    经内窥镜大隐静脉获取术在冠状动脉旁路移植术中应用的学习曲线

    目的探讨内窥镜获取大隐静脉在冠状动脉旁路移植术中的应用并探讨学习曲线,重点关注初学者易发生的问题及对早期临床结果的影响。方法回顾性分析2013年7月至2014年4月在郑州大学第一附属医院心外科接受不停跳冠状动脉旁路移植术并使用内窥镜技术获取大隐静脉的83例患者的临床资料,按照手术时间的先后顺序分为A组(初学组20例)、B组(熟悉组20例)、C组(进步组20例)、D组(成熟组23例),分析各组之间患者围术期及随访结果差异,明确学习曲线周期。结果该组患者年龄为(60.22±8.06)岁,体质量为(69.77±11.66) kg,其中合并高血压24例、糖尿病26例、亚急性脑梗14例。A组相对于后三组获取大隐静脉长度与时间比值明显较小(P<0.001),静脉主干损伤数量明显较多(P=0.006),并且随访1年时静脉桥通畅率较低,但差异无统计学意义。结论内窥镜获取大隐静脉之前技术操作培训是必要的,能有效规避初学者造成的血管损伤,实际获取的过程中大概需要亲自操作20例,并认真总结技术技巧就可以较为熟练地进行相关操作

    The catalytic esterification properties of PVA membranes filled with ironic sulfate

    [中文文摘]通过在PVA膜中掺杂硫酸铁制得兼备催化和分离功能的酯化膜反应器 ,并用IR、DSC及SEM等测试方法分析了膜的形态结构及组成。实验结果表明 :硫酸铁的加入对膜的渗透性能和酯化反应的选择性及转化率的提高有重要作用 ;对于乙酸 /乙醇酯化反应体系 ,适宜的填充量为 2 0 %~ 30 % (质量比 )。[英文文摘]The membranes with both catalytic and separative properties were made by using the hydrophilic alcohol (PVA) filled Lewis acid Ironic sulfate. The chemical composition , physical structure and morphology were studied by a variety of techniques , including infrared spectrometry( IR) , differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) etc. The experimental results showed that the addition of Fe3 (SO4) 2 was inportant to improve the flux of the membrane flux and the yield and selection of the esterification reac2tion , and the appropriate cotent of Fe3 (SO4) 2 for the alcohol/ acid esterification was 20 %~30 %(w/ w) .福建省自然科学基金 (C991 0 0 0 3) ;教育部骨干教师基金;教育部重点科技项目;教育部留学回国人员启动费资助

    膜技术处理赖氨酸生产废水的研究

    为了确定赖氨酸生产废水经过膜技术处理后废水中的CODcr值的大小 ,我们采用超滤与纳滤相结合的工艺分别对浓废水和稀废水进行中试实验。实验结果表明 :采用超滤 -一级纳滤 -二级纳滤工艺流程处理浓废水 ,终端废水的CODcr值降低到 489mg/L ;采用超滤 -纳滤流程处理稀废水 ,最终透析液的CODcr值可以降低到 5 0 2mg/L。大大减轻了后续生化处理的负荷

    鱼类谷胱甘肽转移酶基因cDNA克隆及其序列分析

    采用RT-PCR方法,从鲢、鲤、鲫3种鱼类肝脏总RNA中克隆出了谷胱甘肽转移酶Pi型(GST Pi)cDNA序列,推导了其编码的氨基酸序列。3种鱼类GST Pi的ORF全长627bp,编码208个氨基酸。翻译起始密码均为ATG,终止密码子均为TGA。鱼类与哺乳动物、两栖类爪蟾以及节肢动物丝虫之间GST Pi氨基酸序列相似度平均值分别为50%、33%、15%左右。5种鱼类之间的氨基酸序列相似度较大,其中鲤科鱼类之间平均为85%左右。我们以GST Pi为分子标记,用最大简约数法(MP)构建了13个物种的系统

    On-line Monitoring of Dissolved Oxygen in Water by a Fiber-optic Chemical Sensor Based on Fluorescence Quenching

    利用氧分子对芘丁酸的荧光具有猝灭作用的特性 ,构造出基于荧光猝灭原理的光纤氧化学传感器。就用于水中溶解氧在线监测的光纤光谱仪的搭建、传感探头的设计及传感膜的制作进行了探索 ,并对传感器的响应性能进行了考察。结果表明以三醋酸纤维素为固相支持剂、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为增塑稳定剂、芘丁酸为分析物识别器制备的传感膜对溶解氧的响应具有良好的可逆性 ,稳定性 ,较快的响应时间和较长的使用寿命。与标准法相对照 ,用本仪器系统测定了不同盐度的人工海水中的溶解氧浓度 ,两种方法在不同浓度水平下的溶解氧测定值均无显著性差异。本法的日内和日间RSD在 2 4 %~ 6 1%之间A novel circulatory system for on\|line monitoring of dissolved oxygen that makes use of a fiber\|optic chemical sensor is presented.An oxygen sensitive optode was combined with a membrane onto which was immobilized pyrenebutyric acid as a fluoroprobe,the membrane was composed of cellulose triacetate as a polymer and di\|(2\|ethyl hexyl)\| o \|phthalate as a plasticizer.The dissolved oxygen in water was determined via quenching of the fluorescence of pyrenebutyric acid.The optode shows a satisfactory linear response for the dissolved oxygen in water( r =0 995?6, n =6).The relative standard deviations were 2 4%~6 1%. The detection limit was 0 03?μg/mL( S/N =3).The exposure time and recovery time of the optode membrane are 5s and 25s respectively.The reversibility of the fluorescence signal was evaluated by alternate measurements in air saturated water and nitrogen\|purged water.The relative standard deviation( n =6)were found to be 0 7%.The fluorescence intensity of the membrane in contact with flowing water was recorded over a period of 96?h.From fluorescence intensity values taken every 4?h( n =24)a RSD of 8% was obtained.After 3 month,the fluorescence signal of the membrane had decreased by 14%.The decrease may be due to washing out of fluoroprobe,but this was not an obstacle to its further use;the quantitative information( F 0/ F )did not change significantly,where F 0 and F are the fluorescence intensities in the absence and in the presence of oxygen,respectively.The sensor has good reproducibility and long\|term stability.The interference was investigated and the selectivity of method in seawater was affirmed by a conventional method.国家“九五”科技攻关 !(96 A2 3 0 2 0 8);; 国家“八六三”高技术计划海洋领域 !(818 Q 0 9)资助项
