EFFECT OF STRUCTURAL RELAXATION ON THE DEFORMATION BEHAVIOR OF A Zr64.13Cu15.75Ni10.12Al10 BULK METALLIC GLASS UNDER NANOINDENTATION
Structural relaxation by isothermal annealing below the glass transition temperature is conducted on a Zr64.13Cu15.75Ni10.12Al10 bulk metallic glass. The effect of structural relaxation on thermal and mechanical properties was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry and instrumented nanoindentation. The recovery of the enthalpy in the DSC curves indicates that thermally unstable defects were annihilated through structural relaxation. During nanoindentation, the structural relaxation did not have a significant influence on the serrated plastic flow behavior. However, Structural relaxation shows an obvious effect in increasing both the hardness and elastic modulus, which is attributed to the annihilation of thermally unstable defects that resulted from the relaxation
Application of Domain Decomposition Method in Eddy Current Testing Simulation
随着现代制造业的发展,涡流检测仿真问题日渐复杂。传统的单一求解区域方法的运用遇到瓶颈,而分解区域方法将复杂的单一区域上的求解转化为较简单的若干个子区域上的求解,克服了传统方法遇到的困难。该文主要介绍分解区域方法在涡流检测仿真中的应用。With the development of modern manufacturing,eddy current testing simulation becomes more and more complex.The traditional method using a single solution domain is not able to solve such problems.The domain decomposition method transforms complex solution on a single domain into relatively simple solution on subdomains and thus overcomes the difficulties of the conventional method.This article mainly introduces the use of domain decomposition method in eddy current testing simulation.航空科学基金项目资助(批准号:2009ZD68004
Gene and Construct-specific Qualitative PCR Detection of Transgenic Carnations
以澳大利亚flOrIgEnE公司和日本SunTOry公司研发的两种转基因香石竹MOOnSHAdE、MOOnlITE为研究对象,针对内参照基因AnS和外源基因f3’5’H、CHS启动子、d8TEr,建立基因特异性定性PCr检测方法。此外,分别在外源MAC启动子和dfr基因上设计PCr引物,开展构建特异性PCr检测,定性PCr方法的检测灵敏度为0.5%。该方法的建立为转基因香石竹的进口检测、中国监管和环境安全评价提供了初步数据。In this study,In view of the endogenous reference gene ANS and the exogenous genes such as F3' 5'H,CHS promoter,D8ter,the gene and construct – specific qualitative PCR detection methods were established for transgenic carnations——Moonshade,Moonlite which were developed by Japanese Suntory company and Australian Florigene company.In addition,PCR primers were designed respectively in the exogenous MAC gene promoter and the DFR gene,construct–specific qualitative PCR detection was carried out.The detection sensitivity reached 0.5%.The establishment of this method provides preliminary data for the transgenic carnation import detection,domestic supervision and environmental safety assessment.上海市科技兴农重点攻关项目“转基因植物田间试验监测技术体系建立和产品检测方法研究”(沪农科攻字2008第8-9号
恶性实体瘤患者外周血细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞增殖与杀瘤活性
【目的】探讨恶性实体瘤患者外周血来源的细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞的增殖能力、免疫表型及杀瘤活性。【方法】用rhlFN-1,rhlL-2,Anti-CD3mAb与恶性实体瘤患者外周血单个核细胞共孵育。分别在培养第4、7、10、13天进行细胞计数,通过流式细胞术检测细胞免疫表型及MTT法检测对K562细胞的杀伤活性。【结果】恶性实体瘤患者外周血单个核细胞与rhIFN-γ,rhIL-2,Anti-CD3mAb孵育4、7、10、13d,细胞数分别增加(2.5±1.6)、(11.9±3.5)、(22.3±7.8)和(29.5±6.1)倍。CD3^+、CD4^+,CD8^+和CD3^+CD16^+CD56^+细胞在培养第13天分别从(62.8±7.6)%、(31.5±5.8)%、(44.9±8.2)%和(1.3±1.1)%增加到(89.3±9.5)%、(50.1±7.2)%、(57±9.0)%和(37.0±12.7)%。对K562细胞的杀伤效应在第4、7、13天分别为(23.6~8.5)%、(56.4±7.2)%和(80.1±4.5)%。【结论】rhIFN-γ,rhIL-2和Anti-CD3mAb诱导恶性实体瘤患者外周血单个核细胞活化为以CD34^+CD16^+CD56^+为主的细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞,细胞增殖力强,并对K562细胞有强大的杀伤活性

DNA-directed nanofabrication of high-performance carbon nanotube field-effect transistors
生物自组装结构具有精细的三维形貌,其关键结构参数小于光刻等传统纳米加工手段的分辨率极限。利用自组装的生物分子为加工模板,已经实现了金属、碳基、氧化物等材料的形貌可控合成。然而,基于生物模板的电学器件,其性能往往远落后于通过蚀刻或薄膜方法制备的同类器件,并且缺乏长程取向规整性,制约了生物模板在高性能器件中的应用。针对上述挑战,我校化学化工学院朱志教授课题组与北京大学孙伟研究员课题组、清华大学唐建石研究员课题组、美国国家标准与技术研究院郑明博士合作,探索了生物-碳纳米管复合界面及大面积取向排列的调控新方法。北京大学孙伟研究员团队长期从事核酸引导的精准纳米组装研究,厦门大学朱志教授团队长期从事微纳加工及微流控研究,双方紧密合作,优势互补,联合清华大学和美国国家标准与技术研究院等多团队联合攻关完成该工作。共同第一作者厦门大学化学化工学院2011协同创新中心博士研究生陈雅鸿负责了碳纳米管组装及大面积阵列化工作,孙伟研究员和朱志教授为论文的共同通讯作者。Biofabricated semiconductor arrays exhibit smaller channel pitches than existing lithographic feasibility. However, the metal ions within biolattices and the submicrometer dimensions of typical biotemplates result in both poor transport performance and small array uniformity. Using DNA-templated parallel carbon nanotube (CNT) arrays as model systems, we developed a rinsing-after-fixing approach to improve the key transport performance metrics by more than a factor of 10 folds over previous biotemplated field-effect transistors. We also used spatially confined placement of assembled CNT arrays within polymethyl methacrylate cavities to demonstrate centimeter-scale alignment. 类泛素蛋白及其中文命名
泛素家族包括泛素及类泛素蛋白,约20种成员蛋白.近年来,泛素家族领域取得了迅猛发展,并已与生物学及医学研究的各个领域相互交叉.泛素家族介导的蛋白质降解和细胞自噬机制的发现分别于2004和2016年获得诺贝尔奖.但是,类泛素蛋白并没有统一规范的中文译名. 2018年4月9日在苏州召开的《泛素家族介导的蛋白质降解和细胞自噬》专著的编委会上,部分作者讨论了类泛素蛋白的中文命名问题,并在随后的\"泛素家族、自噬与疾病\"(Ubiquitinfamily,autophagy anddiseases)苏州会议上提出了类泛素蛋白中文翻译草案,此草案在参加该会议的国内学者及海外华人学者间取得了高度共识.冷泉港亚洲\"泛素家族、自噬与疾病\"苏州会议是由美国冷泉港实验室主办、两年一度、面向全球的英文会议.该会议在海内外华人学者中具有广泛影响,因此,参会华人学者的意见具有一定的代表性.本文介绍了10个类别的类泛素蛋白的中文命名,系统总结了它们的结构特点,并比较了参与各种类泛素化修饰的酶和它们的生物学功能.文章由45名从事该领域研究的专家合作撰写,其中包括中国工程院院士1名,相关学者4名,长江学者3名,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者18名和美国知名高校华人教授4名.他们绝大多数是参加编写即将由科学出版社出版的专著《泛素家族介导的蛋白质降解和细胞自噬》的专家
