    An algorithm for chip surface defect detection based on sequential similarity and light source automatic adjustment

    为了解决当前缺陷检查算法在保护罩反光环境下易导致采集芯片连接器图像光照不均,使其缺陷检测精度较低,无法精确定位出浅插与破损的不足,设计了基于序贯相似性检测匹配与光源自动调节的芯片连接器表面缺陷检测识别算法。首先,基于序贯相似性检测匹配,定位出连接器位置,提取出连接器不良常发区域;然后设计了光源自动调节机制,视觉软件通过光源数字控制器SDK与网线触发光源关闭或调暗,消除保护罩反光对图像质量的影响;最后采用线检测,统计缺陷区域二值图特征,完成缺陷检查。实验数据显示,与当前缺陷检查技术相比,在面对保护罩反光严重环境下的芯片连接器缺陷检查时,该算法具有更高的检查精度。Since the current defect detection algorithm used in the protection cover reflective environment is easy to result in the nonuniform illumination of the acquired image of the chip connector, make its defect detection precision low, and is unable to locate the shallow insert and damage, an algorithm for chip connector's surface defect detection based on the sequential simi- larity detecting marching and light source automatic adjustment was designed. On the basis of the sequential similarity detection matching, the position of the connector is located to extract the often occurring nonuniform illumination area of the connector. The light source automatic adjustment mechanism was designed. The visual software triggers the light source's turnoff or dim- ming through the light source digital controller SDK and cable to eliminate the effect of light reflected by the protection cover on image quality. The line detection is used to count the features of the binary image of the defect area to detect the defect. The ex- perimental data shows that, in comparison with the current defect detecting technology, the algorithm proposed in this paper has higher detecting precision while detecting the defect of the chip connector in the protection cover reflective environment.福建省教育厅科研课题资助项目(JAT160832

    Structure, Energetics and Vibrational Frequency Shifts of Water Molecules Confined Inside Single-walled Carbon Nanotubes:A DFT Study

    利用密度泛函理论中的杂化泛函M06-2X研究了受限于不同管径单壁碳纳米管(SWCnT)内水分子团簇(H2O)n=3~6的结构、能量以及振动频率.结果显示由于SWCnT的限域效应,水分子团簇的几何构型与在真空相比发生了巨大变化,如受限(H2O)6能形成单链锯齿型水分子构型.随着管直径的增大,纳米管与水之间的相互作用逐渐减弱,但水分子之间的氢键相互作用能变化不大.对比受限和真空下水分子O—H振动频率发现,绝大部分O—H的振动频率由于碳纳米管与水的相互作用而发生了红移.AIM理论分析显示O—H振动频率的红移应归因于其电子密度的减小.这也表明碳纳米管绝非简单的几何限制效应,而是与水分子之间存在弱电子相互作用,主要包括H…π氢键作用和O…π轨道作用,从而导致水分子的小部分电荷转移到了SWCnT上.The study of confined water molecules has attracted much attention because of their fascinating properties.In the present work, small water clusters(H2O)n=3~6 encapsulated in different diameter of single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNT) were investigated using density functional theory(DFT).The DFT-based M06-2X method along with mixed basis sets(6-311+G(d, p)//6-31+G(d)) was employed in all calculations for structure, interaction energy, charge transfer and vibrational frequency.The results indicate that as compared to water molecules in vacuum, the geometries of confined water molecules changed significantly due to the confinement effect of carbon nanotubes, for example, the(H2O)6 cluster can form chain-like configuration via hydrogen bond.The tube-water interaction energy decreased with the increase of the nanotubes diameter, while the hydrogen bond energy between water molecules changes slightly.Vibrational analysis reveals the red shift of the majority of the O—H stretching modes inside SWCNT compared to vacuum vibrational frequencies due to the tube-water interaction.The Bader's theory of atoms in molecule(AIM theory) has been used to characterize the tube-water interactions.Electron density ρ that reflects the strength of a bond has been used to explain the phenomenon of the red shift.The AIM analysis suggests that the red shift of O—H vibrational frequencies for confined water molecules should be attributed to the decrease of the electron density ρ.This fact demonstrates that the tube-water interaction is not a simple effect of geometry confinement, but weak electronic interaction between the molecular orbital of the confined water molecules and the delocalized π electrons from carbon nanotube.It mainly includes the H…π hydrogen bond interaction and O…π orbital interaction, resulting in a slight charge transfer from water molecules to SWCNT.Therefore, when constructing carbon nanotube devices, one should not ignore the existence of water molecules.We hope that our results can provide a guidance to the understanding of the behavior of water molecules encapsulated inside nanoscale environment.国家重点基础研究发展计划(No.2012CB214901); 国家自然科学基金(No.51274197)资助~

    基于均匀设计的祛湿化瘀方防治脂肪肝不同作用环节的主效应中药剖析

    目的:以对实验性脂肪肝有显著防治作用的祛湿化瘀方为切入点,探索中药复方多途径、多环节药理作用的相应物质基础的研究方法。方法:采用CCl4复合高脂低蛋白饮食诱导的大鼠脂肪肝模型,运用"均匀设计法",根据复方中的5味中药(茵陈、栀子、虎杖、田基黄、姜黄),选用U11(1110)表进行组方设计所得10种组合进行干预,分别以肝甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、丙二醛(malonyl-dialdehyde,MDA)为不同病理环节的考察指标,根据回归方程获得针对上述不同指标所提示的最佳效应中药或某种配伍组合,并根据其提示的效应中药或组合,重新分组实验进行验证。结果回归方程显示,降低肝脏TG的最佳效应组合是茵陈0.07g、田基黄0.05g、栀子0.17g、姜黄0.03g,降低ALT的最佳效应组合是茵陈0.33g、虎杖0.25g、田基黄0.25g、姜黄0.17g。而针对MDA未获得回归方程。验证实验证实了上述"筛选"结果的可靠性。结论:①均匀设计是可靠的剖析某一病理环节主效应中药或配伍组合的分析方法;②在整体实验水平,针对某一指标环节的最佳效应中药仍以中药配伍组合方式出现,也说明了中药配伍复方针对复杂病理变化的科学性

    Effects of Serum Medicated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on the Induced Degeneration of Articular Chondrocytes in Vitro Culture Based upon “caveolin-p38MAPK” Signal Pathway

    目的:观察独活寄生汤含药血清对兔退变软骨细胞“CAVEOlIn-P38MAPk“信号通路的调控作用,探讨独活寄生汤治疗骨关节炎的作用机制。方法:将20只3月龄新西兰兔随机分为生理盐水组(空白血清组)和独活寄生汤组(含药血清组),每组10只。分别在24 H、36 H、48 H不同采血时间点采集独活寄生汤含药血清和空白血清,将5%、10%、15%、20%不同浓度两种血清作用于体外培养第2代软骨细胞,确定含药血清最佳干预条件;建立体外退变软骨细胞模型,分别给予独活寄生汤含药血清(含药血清组)和空白血清(空白血清组)干预36 H,收集软骨细胞,运用WESTErn blOT法检测血清干预后退变软骨细胞CAVEOlIn-1、P38、P-P38蛋白表达,rT-PCr法检测血清干预后退变软骨细胞白细胞介素(Il)-1β、肿瘤坏死因子(Tnf)-α、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-3、MMP-13、CAVEOlIn-1 M rnA表达。结果:浓度为15%的36 H采血时间点含药血清的促增殖作用最明显;退变软骨细胞中存在“CAVEOlIn-P38MAPk“信号通路的激活,独活寄生汤含药血清可抑制CAVEOlIn-1、P-P38蛋白表达及Il-1β、Tnf-α、MMP-3、MMP-13、CAVEOlIn-1 M rnA的表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤能通过抑制“CAVEOlIn-P38MAPk“信号通路的激活及其下游效应分子,从而有效抑制软骨细胞凋亡。Objective:To observe the effects of serum medicated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on the induced degeneration of articular chondrocytes in vitro culture based upon "caveolin-p38MAPK" signal pathway and probe the mechanism of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the treatment of osteoarthritis.Methods:20 March old New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into normal saline group(blank serum group)and Duhuo Jisheng Decoction group(drug containing serum group),10 rats in each group.The second generation of cartilage cells was cultured in vitro using different time points of sample collection such as 24 h,36 h and 48 h,serums medicated with 5%,10%,15% and 20% concentrations of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction and blank serums.The best intervention time of medicated serum was determined,which was then used to deal with the degenerating chondrocytes.The degenerated cartilage cell models in vitro were established,which were intervened by the serum medicated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction(drug containing serum group)and the blank serum(blank serumgroup)after 36 h,collecting chondrocytes.The Western Blot method was used to detect the expression of degenerated cartilage cells caveolin-1 and p-p38 protein after serum intervention.The RT-PCR method was usedto detect the expression of degenerated cartilage cells IL-1β,TNF-α,MMP-3,MMP-13 and caveolin-1 m RNA after serum intervention.Results:The concentration of 15% and 36 h sampling time point serum on the proliferation;the activation of "caveolin-p38MAPK" signaling pathway in the degeneration of cartilage cell,Duhuo Jisheng decoction containing serum can inhibit the expression of caveolin-1,p-p38 protein expression and IL-1β,TNF-α, MMP-3,MMP-13,caveolin-1,m RNA,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Duhuo Jisheng decoction can inhibit the "caveolin-p38MAPK" signal pathway and its downstream effector molecules, which can effectively inhibit the apoptosis of cartilage cells.国家自然科学基金资助项目(81302986); 福建省卫生厅青年科研课题资助计划项目(2012-2-69); 福建省自然科学基金(2013J01389); 福州市卫生系统科技计划(2013-S-wq6
