of strip steel, rolling force and bending roll force with deformation of roll are studied

    原位增强羟基磷灰石/壳聚糖复合棒材

    利用低温水溶液均相沉积法制备了磷酸钙盐微纤维;应用原位沉析法制备了壳聚糖(CS)三维棒材及羟基磷灰石(HA*)/CS复合棒材。XRD证实应用原位沉析法制备HA*/CS复合棒材过程中,磷酸钙盐转化为羟基磷灰石结构,尺寸为10~60μm,并用SEM对晶体形貌进行了表征,分析了转化机制。HA*/CS复合材料的微观形貌表明,HA*晶体在CS凝胶棒原位沉析的过程中析出而与CS基体形成镶嵌、相互咬合结构,且在基体中分散均匀,有效地提高了HA*与CS基体的界面连接作用,使力学性能显著提高。所制备的HA*/CS棒材随HA*含量的增大(在其饱和溶解度3.3 wt%范围内),复合材料的弯曲性能逐渐提高,当羟基磷灰石质量分数为3.3%时,复合材料的弯曲强度达到159.6 MPa,弯曲模量达到5.1 GPa,比CS基体分别提高85.6%和54.5%。HA*/CS复合棒材的弯曲强度和弯曲模量远高于松质骨,弯曲强度也比密质骨高

    본 연구는 한라산에 자라고 있는 미나리아재비무리의 변이현상을 밝히기 위하여 고도별로 A(해발600m), B(해발 1000m), C(해발 1500m)의 세 지점을 선정하여 각 지점에서 자라고 있는 미나리아재비무리의 외부형태학적, 세포학적 차이와 유사성을 분류학적인 면에서 조사 연구하였다. 채집한 식물의 일부는 이대 약초원에 심었고 나머지는 표본으로 만들어 외부형태, 잎의 표피, 화분의 크기, 염색체수 등을 비교 관찰하고, 토양함 수량을 측정 하였다. 각 지점에서 조사한 미나리아재비 무리의 특징은 Table 2와 같았으며 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 저지 (A지점 : 해발 600m)에서 고지대 (C지점 : 해발 1300m)로 올라감에 따라 외부형태학적으로 뚜렷한 차이를 나타냈다. 즉 고지대에서 자라는 미나리아재비무리에 비하여 저지대에서 자라는 미나리아재비무리는 키나 밑둥잎(Basal leaf)이 컸으며 한 개체에 달린 꽃의 수도 많았다. 그리고 고지대에서 자라는 미나리아재비무리의 줄기나 잎에 나있는 털은 거세로 노란갈색이었는데 저지대에서 자라는 미나리아재비무리의 털은 성기며 흰색이었다. 2. 이 세지점에서 자라는 미나리아재비무리의 염색체수는 2n=14로서 모두 동일하였으며 화분의 크기, 공변세포의 크기, 표피의 기본형에서도 뚜렷한 차이점을 발견할 수 없었다. 그러므로 한라산에서 자라는 미나리아재비무리의 변이현상은 고도의 구배에 따른 생태적 변화이며 세포질 유전에 의해 이루어진 것으로 생각되었다. 3. 한라산의 저지대에서 자라는 미나리아재비무리는 Ranunoulus japonicus Thunb. 로, 고지대에서 자라는 미나리아재비무리는 Ranunoulus orucilobus var. chrvsotrichus Nakai로서 각각 다른 종으로 취급되어 왔는데 이와는 달리 본인은 고지대에서 자라는 미나리아재비무리는 저지대에서 자라는 미나리아재비무리가 고지대의 환경에 적응한 생태종(Ecotype)으로서 저지대에서 자라는 미나리아재비무리의 아종(Ranunoulus japonicus Thunb. ssp. chrvsotrichus(Nakai) Y. Lee comb. nov.)으로 보았다.;In order to clarify taxonomical status of R. japonicus complex in Hanla mountain, cytological and morphological differences and similarities among R. japonicus complex were investigated at three altitudes of Hanla mountain. Author used the living and dry materials which collected from Hanla mountain. R. japonicus complex was compared at three altitudes based on the chromosome number, epidermis of leaf blade and pollen size. (Table 2.) The results were as follows; 1. There were distinct morphological differences among R. japonicus complex at different altitudes; the height, the size of leaf blade and number of flower were the largest in R. japonicus complex A(600m.El.) among the three groups and become smaller as the elevation rises to B(1000m.El.) and C(1500m.El.). The condition of hair of stems and leaves changes from a soft and white. one in R. japonicus complex A to a stiff and yellow-brown in R. japonicus complex C. 2. Chromosome number was fourteen, regardless of which altitude levels the three taxa was derived from pollen size, stomata size and epidermal pattern were not so different among the three taxa. External variation of R. japonicus complex in the Hanla mountain seems to be due to heridity of cytoplasm and the influence of environmental factors. 3. R. japonicus complex A and R. japonicus complex C had been identified as R. japonicus Thunb. and R. crucilobus var. chrysotrichus Nakai, respectively, However, R. crucilobus var. chrysotrichus was considered as an ecotype and subspecies of R. japonicus Thunb., which must had been adapted to a high altitude. Therefore R. crucilobus var. chrysotrichus was named R. japonicus Thunb. ssp. chrysotrichus (Nakai) Y.     A Quick Search Algorithm of SAT Neighborhood

    用局部搜索算法求解SAT问题,通常都需要在较大的邻域中,寻找合适的邻解。如果对邻域中的每个邻解,都通过重新判断每个子句是否为可满足来得到其可满足的子句个数,则时间耗费较多。已经有一些经典的处理方法,例如通过修改邻域结构,来减小搜索空间。从另外一个角度来考虑搜索过程,根据当前解和邻解的内在关系,介绍一种SAT邻域的快速搜索算法。该算法能在不影响解质量的前提下,快速寻找合适的邻解,从而进一步提高局部搜索算法的求解速度。另外,该算法还提供用于提高解质量的信息,有助于研究新的局部搜索算法。Using local search algorithm to solve SAT problem,usually needs to find the appropriate neighboring solution in the large neighborhood.It will be time-consuming to get the number of satisfied clauses for each neighboring solution through re-determine whether each clause is satisfied.There are some classical approaches,such as modifying the neighborhood structure to reduce the search space.Considers the search process from another point of view,and introduces a quick search algorithm of SAT neighborhood,according to the inherent relationship between the current solution and neighboring solutions.The algorithm can find out the appropriate neighboring solution quickly without effect the quality of solution,which will further enhance the solving speed of local search algorithm.In addition,the algorithm also provides information for improving the quality of solution to help research a new local search algorithm
