    EQCM and in-situ reflectance FTIR spectroscopic studies of adsorption and oxidation of methanol on Pt electrode in alkaline media

    The adsorption and oxidation of methanol on Pt electrode in alkaline media have been investigated by using cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance (EQCM) and in-situ reflectance FTIR spectroscopy. The experimental results demonstrated that the electrooxidation of CH3OH was closely relative to solution acidity. Only one current peak of methanol oxidation in PGPS was detected at -0.09 V, which illustrated the disappearance of the second current peak due to Pt electrode passivation in alkaline media. The magnitude of the dissociative adsorbate of methanol in alkaline media is smaller than that in acidic media. The main product, such as CO2 and CO32-, was detected clearly and the reactive intermediates that were determined by FTIRS under experimental condition might be mainly HCOO- species. The EQCM studies provide quantitative results of surface mass changes during methanol oxidation, and have thrown new light in the elucidating methanol oxidation

    用海水化学分析方法每天检测 5口斑节对虾 ( Penaeus monodon)养成池两茬共 90余天 9项水质指标 ,结果表明它们的变化范围是 :温度 14.7~ 31.8℃、盐度 13.6~ 30 .6、溶解氧 2 .3~ 9.8mg/ L、p H7.3~ 9.5、硫化物 ( S2 -) 0~ 0 .13mg/ L、磷酸盐 ( PO4 3-- P) 0~ 2 .33mg/ L、硝酸氮 ( NO3--N) 0~ 1.33mg/ L、亚硝酸氮 ( NO2 -- N) 0~ 0 .2 8mg/ L、氨态氮 ( NH4 +- N+NH3- N) 0~ 0 .66mg/ L ,皆在斑节对虾该项指标的耐受范围内 ,且无论这些因子含量如何变化 ,5口虾池两茬对虾养殖 55d后皆因患 WSS而死亡 ,表明在所检测的虾池这些水质因子并非 WSSV感染暴发流行的指标因

    介绍了以圆钢管为钢骨的劲性高强混凝土柱的剪切性能试验的试验概况,在此基础上研究了它的斜截面承载力计算方法。在计算时,采用了将构件分成几个独立的抗力机构,相互叠加构成构件抗力体系的计算方法的计算模型。进而利用剪切性能试验得到的数据结果进行参数回归,得到以圆钢管为钢骨的劲性高强混凝土柱的斜截面承载力计算公式。General situation about shear experiments of high concrete columns reinforced with concrete filled steel tube is presented,and method for calculating ultimate shear strength of the columns is discussed based on the experimental results.Shearing resistant mechanism of the columns can be made up of several simple individual shearing resistant mechanisms,and then the formula for calculating ultimate shear strength can be established by superposing the actions of these shearing resistant mecnanisms.In the further analysis,the unknown parameter in the formula is regressed using the test data of shear experiments

    Preparation and permeation characteristics of PVA/PEG/TEOS hybrid membranes

    以聚乙烯醇(PVA)与聚乙二醇(PEG)共混,并与正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)进行交联反应制备杂化膜。FTIR证实杂化溶胶液发生交联反应形成共价键Si—O—C,WXRD观察表明加入TEOS改变了膜结晶度,加入PEG提高了PVA膜对乙醇/水溶液的渗透通量,但分离因子下降,随着TEOS的加入,膜的分离因子提高。在TEOS质量分数为10%时,杂化膜的分离因子达到最大。提高退火温度可以提高膜的分离因子,但通量下降。在100℃下退火12 h的杂化膜对乙醇质量分数为85%的乙醇/水溶液的分离性能最佳。Poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA) was mixed with poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG) and then cross-linked by tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) to prepare organic-inorganic hybrid membranes.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) proved that covalent bond Si—O—C was formed in the hybrid membranes.Wide-angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD) was used to observe the effect of TEOS and annealing on crystallinity.The hybrid membranes were tested in separation ethanol/water mixture by pervaporation.The effect of PEG,TEOS content and annealing temperature on the PVA hybrid membrane performance was discussed.The addition of PEG increased the PVA membrane flux,but its selectivity decreased.Water permselectivity increased with the addition of TEOS into the PVA/PEG membrane.The hybrid membrane exhibited the highest water permselectivity when TEOS mass fraction was 10%.Water permselectivity increased by increasing the annealing temperature,but permeation flux decreased at the same time.The hybrid membrane separation performance was best for pervaporation of water/ethanol(85%mass fraction of ethanol) mixture when annealing at 100 ℃ for 12 h.国家自然科学基金资助项目(50573063);; 高等学校博士点专项基金资助项目(20050384013

    Rapid determination of 1,2-propylene glycol and glycerol in refill fluids for electronic cigarettes by Raman spectroscopy

    为实现电子烟烟液主要成分的简便快速检测,建立了同时测定电子烟烟液中1,2-丙二醇和丙三醇含量的拉曼光谱分析方法,利用该方法测定了17个电子烟烟液; 样品,并与气质联用法进行了结果比较。结果表明:①1,2-丙二醇和丙三醇分别在0.125~0.956和0.106~1.120; g/mL时,以522和671 cm~(-1)特征信号峰强度绘制的标准工作曲线线性关系良好(R~2>; 0.999),单样本和独立样本t检验结果证实方法的准确性较高。②17个电子烟烟液样品中,1,2-丙二醇和丙三醇的含量分别为0.533~0.766; 和0.182~0.476; g/mL。该方法与气质联用法检测结果的配对样本t检验结果表明,在95%置信概率下,两种方法的定量结果一致。该方法不需进行样品前处理,更适用于批量; 电子烟烟液中1,2-丙二醇和丙三醇的快速定量分析。A simple and rapid Raman spectroscopy method for simultaneous; determination of 1,2-propylene glycol and glycerol in refill fluids for; electronic cigarettes was developed. Samples of 17 refill fluids were; analyzed by a portable Raman spectrometer,and the data were compared; with those determined by GC-MS. The results showed that: 1) The standard; curves of 1,2-propylene glycol and glycerol determined at the Raman; intensity of 522 and 671 cm~(-1) possessed good correlation coefficients; (R~2 above 0.999) in the content range of 0.125-0.956 and 0.106-1.120; g/mL,respectively. The results of one sample t-test and independent; sample t-test indicated that the Raman method was accurate. 2) The; contents of 1,2-propylene glycol and glycerol in 17 refill fluids were; in the range of 0.533-0.766 and 0.182-0.476 g/mL, respectively. The; result of paired sample t-test showed that the data determined by Raman; spectroscopy were consistent with those obtained by GC-MS at a; confidence level of 95%. Without sample pretreatment, Raman spectroscopy; method is simple to operate and more suitable for the rapid quantitative; determination of 1,2-propylene glycol and glycerol in batches of refill; fluids for electronic cigarettes.浙江中烟工业有限责任公司科技项
