Study on Preparation and Luminescent Properties of Six Novel Red Phosphors for LED

PREPARATION of ALUMINUM TITANATE FILM VIA NONHYDROLYTIC SOL–GEL METHOD AND ITS FUSED SALT CORROSION RESISTANCE
采用非水解溶胶–凝胶工艺,以无水三氯化铝和四氯化钛为前驱体,乙醇为氧供体,环保型高沸点二元酸酯混合物AgSE为溶剂,四丁基溴化铵为稳定剂,在碳化硅基片上制备出均匀、致密的钛酸铝薄膜。借助差热–热重、X射线衍射、场发射扫描电镜和扫描电镜等研究了钛酸铝干凝胶热处理过程中的相变化、钛酸铝薄膜的晶相组成、显微结构及其抗硝酸钠熔体腐蚀性能。结果表明:在750℃低温制备的钛酸铝薄膜晶粒约为10nM,薄膜具有良好的抗硝酸钠熔体腐蚀性能;热处理温度提高到1350℃后,钛酸铝薄膜的晶粒增大至120nM左右,晶界面积急剧减小,无定形相消失,钛酸铝薄膜的抗硝酸钠熔体侵蚀性能大大提高。The homogeneous dense aluminum titanate film was coated on the silicon carbide substrate via nonhydrolytic sol–gel method (NHSG), using anhydrous aluminum chloride and titanium tetrachloride as the precursors, ethanol as oxygen donor, binary mixed ester AGSE with the characteristic of environmental protection and high boiling point as solvent, and tetrabutyl ammonium bromide as stabilizer.The phase transformation of Al2TiO5 xerogel during heat treatment, the crystal composition and microstructure of Al2TiO5 film and its corrosion resistance to fused sodium nitrite were studied by means of differential thermal analysis–thermogravimetry, X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that Al2TiO5 film annealed at 750 ℃ has the crystal size of about 10 nm and possesses good corrosion resistance to the fused sodium nitrite; the crystal size will grow to 120 nm or so when the heat treatment temperature increases to 1 350 ℃.The performance of Al2TiO5 film heat-treated at 1 350 ℃ will be greatly improved due to both sharp decrease of the grain boundary area and the dis-appearance of amorphous phase.国家自然科学基金(50762005;50962006);中国科学院特种无机涂层重点实验室开放基金资助项
Preparation of Aluminum Titanate Film by Sol-gel Method and Its Fused Salt Corrosion Resistance
以钛酸四丁酯和硝酸铝为原料,乙醇为溶剂,通过溶胶-凝胶法在碳化硅基片上制备钛酸铝薄膜。借助dSC-Tg、Xrd、fE-SEM和SEM研究了钛酸铝干凝胶在热处理过程中的热重效应与相变化、薄膜的晶相组成、显微结构及其抗硝酸钠熔体腐蚀性能。结果表明:制备的钛酸铝薄膜表面均匀、致密,晶粒尺寸在100nM左右,具有良好的抗硝酸钠熔体腐蚀性能。Aluminum titanate ( AT) film coated on the surface of SiC substrate was prepared via Sol-gel method,using tetrabutyl titanate and aluminum nitrate as raw materials,ethanol as solvent.The weight loss and phase transformation of AT xerogel during the heat treatment,the crystal composition and microstructure of the AT film and its corrosion resistance to fused sodium nitrite salt were studied by means of DSC-TG,XRD,FE-SEM and SEM.The results show that the prepared AT film is uniform and dense with the crystal size of about 100 nm,and has good corrosion resistance to fused sodium nitrite.国家自然科学基金(No.50762005;No.50962006);中国科学院特种无机涂层重点实验室开放基

2013年11月25日,首届中国科学院移动互联网应用青年创意大赛在中国科学院科普工作研讨会暨网络科普培训会上进行,心理所2013届硕士研究生杨国春(刘勋老师课题组,方向:情绪与认知的交互作用)的作品“情绪宝”荣获优秀创意三等奖。
移动互联网应用青年创意大赛由院条件保障与财务局、院团委、院青联联合主办,院网络科普联盟、院计算机网络信息中心承办,主要为了营造院内创新文化氛围,鼓励青年开拓创新。
情绪时刻伴随着我们,但是当情绪不佳的时候就会影响到我们的学习和工作状态,甚至可能发生更糟糕的事情。杨国春的创意作品——手机应用“情绪宝”通过用户报告、问卷鉴定、周期性记录分析、关联互联网等手段,以期实现情绪鉴别、情绪记录、分析个性、自动推荐调节素材、联网下载所需资料等主要功能。该“情绪宝”应用以心理学专业知识为背景,涉及自我报告法、问卷法、情绪规律、人格与情绪的关系、发泄调节、音乐治疗等相关理论基础
红色的地方,红色的故事——认知与发展研究室研究生党支部组织红色景点一日游活动
10月27日,心理所认知发展研究室研究生党支部联合所团委组织11名学生党员开展了以天安门广场为中心的红色景点一日游活动,参观及游览了天安门广场、毛主席纪念堂、铁道博物馆、东交民巷、国家博物馆等红色景点。
天安门见证了中国人民不屈不挠的革命精神和大无畏的英雄气概,五四运动、一·二九运动、五·二○运动都在这里为中国现代革命史留下了浓重的色彩。毛主席纪念堂位于天安门广场南面,是以毛泽东同志为核心的党的第一代革命领导集体的纪念堂,是爱国主义教育基地。铁道博物馆(正阳门馆)展览内容为“中国铁路发展史”,运用大量翔实生动的图片史料,全面展示了中国铁路130多年来的艰辛历程以及新中国成立以来中国铁路建设的辉煌成就和美好前景,是北京市科普教育基地,北京市爱国主义教育基地。东交民巷,在旧中国时为使馆区,从天安门广场南侧向东延伸的一条宁静而普通的小街,西洋小楼比肩而立“爱国主义教育基地”的木牌在小街的灰墙上高挂,警示世人勿忘国耻。中国国家博物馆位于天安门广场东侧,是一座系统展示中华民族文化历史的综合性博物馆。参观当日馆藏现代经典美术作品展正在举办,无数耳熟能详的画作从课本中走出,真实呈现在眼前
心理所举办首届青年技能大赛
12月9日,心理所首届青年技能大赛在南楼九层召开。本次比赛以“探讨心理学专业基础技能,交流不同方向研究方法,活跃研究所学术氛围”为宗旨,共有来自5个PI组的4支队伍参与了比赛。所长傅小兰、科研处处长陈雪峰、应用发展部副主任高路和心理所团委书记吴坎坎担任评委出席,研究生杨璨和吴晓丽主持。
本次比赛分三个部分。第一部分为专业基础知识竞答环节,每支队伍齐心协力完成必答和抢答题,题目涉及心理学领域各个方面,综合全面地考察了参赛队员的基本功;第二部分为“疯狂猜词”环节,考验了队员之间的默契和对心理学名人、统计术语、实验范式以及实验仪器等专业术语的把握程度;第三部分“作为被试拿第一”环节,让队员作为被试参与活动,亲身体验精彩的心理放松训练和微表情辨识等实验活动。最终,由张建新和隋南PI组联合组队以及金锋PI组的参赛队获得第一名,由周雯和张弢PI组组成的参赛队获得第二名。
比赛在参与者时而“摒心静气”、时而“阵阵欢笑”中结束,促进了各PI组之间的交流、增进了PI组群之间的合作,引导大家在严肃的学术氛围中体验科研的快乐
