An Empirical Analysis of the Contribution of Fiscal Expenditure to the Economic Growth
由于受国际金融危机的影响,各国政府都在不同程度上扩大了其支出水平,推动经济的发展与复苏。文章首先建立政府支出对经济增长贡献率关系的理论模型,然后基于我国的相关数据,运用联立方程组模型,进行实证分析。实证结果表明,政府支出对经济增长不仅有直接的拉动作用,而且还会通过消费、投资的促进作用间接地拉动经济增长,同时还对政府支出对经济增长的贡献率进行了估计。Due to the international financial crisis,each governments try to expand its expenditure level to promote economic development and recovery.In this paper,the author builds up a theortical model of the contribution of fiscal expenditure to the economic growth,and model conclusions are tested by using simultaneous-equation model based on the data of our country.And then the research reveals that fiscal expenditure not only has a direct role in stimulating the economic growth,but also has an indirect role in promoting economic growth through the consumption and investment,meanwhile,the contribution rate of the fiscal expenditure to economic growth has been estimated
Capacity Modulation Device with Changing Concentration of Mixture Refrigerant:A State-of-the-art Review
Air source heat pump is widely used, and a capacity modulation with concentration of mixture refrigerant is a new type modulation of environment protection and energy conservation. In this paper, the state of the art of existing variable concentration devices with mixture refrigerant is presented and their types are described according to their locations in the system. The analysis results indicate that the variable concentration device should be set at the outlet of liquid refrigerant in order to change concentration of mixture refrigerant in air source heat pump. Moreover, a rectification section is more effective to change concentration than a gasliquid separator or liquid reservoir, and the middle throttling apparatus should be an electronic regulation device other than a capillary tube. The improvement and application of variable concentration devices in air source heat pumps are also discussed
Spectrum-effect relationship of immunosuppressive activity of Leigongteng Duogan Tablet based on partial least squares regression analysis
目的初步探讨雷公藤多苷片免疫抑制作用及其HPlC指纹图谱间的相关性。方法采用HPlC建立7个厂家生产的雷公藤多苷片醋酸乙酯提取物的指纹图谱,选择刀豆蛋白A(COn A)刺激的小鼠脾淋巴细胞模型进行免疫抑制药效学研究,分别考察雷公藤多苷片对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖以及细胞因子γ干扰素(Ifn-γ)分泌的影响;采用偏最小二乘回归分析法分析谱效关系。结果建立了7个厂家生产的雷公藤多苷片的HPlC指纹图谱,从HPlC指纹图谱中提取出18个能够表征差异的特征峰。药效研究结果显示不同厂家生产的雷公藤多苷片均可显著抑制COn A诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖和Ifn-γ的分泌(P<0.05)。偏最小二乘回归法分析结果显示,以抑制小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖IC50值为药效指标时第1、2、6、7、17、18号峰为药效峰;以Ifn-γ分泌抑制率为指标时,第1、2、6、7、8、9、12、13号峰为药效峰。结论第1、2、6、7、8、9、12、13、17、18号峰所代表的化合物可能为雷公藤多苷片中发挥免疫抑制主要有效成分。Objective To investigate the immunosuppressive components in Leigongteng Duogan Tablet(LDT).Methods High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was applied to establish the fingerprint for LDT from seven manufactures.The immunosuppressive effect of LDT was observed on Con A-induced mice spleen cells, and the cell proliferation and contents of IFN-γ were recorded.Then the partial least squares regression(PLSR) analysis was used to investigate its spectrum-effect relationship.Results The HPLC fingerprint for LDT from seven manufactures was established, and 18 characteristic peaks were confirmed.The in vitro cell experimental results showed that the proliferation of mice spleen cells and secretion of IFN-γ were inhibited by all LDT significantly compared with the control group.According to the results of PLSR, No.1, 2, 6, 7, 17, and 18 peaks were strongly related to the proliferation inhibition of mice spleen cells and No.1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, and 13 peaks were related to the secretion of IFN-γ.Conclusion The No.1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 17, and 18 peaks are the principal immunosuppressive substances in LDT.福建省科技计划重大项目(2012I1001
通过生物信息学方法筛选新的非酒精性脂肪性肝炎关键基因
目的通过生物信息学方法筛选新的非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(non-alcoholic steatohepatitis,NASH)关键基因,从而为NASH的诊断和治疗以及科研提供新的思路与方法。方法通过GEO(Gene Expression Omnibus,GEO)数据库获取关于NASH的基因表达芯片数据,进一步通过GEO2R在线分析工具分析手段获得NASH和正常组织的差异化表达基因(differentially expressed genes,DEGs)。随后,对这些DEGs进行功能富集分析,同时借助于蛋白-蛋白相互作用网络图分析(protein-protein interaction,PPI)去寻找NASH发生和发展的潜在分子作用机制。结果获得GSE17470芯片,514个DEGs以及11个关键基因(VEGFA、FOS、CAT、ALDH7A1、ALDH1B1、ALDH1A1、ALDH2、ERBB2、ALDH1L1、TF、ALDH8A1),功能富集分析提示DEGs多参与代谢过程,包括三大营养物质(糖类、脂肪、蛋白质)代谢,尤其是脂质代谢,同时与氧化还原生理过程密切相关,其中3个关键基因(CAT、ALDH2、ALDH8A1)与肝癌的生存分析具有紧密联系,可能与NASH发展到HCC密切相关。结论这些筛选出来的NASH关键基因在未来可能会成为NASH新的诊断生物学标志物或靶向性治疗的目标,为未来本领域的科学探索奠定新的方向。陕西省科技攻关计划项目(2016SF-327);;\n陕西省普通高等学校优势学科建设项目(陕教位[2014]3号
重型β-地中海贫血患者青春发育状况及影响因素
【目的】分析中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院的重型β-地中海贫血(β-TM)患者青春发育特点及影响因素。【方法】通过对42 例年龄≥10 岁β-TM 患者进行随访资料回顾、问卷调查、体格检查及实验室检查等评估青春发育状态,分析影响β-TM 患者青春发育的可能因素。【结果】24 例(57.14%)β-TM 患者出现青春发育异常,女性以乳房不发育、原发性闭经及男性以睾丸不增大、阴茎短小为主要表现。其中β0β0 基因型、脾切除后、维生素D 缺乏或者伴有糖尿病的β-TM 患者的青春发育异常发生率均显著增高,差异有统计学意义(χ2 = 3.966,5.196,5.567,4.714,P = 0.046, 0.023,0.018,0.030)。经Logistic 回归分析得出心MRT2* < 20 ms 是β-TM 患者青春发育异常的独立危险因素。【结论】β-TM 患者青春发育异常较常见,起始祛铁年龄大、严重心铁过载、β0β0 基因型、脾切除后以及合并其他内分泌疾病的β-TM 患者青春发育异常发生率更高,低促性腺激素性腺功能减退症可能是青春发育异常的主要发病机制
Reorganization of motor function in patients with brain tumors as revealed by fMRI combined with an alternating movement task
目的:应用fMRI研究双手交替运动模式下中央沟附近脑肿瘤患者运动功能重组的方式及特征。方法:6名正常受试者和14名脑肿瘤患者采用双手交替对指运动模式行fMRI扫描,比较正常受试者与脑肿瘤患者脑激活的异同。结果:正常人单手对指运动主要激活运动手对侧的大脑半球和同侧小脑半球。脑肿瘤患者非受累手运动所致的激活与正常受试者基本相同; 而当受累手运动时,则出现运动功能的重组,包括肿瘤对侧正常半球内M1区的代偿性激活、肿瘤侧半球MI活动的减弱、双侧SMA等次级运动中枢激活区的增大以及双侧小脑半球的激活。结论:采取双手交替运动模式,fMRI不仅显示了受累侧运动区的变形与移位,而且揭示了一种新的功能重组模式,即运动功能重组可能涉及分布于全脑的整个神经网络
