Production Process Analysis and Design for Transferred Project of Company A

The YAG laser texturing technology and application with controllable disorder distribution
The special morphology of spots isolated from each other could lead the laser texturing (LT) sheet to better stamping and coating properties, compared with shot Blast texturing (SBT) sheet and Electro-discharge Texturing (EDT) sheet. While the spots with regular distribution caused the laser texturing sheet appearing fringes easily. There were three methods to achieve YAG laser texturing disorder distribution spots, including controlling disorder delay, controlling disorder deflection, and controlling disorder image carving, which could reach the disorder spots texturing effect of EDT, and resolve the fringes problem of laser texturing. JM-3000 YAG laser texturing equipment was composed by mechanical system, laser system, controlling system, the outside optical system, frequency convertion cooling system and protection gas system, which achieved the disorder spots distribution of YAG laser texturing
Laser Operating Parameters and Their Influence on the High Speed Welding of Cr-plated Sheet Steel
The welding of Cr-plated sheet steel at laser welding speeds in excess of 30 m/min results defects. In this work a fibre laser was used to weld Cr-plated sheet steel and the effects of the laser parameters (laser power, minimum input energy of laser input and power density) for high welding speeds (>30 m/min) was researched. The welding speed was increased linearly with the required laser power and the turning point appeared when the focus position from the focal 0 to 5 mm. The welding speed was decreased linearly with the required the minimum input energy of laser input accordingly, the turning point appeared at the same position. The relationship between welding speed and laser power density was two linear segments and the turning point was 40 m/min, 6.50 x 10(5) W/cm(2)
Friction and Wear Properties of Cylinder Liner and Piston Ring with Different YAG Laser Honing Micro-Pits Distributions
通过改变激光刻蚀微坑面积占有率S p及微坑分布角度θ等参数,测得摩擦副运行过程中缸套-活塞环间摩擦系数及缸套下试块磨损量,研究激光刻蚀工艺对缸套-活塞环摩擦副摩擦磨损性能的影响.得出在其他参数不变,θ为30°时,摩擦副间温度及摩擦系数最低,θ为45°时,磨损量最小;深径比为0.1、θ为30°时,S p为35%,摩擦磨损特性最佳.将激光刻蚀缸套与机械珩磨摩擦磨损特性进行比较,激光微坑刻蚀得到了更低的摩擦系数和更小的磨损量

Investigation on the voltage-current characteristics of the YAG laser guiding discharge channel
研究了在空气、油膜和绝缘树脂薄膜这三种放电介质中的伏安特性,得出了在同一介质中,通道电极间电压不随其它初始条件改变而变化,只与放电介质对通道箍缩能力成正比,在本实验中薄膜的通道电压最高80.4V,空气中最低26.0V。通道中电流波形与放电介质有关,同样的高低压组合、相同放电脉宽下在空气和油膜中为矩形波,而在薄膜中为三角波,峰值电流变化不大。电流波形不随脉宽的改变而变化,当增大初始高压端或低压端输入时,电流随之增加,并且低压端输入对提高峰值电流更有效果
