    Preparation of Crack-free Inverse-opal Films by Template/Matrix Co-assembly

    近年来,由于在光学、电学和生化等领域具有广泛的潜在应用,有序多孔反蛋白石结构薄膜的研究引起了人们的广泛关注.但是其在制备过程中常常会形成一些无法; 控制的缺陷,限制了这类材料的普及和实际应用.通过使用两种基质前驱体(正硅酸乙酯或丝素蛋白)与胶体小球混合共组装,探究了二元体系共组装法制备无裂痕; 反蛋白石结构薄膜的可行性.并用扫描电镜和可见光谱对薄膜结构进行了表征.结果表明,对于正硅酸乙酯体系,在不影响胶体小球有序排列的条件下,正硅酸乙酯; 在小球间的空隙中发生溶胶凝胶转变,与微球共同组装成有序致密的整体,去除微球模板后,可以得到大规模(>200; mum)无缺陷有序的反蛋白石结构薄膜.而对于大分子丝素蛋白体系,由于它和胶体小球有较强的相互作用力,会抑制胶体小球的有序组装,导致无法形成有序结; 构薄膜.对两种二元共组装体系进行了实验探索,实验结果不仅有助于人们了解共组装方式的适用范围,而且为设计和制备无缺陷反蛋白石薄膜提供了新的途径.Recently, there has been a significant interest in utilizing well-ordered, porous inverse-opal films for applications in optical, electronic and (bio) chemical fields. However, uncontrolled defects are always formed during their preparation process, which limit their practical applications. In this work, we examine the feasibility of using template/matrix co-assembly strategies to fabricate crack-free inverse opal thin films. Polystyrene spheres (PS) are chosen as a colloidal template, and two matrix precursors [tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) precursor and regenerated silk fibroin solution] are used for the current study. Our scanning electron microscope (SEM) and optical spectrum results show that, for the TEOS-based system, the resulting silica gel due to the sol-gel transition of TEOS can effectively fill the gap between particles, but cannot affect the self-assembly of PS colloidal particles. After selective removal of the PS template, centimeter-scale crack-free and well-ordered inverse opal films can be obtained. In addition, for a constant concentration of TEOS, the film thickness and order degree of structure can be simply tuned by adjusting the concentrations of colloidal spheres. In comparison with indirect approach through template self-assembly and liquid infiltration, such a co-assembly approach can effectively minimize the associated cracking and avoid the need for matrix infiltration into the preassembled colloidal spheres. On the other hand, macro-molecule silk fibroin has a relatively strong interaction with PS colloidal particles, which is demonstrated by SEM and confocal images. Due to their interaction, silk fibroin molecules are preferably adsorbed on the surface of PS spheres, which can restrain the self-assembly of colloidal particles. As a result, it cannot form well-ordered silk film based on such co-assembly strategy. That is to say, the co-assembly approach is not suitable for systems that matrices have strong interactions with templates.     Reduce Ohmic Contact Resistance to p-GaN Using InGaN/AlGaN Superlattice

    提出用P-IngAn/AlgAn超晶格作为P-gAn的接触层来获得低阻欧姆接触。通过一维薛定谔方程和泊松方程的自洽求解,得到了在极化效应影响下的IngAn/AlgAn,IngAn/gAn和gAn/AlgAn三种超晶格中Mg杂质离化率的空间分布。计算发现IngAn/AlgAn超晶格具有最高的Mg杂质离化率及最佳的空穴局域作用。最后,利用P-IngAn/AlgAn超晶格实验上实现了比接触电阻率为7.27x10-5Ω.CM2的良好欧姆接触。In order to achieve a smaller Ohmic contact resistance,p-InGaN/AlGaN superlattice was proposed to be used as the cap-layer of p-GaN.By making use the self consistent Poisson-Schrodinger calculations,obtained were the distributions of the ionization rate of Mg dopant in InGaN/AlGaN,InGaN/GaN and GaN/AlGaN superlattices when taking into account of the effect of polarization.It was found that the InGaN/AlGaN superlattice cap-layer had the largest ionization rate of Mg and the best confinement of the holes.Finally,the specific contact resistance of 7.27×10-5 Ω·cm2 was realized.国家自然科学基金项目(60276029);国家“863”计划项目(2004AA311020;2006AA032409);福建省科技项目(2006H0092;A0210006;2005HZ1018

    Development on AlInGaN/GaN PIN Ultraviolet Photodetectors

    用AlInGaN四元合金代替AlGaN作为PIN探测器的有源层,研制出AlInGaNPIN紫外探测器。详细介绍了该器件的结构设计和制作工艺,并对器件进行了光电性能测试。测试结果表明,器件的正向开启电压约为1.5 V,反向击穿电压大于40 V;室温-5 V偏压下,暗电流为33 pA,350 nm处峰值响应度为0.163 A/W,量子效率为58%。Using AlInGaN instead of AlGaN as the source film of a photodetectors,an AlInGaN-based PIN UV photodetector was developed.Its device structure and fabrication processing are introduced in detail.Measurement results show that its turn-on voltage is about 1.5 V,and VBR>40 V;under-5 V bias voltage at room temperature,the dark current is about 33 pA;the peak responsivity can reach 0.163 A/ W at 350 nm,and the quantum efficiency is 58%.国家自然科学基金项目(60276029);; 国家“863”计划项目(2004AA311020,2006AA032409);; 福建省科技项目和基金项目(2006H0092,A0210006,2005HZ1018

    Spatial sampling method for crop acreage based on remote sensing in hilly area in Minhou County,Fujian Province

    以福建闽侯县作为研究区,采用传统抽样(简单随机抽样、系统抽样、分层抽样); 、空间抽样(空间随机抽样、空间系统抽样、空间分层抽样)等方法对研究区农作物种植面积进行样本抽选、总体推算及误差估计,结果表明: 1 500; m*1 500; m格网为最优抽样单元尺寸,空间分层抽样方法的相对误差为3.86%,变异系数为6.03%,抽样成本为6.03,抽样效率高.与传统抽样方法相比,空间; 抽样方法显著减少样本容量,节约调查成本.Traditional sampling methods of simple random sampling,systematic; sampling,stratified sampling,and spatial sampling methods of spatial; random sampling,spatial system sampling and spatial stratified sampling; were applied to conduct sample extraction,population extrapolation and; error estimation in crop acreage in Minhou County. The results showed; that spatial stratified sampling had the highest sampling efficiency; with 1 500 m*1 500 m square grid as the optimal sampling unit size. And; relative error,variation coefficient and sampling cost was 3.86%,6.03%; and 6.03,respectively.     Structural Analysis of ZnS Thin Film Prepared by Thermal Evaporation

    用双舟热蒸发制备了掺稀土硫化锌薄膜,用X射线衍射技术对硫化锌粉末和所制薄膜的晶体相结构进行研究,发现硫化锌薄膜的晶体结构与硫化锌粉末的晶体结构不同。薄膜晶体的生长受诸多因素影响,有择优取向生长趋势,是二维层状结构沿C轴方向的密堆积。这些研究为高新材料的研制提供了参考。ZnS thin films doped with erbium are prepared by thermal evaporation with two boats , and the crystalline phase structures of ZnS powder and the prepared films are studied using x-ray diffraction technique.lt is found that the structure of ZnS film is dif- ferent from that of ZnS powder.The growth of film crystal is affected by numbers of factors and tends to a preferential orientation.The film is two-dimensional layer struc- ture packing along c axis.lt provides basis for research on new luminescence material with high efficiency.福建省自然科学基

    Epidemiological survey and study of gestational diabetes mellitus

    目的:调查厦门地区妊娠期糖尿病(gdM)患病率及妊娠结局,研究与gdM发病相关的高危因素。方法:收集2013年6月~2014年3月就诊于厦门市妇幼保健院的2 151例孕妇的一般资料及75 g口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OgTT)结果,并随访其妊娠结局。将调查对象分为对照组和gdM组,分析、比较两组妊娠并发症、高危因素和妊娠结局。结果:厦门地区gdM患病率为15.20%。gdM组羊水过多发生率及剖宫产率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。年龄、孕前体重及孕前体重指数(bMI)与gdM发病率显著相关(P 0.05).Age,progestational weight and progestational body mass index( BMI) were significantly correlated with morbidity of GDM( P < 0.05).Conclusion: The pregnant women with GDM are more likely to have polyhydramnios and cesarean section.Age,progestational weight and progestational BMI are high risk factors of GDM.福建省医药卫生科技创新项目〔2014-CXB-46

    Spectrum-effect relationship of immunosuppressive activity of Leigongteng Duogan Tablet based on partial least squares regression analysis

    目的初步探讨雷公藤多苷片免疫抑制作用及其HPlC指纹图谱间的相关性。方法采用HPlC建立7个厂家生产的雷公藤多苷片醋酸乙酯提取物的指纹图谱,选择刀豆蛋白A(COn A)刺激的小鼠脾淋巴细胞模型进行免疫抑制药效学研究,分别考察雷公藤多苷片对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖以及细胞因子γ干扰素(Ifn-γ)分泌的影响;采用偏最小二乘回归分析法分析谱效关系。结果建立了7个厂家生产的雷公藤多苷片的HPlC指纹图谱,从HPlC指纹图谱中提取出18个能够表征差异的特征峰。药效研究结果显示不同厂家生产的雷公藤多苷片均可显著抑制COn A诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖和Ifn-γ的分泌(P<0.05)。偏最小二乘回归法分析结果显示,以抑制小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖IC50值为药效指标时第1、2、6、7、17、18号峰为药效峰;以Ifn-γ分泌抑制率为指标时,第1、2、6、7、8、9、12、13号峰为药效峰。结论第1、2、6、7、8、9、12、13、17、18号峰所代表的化合物可能为雷公藤多苷片中发挥免疫抑制主要有效成分。Objective To investigate the immunosuppressive components in Leigongteng Duogan Tablet(LDT).Methods High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was applied to establish the fingerprint for LDT from seven manufactures.The immunosuppressive effect of LDT was observed on Con A-induced mice spleen cells, and the cell proliferation and contents of IFN-γ were recorded.Then the partial least squares regression(PLSR) analysis was used to investigate its spectrum-effect relationship.Results The HPLC fingerprint for LDT from seven manufactures was established, and 18 characteristic peaks were confirmed.The in vitro cell experimental results showed that the proliferation of mice spleen cells and secretion of IFN-γ were inhibited by all LDT significantly compared with the control group.According to the results of PLSR, No.1, 2, 6, 7, 17, and 18 peaks were strongly related to the proliferation inhibition of mice spleen cells and No.1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, and 13 peaks were related to the secretion of IFN-γ.Conclusion The No.1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 17, and 18 peaks are the principal immunosuppressive substances in LDT.福建省科技计划重大项目(2012I1001
