Theoretical Research on Social Capital and Harmonious Economic Development

在对有关社会资本与经济增长之间关系的研究文献进行总结和归纳的基础上,提出了社会资本的综合性概念,并借鉴luCAS等学者提出的人力资本模型,构建了一个包含社会资本的两部门内生经济增长模型,从静态和动态两个层次分析了社会资本对经济增长的影响。So far,many scholars graft the concept of social capital which has been recognized in the field of sociology into the field of economics,thus the relationship between social capital and economic development correspondingly become a very important and interesting topic.It is worth nothing that both domestic and abroad on the theory and method of social capital accounting is still exploring because of the difficulties of social capital definition and the lack of resources and data.Therefore,this paper attempts to build a social capital endogenous growth mode containing two department based on the concept comprehensive of social capital,then analyze the impact of social capital on economic growth from the comparative static and dynamic of the equilibrium.However,the empirical analysis between the social capital and economic growth also requires us to make further,more detailed study and discussion.教育部人文社会科学研究项目“社会资本核算的理论与方法研究”(01JA910002)的阶段性成

An Empirical Analysis of the Contribution of Fiscal Expenditure to the Economic Growth

由于受国际金融危机的影响,各国政府都在不同程度上扩大了其支出水平,推动经济的发展与复苏。文章首先建立政府支出对经济增长贡献率关系的理论模型,然后基于我国的相关数据,运用联立方程组模型,进行实证分析。实证结果表明,政府支出对经济增长不仅有直接的拉动作用,而且还会通过消费、投资的促进作用间接地拉动经济增长,同时还对政府支出对经济增长的贡献率进行了估计。Due to the international financial crisis,each governments try to expand its expenditure level to promote economic development and recovery.In this paper,the author builds up a theortical model of the contribution of fiscal expenditure to the economic growth,and model conclusions are tested by using simultaneous-equation model based on the data of our country.And then the research reveals that fiscal expenditure not only has a direct role in stimulating the economic growth,but also has an indirect role in promoting economic growth through the consumption and investment,meanwhile,the contribution rate of the fiscal expenditure to economic growth has been estimated

御寒暖胃膏穴位贴敷对胃癌前病变大鼠胃黏膜的影响

目的:研究御寒暖胃膏贴敷胃经穴对慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变大鼠胃黏膜的影响,探讨御寒暖胃膏贴敷胃经穴对慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变大鼠胃黏膜损伤修复的作用机制。方法:大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、御寒暖胃膏贴敷胃经穴组、御寒暖胃膏贴敷对照点组、药物对照组,采用综合干预方法复制慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变大鼠模型,肉眼下观察大鼠胃黏膜损伤指数,光镜下观察胃黏膜组织的病理变化,彩色多普勒观察胃黏膜的血流量。结果:与模型组比较,御寒暖胃膏贴敷胃经穴组和药物对照组大鼠胃黏膜损伤指数值均显著降低(P0.05),胃黏膜组织的病理损伤未得到明显修复,胃黏膜血流量未见显著升高(P>0.05)。结论:御寒暖胃膏贴敷胃经穴可以促进慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变大鼠胃黏膜损伤的修复,增加胃黏膜的血流量,并且存在经脉-脏腑特异相关性。深圳市科技研发资金项目(JCYJ20130401105615482

国民经济核算(SnA)是以整个国民经济或社会再生产为对象的宏观核算。为了适应社会可持续发展的需要,不仅要完善现有的国民经济核算体系,而且要拓展核算的范围、丰富核算的内容。但是要想实现与SnA的成功对接,建立科学的社会资本核算理论与方法以及相对应的社会资本核算制度就显得尤其重要。就社会资本核算与SnA二者成功对接的必要性和可能性进行了研究和探讨,并且尝试以直接和间接两种方法将其纳入国民经济核算体系。National accounts is based on the national economy as a whole or for the social reproduction of the target of macro accounts.In order to adapt to the needs of sustainable society,we must not only improve the existing system of national accounts,but also expand the scope of the accounting and enrich the content of accounting.However,in order to achieve a successful associate with the SNA,the establishment of scientific theory and methods of social capital accounting,and the constitution of the system of social capital accounting are particularly important.This article discuss the possibility and the need of the success associating the social capital accounting with the SNA,and try to merger social capital accounting into the System of National Accounts by using direct and indirect methods
