Primary study of the electrochemical ammonia compression technology based on the fuel cells

柴郁地仙方对围绝经期抑郁症模型大鼠行为学及海马BDNF、TrkB蛋白表达的影响
目的观察柴郁地仙方对围绝经期抑郁症(perimenopausal depressive disorder, PDD)模型大鼠行为学及海马脑源性神经营养因子(brain derived neurotrophic factor, BDNF)、酪氨酸激酶B受体(tropomyosin receptor kinase B, TrkB)蛋白表达的影响,探讨其抗围绝经期抑郁症的作用机制。方法 48只3~4月龄雌性SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、阳性对照组、柴郁地仙方低、中、高剂量组,共6组,每组8只。假手术组行假手术,其余组行卵巢去势术后孤养并予以28天慢性轻度不可预见性应激(chronic unpredictable mild stress, CUMS)建立围绝经期抑郁症模型。CUMS第1天起假手术组、模型组灌服生理盐水,阳性对照组灌服盐酸氟西汀合戊酸雌二醇,中药治疗组灌服柴郁地仙方低、中、高不同浓度的汤药,其浓度分别为:0.38、0.76、1.52 g/mL,每天1次。应激过程中观察大鼠行为学及体重变化,并通过Morris水迷宫实验评价大鼠空间学习和记忆能力,应用免疫印迹法检测大鼠海马BDNF、TrkB蛋白表达情况。结果与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠体重增长缓慢,旷场实验得分及糖水偏好率均明显降低(P0.05)。结论柴郁地仙方可改善PDD模型大鼠行为学、体重水平及水迷宫的空间学习和记忆能力,其作用机制可能是通过提高大鼠海马中BDNF、TrkB蛋白表达量发挥的。福建省计生委中医药科研基金资助项目(No.wzpw201307);;福建省自然科学基金计划项目(No.2017J01147
中药沐足结合护理干预治疗护理人员下肢静脉曲张的效果观察
目的探讨中药沐足结合护理干预在下肢静脉曲张护士中的应用效果。方法选取某三甲综合性医院患有下肢静脉曲张的临床护士60例为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。两组研究对象均行基础护理,对照组采用医用的循序减压弹力袜进行治疗,观察组实施中药沐足结合护理干预措施。2个月后比较两组患者疗效。结果观察组研究对象静脉曲张恢复总有效率高于对照组,观察组研究对象经过3个疗程的治疗,痊愈12例,显效l3例,有效4例;对照组分别为痊愈5例,显效8例,有效9例;观察组、对照组临床治愈率和总有效率分别为40.00%、96.67%和16.67%、73.33%。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药沐足结合护理干预可以改善下肢静脉曲张的临床症状。福建中医药大学2016年临床专项校管课题(XB2016085

Electrochemical Nucleation of Au on n-Type Semiconductor Silicon Electrode Surface
在成功实现半导体硅表面电沉积致密金膜的柠檬酸盐镀金实际应用体系中,运用循环伏安和电位阶跃法研究了Au在n型SI(111)电极表面的电沉积过程和成核机理.结果表明,在该体系中,Au在SI表面呈现不可逆电极过程,成核过电位达到250 M V;根据COTTrEll方程求得扩散系数d=(1.81±0.14)x10–4 CM2 S–1;运用SCHArIfkEr-HIllS(SH)理论模型对比分析拟合实验结果,表明Au在n型SI表面遵循扩散控制下的三维连续成核机理;通过扫描电子显微镜观察Au初期成核、生长形貌,进一步证实了Au的三维连续成核机制,并讨论了阶跃电位和阶跃时间对Au核形貌和密度的影响.Cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry have been used to investigate the mechanism of gold electrodeposition on the n-Si(111) electrode surface from a citrate bath, which had successfully applied to directly electroplate a dense gold film on the silicon surface.The results show that Au electrodeposition on the n-type silicon surface is an irreversible process, and the nucleation overpotential reaches 250 m V.According to Cottrell equation, the diffusion coefficient(D) is calculated to be(1.81 ± 0.14) × 10-4 cm2 s-1.The Scharifker-Hills(SH) model was used to analyze the experimental data.Agreement between the fitting curves and the theoretical curves confirms that the nucleation process of Au electrodeposition on the n-type silicon surface follows the progressive nucleation mechanism with three-dimensional growth under diffusion control.To further confirm the progressive nucleation mechanism, scanning electron microscopy(SEM) was used to observe the nucleation and growth of Au deposits at the initial stage of electrodeposition.The SEM results show that the morphology and density of the Au deposits are affected by the electrochemical deposition potential and time.国家重大科学仪器设备开发专项(2011YQ03012406); 国家自然科学基金界面电化学创新群体(21321062)及国家自然科学基金(21373172)资助项目~

Stable Geometrical and Electronic Structrues of Wurzite ZnO(0001)-Zn and(000-1)-O Polar Surfaces
采用超高真空分子束外延和扫描隧道显微(STM)技术,对纤锌矿结构znO单晶(0001)-zn和(000-1)-O极性表面进行了STM形貌扫描和扫描隧道谱(STS)测量.STM表征结果显示,(0001)-zn极性表面形成了以单层高度交替出现的直线型和锯齿型台面的大表面纳米稳定结构,还通过形成(3x3)再构表面来稳定其表面.而(000-1)-O极性表面则形成了双层高度台面的表面稳定结构.STS测量结果表明,(0001)-zn极性表面内部偶极矩方向指向表面,而(000-1)-O极性表面内部偶极矩方向指向材料内部,导致两种极性表面能带的弯曲方向不同,最终引起两者导带底EC和价带顶EV能量位置的偏移.(0001)-zn和(000-1)-O极性表面I-V和dI-dV曲线的偏移体现了两种表面的不同极性和电子结构性质.Geometrical and electronic structures of wurtzite ZnO(0001)-Zn and(000-1)-O polar surfaces have been examined carefully by using an Omicron molecular beam epitaxy(MBE)and scanning tunneling microscopy(STM)combined system operated in ultra-high vacuum(UHV).STM measurements showed that(0001)-Zn polar surface tends to form the stable alternating straight and zigzag countertops with the double-layer step.In some areas there exist the(3×3)surface reconstruction.Different from the stabilization mechanism of(0001)-Zn polar surface,(000-1)-O polar surface can be stabilized by forming the double double-layer step countertops with the large flat surface.Furthermore,current-voltage properties measured by scanning tunneling spectroscopy(STS)indicate that,the conduction band bottomECand the valence band top EVof(000-1)-O polar surface shifts to the higher energy as compared with that of(0001)-Zn polar surface.The shifting of EC and EVis apparently attributed to different dipole moments of the(0001)-Zn and(000-1)-O polar surfaces and indicates the different polarity of two polar surfaces.国家自然科学基金(91321102;11304257;61227009); 福建省自然科学基金(2011J05006;2009J05149;2014J01026); 福建省教育厅资助项目(JA09146); 黄慧贞集美大学学科建设基金资助项目(ZC2010014); 集美大学科研启动金项目(ZQ2011008;ZQ2009004
