乳腺癌病人血清HER-2/neu检测及其临床意义
【目的】本研究分析晚期乳腺癌患者血清HER-2/neu的水平与预后的关系,并探讨其临床意义。【方法】酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测94例晚期乳腺癌患者血清HER-2/neu的浓度.分析血清与组织中HER-2/neu表达的相关性,并分析其与患者预后的关系。【结果】94例晚期乳腺癌患者就诊时的血清HER-2/neu浓度为0.34-275.25μg/L(平均浓度为23.69μg/L)。血清HER-2/neu浓度的高低与化疗的有效性、疾病进展时间的长短无关。晚期乳腺癌患者的血清HER-2/neu浓度与肿瘤组织中HER-2/neu表达强阳性是一致的。【结论】血清HER-2/neu尚不能确立为独立的预后指标,需要更多的病例进行分析
公共服务水平与经济发展水平相适应机制建设的本土探索——厦门市的案例研究

Imposex of Thais clavigera and Cantharus cecillei in the coastal waters of Xiamen
海产腹足类性畸变以其对有机锡的敏感性、特异性和不可逆性而成为海洋有机锡污染的理想指示种。调查研究了厦门海域岩相海岸带疣荔枝螺(THAIS ClAVIgErA)和甲虫螺(CAnTHAruS CECIllEI)的性畸变情况,通过生物学指标IOI(性畸变率)、rPSI(相对阴茎发展指数)、VdSI(输精管发展指数)及SrI(性比指数)综合评价其性畸变发展程度,间接指示厦门周边海域的有机锡污染程度。研究结果发现,在采集疣荔枝螺的17个站点中有5个站点种群性畸变率为100%,其中宝珠屿种群性畸变程度最为严重,VdSI达4,采集甲虫螺的4个站点的种群性畸变率均为100%。性畸变程度较严重的种群普遍集中于厦门西港,并且表现出由港内到港外逐渐减轻的趋势,而白城、会展中心和大嶝岛等位于开阔的厦门东海域的种群性畸变程度最轻,与往年厦门西海域有机锡污染监测数据相比一致,体现出性畸变程度与有机锡污染程度及海港码头远近之间的相互关系。The degree of imposex,i.e.the imposition of male characteristics onto females,in neogastropods can be used as a sensitive and accurate biomarker to evaluate organotin contamination in coastal marine environment.Now,the imposex status in females of Thais clavigera and Cantharus cecillei in 17 sites was investigated to evaluate the organotin contamination along Xiamen Bay during 2006 and 2007.The four indices including incidence of imposex(IOI),relative penis size index(RPSI),vas deferens sequences index(VDSI) and sex ratio index(SRI) were used comprehensively to assess the imposex status in order to ascertain the extent of organotin bioavailability in Xiamen Bay.Based on this research,T.clavigera in 5 sites and C.cecillei in all survey sites exhibited the IOI of 100%.At Bao ZhuYu Islet,the imposex level was the most serious with maximum VDSI value of 4.In general,the imposex level decreased from the inner to the outer of Xiamen Western Harbour,and the populations in the open Xiamen Eastern Waters including Bai Cheng,Convention and Exhibiton Center and Dadeng Island showed a lower imposex level.These results were accordant with the concentrations of organotins in 2005.The imposex degree also increased with increasing organotin contamination and decreasing distance from shipping facilities.国家自然科学基金资助项目(40476048);厦门大学近海海洋环境科学国家重点实验室开放基金资助项目;厦门大学新世纪优秀人才计划基金资助项
三叶膨胀管管内传热与阻力特性研究
通过搭建单管换热性能实验装置,对三叶膨胀管管内传热与阻力特性进行了测试。以实验测试结果为基础,对数值计算模型的可靠性进行了验证,采用FLUENT软件对不同规格参数的三叶膨胀管管内传热与阻力特性进行了数值研究。模拟计算结果表明,三叶膨胀管管内的强化传热机理主要是由于管内特殊的螺旋通道,使得流体呈现出三维纵向旋流的流动形态,管内产生了垂直于主流方向上的二次流,二次流主要分布在换热管的3个膨胀区,二次流的产生促进了流体间的径向混合,增强了对壁面换热边界层的扰动。在文中研究范围内,三叶膨胀管的传热性能和摩擦阻力随着扭距的减小而增大,随着内切圆直径的减小而增大,随着过渡圆弧直径的减小,先减小后增大

三维变形管换热器在压缩机中间冷却器中的应用研究
中间冷却器是提高压缩机效率的一种重要设备,在对三维变形管换热器的结构和传热特点进行介绍的基础上,对其在压缩机中间冷却器中的应用进行了可行性分析。采用三维变形管换热器对中石化某年产100万吨延迟焦化装置用富气压缩机中间冷却器进行了技术改造,并进行了实际运行测试和考核分析。结果表明:三维变形管换热器有效解决了管束的振动问题,在换热面积减少37.4%、气体阻力降低36.9%的情况下,气体出口温度达到生产工艺要求,起到了良好的节能节材效果
The extracting system design of small dim targets in complex background

For the moving small dim targets in visible image sequences with low SNR and complex background, whose contained characters are simple and poor, they are extracted difficultly. This paper proposes a new method to detect and extract positions of small dim moving targets. According to the features of moving targets, in a very short time interval, the target trajectory is considered as a straight line approximately. Firstly, it makes use of threshold segmentation methods to extract the positions of targets in each frame, then building the motion line equations after the joint of multi-frame processing results. Finally, the position of small dim targets are detected out and extracted, and false targets are eliminated accurately. Hardware system was designed and the algorithm is implemented on hardware systems successfully. The experiment results show related functions of the system and extracting algorithm is feasible, the system is stable and has a strong process ability, which can effectively detect and extract small and dim target in complex background correctly.</p
Experimental investigation of drop evaporation in microgravity onboard Chinese Satellite SJ10
The space experiments EFILE (Evaporation and Fluid InterfaciaL Effects) of sessile drop evaporation process were performed onboard the Chinese Scientific Satellite SJ10. The space experimental facility of drop evaporation and convection consist of a pair of drop evaporation test units, including two different heating substrates, two optical observation modules (CCD + back light), two liquid injection modules, two substrate sealing modules and environment monitor module (Fans + pressure measurement sensors), electronic control module. Both copper substrate and PTFE substrate were used as drop evaporating plates at which heating temperature can be controlled from 30-50?. Test liquid is pure ethanol. In orbit experiment process, the shapes of sessile droplet (volume and contact angle) have been recorded, and the heating temperature on the substrates, the heat flux between liquid drop and substrate and the pressure and humidity of air environment inside the set-up box, were measured and download on the earth. The duration of total experiments on orbit is about 25 hours in which 24 times of drop evaporations were carried out successfully on both PTFE and copper substrates respectively, for different heating temperature at the substrate and different injected volumes of drop. The largest sessile droplets with a diameter more than 10mm were created by injecting on the substrates in space. The variations of average evaporating rate of droplet for different heating temperature and drop volumes were obtained in space and compared to the ground-based experimental results. The space experimental results show that the evaporation of liquid drop can be separated evidently into 3 stages and in microgravity condition, larger droplets are easy to be formed and the evaporating lifetime become evidently longer than that on the ground.
