长江中游三个湖泊中华绒螯蟹生长变化研究
选择长江中游的牛山湖、武湖和东汤逊湖三个典型的河蟹养殖湖区作为研究地点,从2009年2月起逐月调查湖泊放流河蟹体重和壳宽的生长变化,并同时记录投喂管理情况和收集试验湖区的水化特征及底栖生物资源状况。调查发现,河蟹在4、5、6月特定生长率最大,此时为河蟹生长的高峰期。在三个湖区间,生长有显著性差异,在收获季节,武湖河蟹的平均壳宽和体重均显著性大于另外两个湖区(P0.05);这种情形可能主要与为湖泊的天然饵料资源的种类和丰度有关

Construction of irregular protograph-based LDPC convolutional codes with windowed decoding
时延是现代通信系统的一个重要指标。滑动窗译码能够在保证性能的基础上降低时延。基于滑动窗译码提出了一种不规则原模图低密度奇偶校验(lOW dEnSITy PArITy CHECk,ldPC)卷积码的构造方法。通过对基于Ar4JA(ACCuMulATE-rEPEAT-by-4-JAggEd-ACCuMulATE)的ldPC卷积码在AWgn(AddITIVE WHITE gAuSSIAn nOISE)信道下的P-EXIT性能分析发现,利用这种构造方式能够设计出多码率并且在bP译码和滑动窗译码方式下都能逼近容量限的ldPC卷积码。计算机仿真证明了基于Ar4JA的ldPC卷积码性能优于规则的ldPC卷积码,而且在滑动窗译码方式下在降低至少56.7%时延的同时表现出了很好的性能。结合提出的不规则原模图ldPC卷积码的构造方法和滑动窗译码得到了一种能够实现译码时延与码字性能良好折中的码字构造有效方式。Latency is an important indicator for modern communication systems.The windowed decoding scheme exhibits good performance with reduced latency.In this paper,a construction scheme for irregular protograph-based low-density parity-check( LDPC) convolutional codes with windowed decoding is proposed.The protograph-EXIT( P-EXIT) analysis for the accumulate-repeat-by-4-jagged-accumulate( AR4JA)-based LDPC convolutional codes over the additive white Gaussian noise( AWGN) channel shows that this flexible construction technique can give rise to the LDPC convolutional codes with different code rates and thresholds close to capacity,for both BP decoding and windowed decoding.The computer simulations identify the AR4JA-based LDPC convolutional codes outperform the regular LDPC convolutional codes and the AR4JAbased LDPC convolutional codes exhibit good performance with at least 56.7% reduced latency.Combining the proposed construction scheme for irregular protograph-based LDPC convolutional codes and the windowed decoding scheme can provide an efficient way to trade-off the decoding latency and the code performance.TheNationalNaturalScienceFoundationofChina(61271241)~

Spectrum-effect relationship of immunosuppressive activity of Leigongteng Duogan Tablet based on partial least squares regression analysis
目的初步探讨雷公藤多苷片免疫抑制作用及其HPlC指纹图谱间的相关性。方法采用HPlC建立7个厂家生产的雷公藤多苷片醋酸乙酯提取物的指纹图谱,选择刀豆蛋白A(COn A)刺激的小鼠脾淋巴细胞模型进行免疫抑制药效学研究,分别考察雷公藤多苷片对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖以及细胞因子γ干扰素(Ifn-γ)分泌的影响;采用偏最小二乘回归分析法分析谱效关系。结果建立了7个厂家生产的雷公藤多苷片的HPlC指纹图谱,从HPlC指纹图谱中提取出18个能够表征差异的特征峰。药效研究结果显示不同厂家生产的雷公藤多苷片均可显著抑制COn A诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖和Ifn-γ的分泌(P<0.05)。偏最小二乘回归法分析结果显示,以抑制小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖IC50值为药效指标时第1、2、6、7、17、18号峰为药效峰;以Ifn-γ分泌抑制率为指标时,第1、2、6、7、8、9、12、13号峰为药效峰。结论第1、2、6、7、8、9、12、13、17、18号峰所代表的化合物可能为雷公藤多苷片中发挥免疫抑制主要有效成分。Objective To investigate the immunosuppressive components in Leigongteng Duogan Tablet(LDT).Methods High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was applied to establish the fingerprint for LDT from seven manufactures.The immunosuppressive effect of LDT was observed on Con A-induced mice spleen cells, and the cell proliferation and contents of IFN-γ were recorded.Then the partial least squares regression(PLSR) analysis was used to investigate its spectrum-effect relationship.Results The HPLC fingerprint for LDT from seven manufactures was established, and 18 characteristic peaks were confirmed.The in vitro cell experimental results showed that the proliferation of mice spleen cells and secretion of IFN-γ were inhibited by all LDT significantly compared with the control group.According to the results of PLSR, No.1, 2, 6, 7, 17, and 18 peaks were strongly related to the proliferation inhibition of mice spleen cells and No.1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, and 13 peaks were related to the secretion of IFN-γ.Conclusion The No.1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 17, and 18 peaks are the principal immunosuppressive substances in LDT.福建省科技计划重大项目(2012I1001
Research on welding groove measurement technology with 2D laser sensor
中厚板坡口的识别与测量是焊接机器人多层多道自动焊接的重要工序之一。针对中厚板坡口自动测量的需要,利用日本kEyEnCE公司的lJ-g200精密线激光位移传感器,实现坡口截面的二维扫描测量;通过建立坡口特征拐点的识别与检测算法,并以此运用dElPHI和MATlAb混合编程技术,开发中厚板坡口测量软件,实现坡口参数的自动测量。实验结果表明,该测量技术可以满足中厚板工件的坡口检测需要,并具有较高的工程实用价值。厦门市科技计划项目(3502Z20133036); 福建省科技厅产学研重大项目(2012H6025
实时荧光PCR同时检测金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌O157:H7
目的建立改良分子信标-双重实时荧光PCR同时检测金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌O157:H7,应用于细菌性食物中毒的快速诊断。方法根据GeneBank公布的金黄色葡萄球菌nuc基因序列和大肠杆菌O157:H7rfbE基因序列,设计引物和改良分子信标探针,建立改良分子信标-双重实时PCR检测体系。结果双重荧光PCR反应体系检测151株金黄色葡萄球菌和27株大肠杆菌O157:H7,均出现特异的荧光信号,两种细菌检测互不干扰。对8762份大便、食品等标本进行检测,315份标本金黄色葡萄球菌实时荧光PCR阳性,其中286份金黄色葡萄球菌培养阳性;31份标本大肠杆菌O157:H7实时荧光PCR阳性,其中26份大肠杆菌O157:H7培养阳性。从样品处理到检测结果仅需要时间2h~1d。结论改良分子信标-多重实时荧光PCR检测体系快速、灵敏度高,特异性强,可用于金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌O157:H7食物中毒的快速诊断和肠道传染病的初筛,为食源性疾病的分子流行病学调查提供新的检测手段
面向城市可持续发展的自然解决途径(NBSs)研究进展
自然解决途径(NBSs)是近几年生态学应用研究的热点,其理念是综合考虑经济、环境和社会效益,引入自然生态系统服务功能用来修复、恢复甚至提升城市生态基础设施水平,进而解决城市面临的可持续发展挑战。自然解决途径的提出为生态设计注入了新鲜的血液,提供了新的视野和技术方法。基于VOSviewer文献计量分析软件对城市自然解决途径研究的热点关键词、主要研究国家、机构以及全球分布进行了综合分析。结果发现:(1)2015年至2018年有关城市NBSs的研究论文逐渐增多,覆盖6大洲(欧洲、北美洲、亚洲、南美洲、大洋洲、非洲),多数案例是对已有实施工程中采用的可以归纳为自然解决途径的某些方法或者经验的总结凝练;(2)与城市NBSs相关研究热点从高到低主要涉及生态系统服务、绿色基础设施、气候变化、人群健康与福祉;(3)城市自然解决途径研究的主要力量主要聚集在欧洲,目前中国对于NBSs研究仍处于初期起步阶段。将有助于促进自然解决途径研究及实践在中国的发展,同时为城市生态设计和可持续发展提供新视野和新技术。国家自然科学基金项目(41771573)国家重点研发计划(2016YFC0502702
The properties of action potential and sodium-calcium exchange tail current of rabbit right ventricular outflow tract myocytes
目的研究兔右室流出道(rVOT)心肌细胞动作电位及钠钙交换尾电流(InCX,TAIl)相关特性,探讨源于rVOT室性心律失常的发生机制。方法采用全细胞膜片钳技术记录兔右室(rV)游离壁和rVOT心肌细胞的动作电位,在不更换细胞及电极内液情况下连续记录InCX,TAIl,对比分析两者动作电位和InCX,TAIl特性。结果兔rVOT心室肌细胞动作电位复极时程(APd)的变异程度大于rV游离壁心肌细胞。在rVOT心肌细胞记录到早期后除极及显著延长的APd。动作电位显著延长及后除极的rVOT心肌细胞所对应的InCX,TAIl到达峰值时程较动作电位正常的细胞延迟,并且电流强度大于rV游离壁对照组心肌细胞(P<0.05)。结论 rVOT心肌细胞APd变异程度大,而且APd显著延长的rVOT细胞InCX,TAIl到达峰值时程延迟及相应电流显著增大,这是rVOT部位好发触发活动的重要机制。Objective To explore the electrophysiological basis of arrhythmogenesis in right ventricular outflow tract(RVOT) myocytes of rabbit heart.The properties of action potential and sodium-calcium exchange tail current(INCX,tail) in rabbit RVOT cells were observed.Methods Patch-clamp technique was used to measure INCX,tail and action potential in single myocytes obtained by enzymatic dispersion of rabbit ventricle.Results Marked variability of action potential repolarization was observed in rabbit RVOT cardiomyocytes.The events of early afterdepolarization(EAD) and marked action potential duration(APD) extension were recorded in RVOT cells.The peak of INCX,tail was delayed significantly in marked APD extension RVOT cells compared to RV free wall cells,and the amplitude of INCX,tail in the former was larger than the latter ones(P<0.05).Conclusion In rabbit RVOT cardiomyocytes,prolonged APD might be the induction factor of delayed afterdeporization and EAD genesis.Under this precondition,the late-peaking and larger amplitude of INCX,tail in RVOT cells might play pivotal role in the mechanism of RVOT arrhythmogenesis.厦门市卫生局资助项目(No.A0000258
