联合应用共刺激通路阻断剂诱导小鼠记忆性心脏移植耐受的研究

目的 探索联合应用共刺激通路阻断剂诱导记忆性心脏移植耐受的方法。方法 皮肤预致敏小鼠,过继转移同种反应性记忆性T细胞(Tm),构建小鼠同种异体心脏移植模型后再联合阻断效应及Tm激活途径,通过观察各组移植物平均存活时间、移植物排斥程度,检测脾脏中CD44高表达细胞数、脾细胞增殖情况和移植物中相关基因相对表达量等指标探讨其可能的作用机制。结果 (1)未处理小鼠脾脏中Tm占6.52﹪,而预致敏小鼠脾脏中Tm占26.5﹪;(2)平均存活时间为对照组5.17d,联合应用CTLA4Ig和anti-CD40L(二联用药)组10.33d,再联合应用anti-LFA-1和anti-OX40L(四联用药)组均>100d;(3)移植物排斥对照组均为4级,二联用药组?3B级,四联用药组为0级;(4)只有对照组脾脏物中CD44高表达;(5)对照组与二联用药组脾细胞增殖程度(t=2.91,P=0.027)明显高于四联用药组;(6)治疗组的移植物中IL-2、IFN-γ和Foxp3基因的表达量明显低于对照组(t=6.51,t=9.94,t=6.15,P=0.00,P=0.00,P=0.00),并且四联用药组IL-10基因表达量明显升高(t=4.71,P=0.003)。结论 对于记忆性心脏移植模型,只有联合阻断效应和Tm才可获得移植物长期耐受,其机制可能是明显降低移植物和移植受者细胞免疫应答水平的同时,诱导移植物中表达大量IL-10分泌性Tr1细胞

Planning Time Effect on Writing Task

本研究は、英文ライティングにおけるプレプランニングタイムの効果を検討するものである。日本で英語を学ぶ大学生10名を対象にした小規模実験を行ない、英文ライティングにおいて、ライティングの前に予めライティングの計画を練る時間を与えることが、彼らの英語をより正確に、流暢に、そして文法的に複雑にするのかどうかを調査した。結果、ライティングにおいてはスピーキングとは異なり、プレプランニングタイムが英語使用の正確さ、流暢さ、複雑さのいずれにも影響を与えないことが示された。この結果により、英文ライティング指導での、プレプランニングタイムの使用に関していくつかの示唆を議論する

A study on the cross-strait CBMs proposals

一、兩岸對建立軍事互信機制，避免兩岸軍事衝突雖有爭論，卻也希望彼此間能夠找出一條可行之路。雖然「軍事互信機制」在歐洲已經建立起一套完整的理論及發展模式，但是其經驗未必就能適用於複雜多變的兩岸關係。 二、軍事互信機制在亞洲之發展案例中，可以發現失敗原因有因雙方缺乏政治意願執行、互信基礎脆弱、核武競賽、歷史淵源與大國的戰略布局等。 三、中共提出兩岸建立軍事互信機制，始於2004年的「五一七聲明」，「胡四點」、「連胡公報」，將軍事互信機制優先順序調整；兩岸關係改善後，「胡六點」亦希望穩定台海局勢，「減輕軍事安全顧慮」，顯示胡擔心無法掌握的意外隨時會發生，這些徵候似可連結到中共迅速通過反分裂法的制定，名義上針對台灣的各項台獨作為，實質上卻將解放軍出兵的舉動用法律來約制。 四、實在廣義的層面上，兩岸對於軍事互信均抱持正面的態度，雖說在時間點、優先順序、實質交流內容等面向或有不同意見，惟大體言之兩岸之間建立軍事互信機制的環境其實已經成熟。 五、本文研究發現中共的「軍事互信機制」是階段性策略、兩岸發展「軍事互信機制」的本質與目的與歐陸不同、兩岸發展軍事安全互信機制內涵迥異、兩岸軍事互信機制建立環境已趨成熟、國防安全上的軍事衝突隱憂仍然存在、軍購仍為我建構軍事互信機制重要籌碼。 六、兩岸應在九二共識下探討軍事（軍事安全）互信機制建構框架，我應建置對中國大陸談判軍事互信機制之跨部會專責機構，以整合政府政策與資源。並應充分運用民間智庫研究能量，聚焦軍事互信機制議題與審慎培育與納管規劃及談判人才，另需積極爭取軍售，以增強軍事互信機制談判實力，最後應加速投入海西特區發展建構非軍事化區域之價值

Adaptation and Implementation of Taiwanese Innovative IT in Russia

The main purpose of this thesis is to explore the innovative product in such processes as adaptation and its first step in the international market. The most successful sector of international business between Russia and Taiwan is IT business. Contents of this thesis can be divided into four parts. First part reveals the importance of innovative idea in the new product development and its analysis according to the marketing strategy. Meanwhile, it also highlights potential problems with the introduction of the new product in the international market. In the second part the author reviews the market of IT-technologies in Russia and in Taiwan as well, moreover there is shown the trade and economic situation between Russia and Taiwan. The third part is devoted to detailed analyze of one Taiwanese company and its products, which are aggressively promoted in Russian Federation nowadays. And the last part summarizes the whole research conclusions and suggests the complex program for introduction and promotion of innovative products in international market. There is no doubt that innovations are the only way to maintain the high development rate and profitability level. The issue of new product development is one of the most important points in successful company strategy. Moreover, consideration of this issue is very important to understand the economic cooperation between Russia and Taiwan
