    机器翻译质量综合评价方法研究

    基于对“词汇”、“语法”和“语篇”三个译文质量评价因素的分析,本文构建了包含12个指标、每个指标分为5个质量等级的评价指标体系,通过问卷设计与问卷调查方法获取机器翻译质量的评价数据。采用层次分析法确定评价指标的权重向量,利用模糊数学理论建立了机器翻译质量的综合评价向量模型。实例分析表明,该模型可以科学定量地评价翻译软件的译文质量及其在各项评价指标上的差异,对读者筛选优质翻译软件、开发商提高软件质量具有重要意义。Based on an analysis of three factors in the assessment of translation quality, i.e. vocabulary, gram- mar and discourse, this paper developes an evaluation index system which includes twelve indicators and each indicator is divided into five levels. Meanwhile, a questionnaire is also designed for use. Foreign language teachers and Master's degree candidates are selected as respondents. Then, the data for machine translation e- valuation is obtained from the questionnaire. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is applied to the data in or- der to determine the weighted vector of machine translation evaluation factors. On this basis, fuzzy mathematics theory is used to establish the comprehensive evaluation vector for machine translation quality. As a result, the quantity comprehensive evaluation for the translation text quality is completed. The results of our study show that the comprehensive evaluation model of translation quality based on the AHP and fuzzy mathematics method can be employed to scientifically and quantitatively analyze the translation text quality of the translation software as well as the differences of various evaluation indicators.     遅延テストの品質評価には,遷移遅延故障モデルが広く用いられてきた.しかし,論理的な網羅性のみに着目しているため,微小な遅延欠陥の検出能力は明らかでなかった.そこで筆者らは微小な遅延欠陥の検出能力を,半導体製造プロセスの品質,設計の遅延変動に対するロバスト性,テストタイミング精度,及びテストパターンの論理的網羅性を総合的に反映して求める統計的遅延品質モデル(SDQM:statistical delay quality model)を提案し,本論文では,その大規模データに対するフィージビリティを評価した.商用のテスト生成ツールによるテストパターンを用いてSDQM の計算を行い,SDQMの計算の処理時間とメモリ量が適用可能なレベルであることを確認した.また,本モデルを用いたテストパターンの分析により,従来の遷移遅延故障モデルによるテストパターンは,長い論理パスが活性化されて初めて可能になる微小遅延欠陥の検出能力が十分でなく,アルゴリズム改良が必要なことを,定量的に示すことができた

    Establishment of MDCK cell lines which stably express visualable human neonatal Fc receptor

    [目的]建立稳定表达融合EGFP的人新生儿Fc受体(h FcRn)的MDCK细胞株。[方法]构建重组慢病毒质粒p EGFP-h FcRn,采用四质粒包装系统共转染HEK 293T细胞生产重组慢病毒,感染MDCK细胞后对EGFP阳性细胞进行流式单细胞分选;通过Western Blot及EGFP-β2m荧光共定位验证h FcRn的完整性,并用流式细胞仪检测h FcRn与人Ig G的结合活性。[结果]测序结果表明成功构建p EGFP-FcRn慢病毒表达载体;感染后EGFP阳性MDCK细胞比例约为26.5%,流式单细胞分选后得到纯阳性细胞;荧光共定位及Western Blot均检测到h FcRn的完整表达;流式分析表明细胞株上的h FcRn与Ig G存在p H依赖性结合。[结论]成功获得稳定表达具有生物活性的可视化h FcRn的MDCK细胞株。[ Objective] To establish MDCK cell line stably expressing EGFP- human neonatal Fc receptor(hFcRn) fusion protein. [ Methods ] The lentiviral expression vector for EGFP - hFcRn fusion protein was constructed. Generating by co - transfection of four -plasmids into HEK 293T cells ,the lentivirus particles were used to infect MDCK cell line. EGFP positive single cell was obtained by FACS, and then FcRn expression was identified by fluorescence co -location with EGFP - β2m and confirmed by Western Blot. Flow cytometry was used to detect binding activity of hFcRn and human IgG. [ Results ] DNA se- quencing demonstrated that the lentivirus vector pEGFP - FcRn was constructed successfully. The percentage of EGFP - posi- tive ceils was about 26.5% after infection. Expression of the complete protein was detected through fluorescence co - location and Western Blot, respectively. Flow cytometry analysis showed that the cell lines could pH - dependently capture human IgG.     Precise Measurement of Cosmic-Ray Proton and Helium Spectra with the BESS Spectrometer

    We report cosmic-ray proton and helium spectra in energy ranges of 1 to 120 GeV and 1 to 54 GeV/nucleon, respectively, measured by a balloon flight of the BESS spectrometer in 1998. The magnetic-rigidity of the cosmic-rays was reliably determined by highly precise measurement of the circular track in a uniform solenoidal magnetic field of 1 Tesla. Those spectra were determined within overall uncertainties of +-5 % for protons and +- 10 % for helium nuclei including statistical and systematic errors.Comment: 12 pages, 4 figure

    Measurements of Cosmic-ray Low-energy Antiproton and Proton Spectra in a Transient Period of the Solar Field Reversal

    The energy spectra of cosmic-ray low-energy antiprotons and protons have been measured by BESS in 1999 and 2000, during a period covering the solar magnetic field reversal. Based on these measurements, a sudden increase of the antiproton to proton flux ratio following the solar magnetic field reversal was observed, and it generally agrees with a drift model of the solar modulation.Comment: 4 pages, 4 figures, revised version accepted for publication in Phys.
