月湖底泥疏浚后底栖动物群落的恢复及其与环境的关系

研究对月湖底泥疏浚后底栖动物群落动态进行逐月的周年调查,并分析了底栖动物密度、生物多样性与环境因子的关系,结果表明:疏浚导致大型底栖动物基本消失,现存量从疏浚前的(4387±885)ind·m-2降低至(80±21)ind·m-2。疏浚后,寡毛类成为受干扰系统恢复过程中的先锋种类,在春季(4月)和秋冬之际(11月)出现2个密度高峰,分别为(1010±230)ind·m-2和(1538±408)ind·m-2,而摇蚊幼虫在疏浚一年后的秋冬季密度达到高峰(2021±612)ind·m-2,二者均基本恢复到疏浚前的密度水平。种类组成与疏浚前相似,优势种类数较疏浚前多,7月份以前,以霍甫水丝蚓占绝对优势,7月份以后以长足摇蚊占绝对优势。生物多样性在秋冬季恢复到疏浚前水平。寡毛类、摇蚊幼虫的密度、生物多样性与湖水溶氧、透明度呈显著正相关,与水体营养水平(TN、TP、有机碎屑)呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。分析认为疏浚后底栖动物群落的季节变化与动物的生命周期(繁殖和生长)密切相关,而营养水平不是限制动物种群密度分布的主要因子。从底栖动物群落的恢复情况来看,疏浚后的底质环境更有利于底栖动物群落的生存和底栖生态系统的重建

利益均衡：食品安全“社会共治”模式的一种规范

当前,我国处于食品安全风险高发期和矛盾凸显期。新《食品安全法》确立的“社会共治”模式反映的是一种利益关系,实质是以“公共利益”为取向的政府主导型治理,其他参与治理主体被悄然边缘化且正当利益被疏离,协同效应无法实现。利益均衡,不仅是参与共治主体间动态上权利、利益的公平,也是主观认识上的一种均衡。食品安全治理的域外考察与利益均衡的正当性分析,凸显了重构权力与权利资源的合理配置并兼顾多元利益的妥当。在契约精神下,通过企业、公权力、公众理性协商下的利益协同与主体间内部利益的理性认同,来完善政府与社会力量的规范性治理,以寻求利益均衡成为食品安全治理政策演进的一种价值旨归。Currently, China is in the period of high risk of food safety and of prominent contradictions. The ＂social co-governance＂ model established by the new Law of Food Safety reflects a relationship of interests. However, the essence of it is the government-based governance with the ＂public interests＂ as its orientation. Meanwhile, the other governing subjects that participate in it are quietly marginalized and their legitimate interests are alienated and dissimilated; therefore, synergistic effect cannot be achieved. Equilibrium of interests is not only a matter of dynamic fairness of the rights and interests of the governing subjects that participate in it, but also a balance of subjective cognition. Extraterritorial investigation of food safety control and the analysis of the legitimacy of interest balance highlight the rational allocation of reorganization power and right resources and the appropriateness by taking account of pluralistic interests. Calcium Distribution in the Stigma and Germinating Pollen of Lycium barbarum

用焦锑酸钾沉淀法对宁夏枸杞柱头和花粉中的钙离子分布进行了研究.结果显示,宁夏枸杞柱头表皮有一覆盖层,其中有许多含钙沉淀颗粒的小泡,当花粉落到柱头后从覆盖层中吸水,在萌发孔的表面上聚集了较多的钙沉淀颗粒.同时,花粉内部出现许多含钙的小液泡,使花粉体积增大,内部产生膨压,花粉萌发;生长在覆盖层中的花粉管顶端穿过覆盖层小泡时,附近聚集了较多的钙沉淀颗粒,在花粉管壁上也附着较多的细小钙沉淀颗粒.萌发的花粉粒中由大液泡占据,在其亚顶端的细胞质中,聚集较多钙沉淀颗粒的线粒体膨大形成了一些含钙沉淀颗粒的小液泡,由这些小液泡融合形成的大液泡,将花粉管细胞质挤到其顶端,使其极性生长.这是首次发现在植物柱头覆盖层中有钙离子的现象,从体内证明了钙离子在花粉萌发过程中的现象.讨论了枸杞柱头组织中钙的分布和花粉管的萌发与生长的关系.The stigma of Lycium barbarum is wet type and some material to be secreted to the surface of stigma to form a layer of tectum at anthesis.There were many vesicles in the tectum and numerous calcium precipitated grana were accumulated in the tectum vesicles.When pollen grains landed onto the stigma they began to hydrate and form many small vacuoles in which some calcium precipitated grana located,which made a swelling pressure in pollen.During pollen germinating in the tectum,the pollen tubes often traversed tectum vesicles and displayed many calcium precipitated grana on the tube wall,suggesting it to absorb calcium of the tectum vesicles.In the base of pollen tube some mitochondria with calcium precipitated grana swelled to form small vacuoles which fused to form a large vacuole.The pollen tube cytoplasm was pushed into the top of tube to make sure directional growth.This is first time to report that stigma tectum containing rich calcium in flowering plants.The calcium distribution in the stigma and pollen germination and tube growth were also discussed.国家自然科学基金项目(30670126

Correlation between use of social software and high risk behaviors of HIV infection among MSM in Beijing

目的了解北京市男男性行为者（MSM）社交软件的使用与人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）感染及其影响因素的相关性,为今后干预工作提供依据。方法 2016年3—5月,由社区小组招募MSM进行问卷调查,同时进行HIV抗体检测。结果共招募215名MSM,回收有效问卷214份。214人的平均年龄为30.8岁;学历在大专及以上者占73.4%;同性恋者占72.4%;84.6%的人主要通过社交软件寻找性伴。214人中确证HIV感染5人,阳性率为2.3%。分析显示,是否使用社交软件、是否使用同性社交软件和是否使用普通人群社交软件均与HIV感染不相关。多因素分析结果显示,受教育程度高、性取向为同性恋的人更多地使用同性社交软件。63.1%被调查者自述曾经在社交软件上了解到艾滋病防治相关知识,但自述了解程度与是否通过社交软件获得相关信息不相关。结论 MSM社交软件的使用与HIV感染情况无关,也没有增加其对艾滋病知识的了解。但可以考虑改进同性社交软件功能,增加艾滋病防治知识内容,对MSM尤其是高学历、自我定位为同性恋的MSM进行艾滋病防治宣传。[Objective] To understand the correlation between the use of social software and human immunodeficiency virus（HIV）infection and its influencing factors among men who have sex with men（MSM）in Beijing,provide the basis for future intervention work.[Methods]From May to March in 2016,MSM was recruited by community groups to carry out a questionnaire survey and HIV antibody of them was detected.[Results]A total of 215 MSM were recruited and 214 valid questionnaires were recovered. The average age of the 214 MSM was 30.8 years old,73.4% had the education level in college and above,the homosexuals accounted for 72.4%,and84.6% of the respondents mainly found sexual partners through the social software. There were 5 cases of confirmed HIV infection among 214 MSM with the positive rate of 2.3%. The analysis revealed that whether the respondents use the social software,the homosexual social software and the general social software were not related to HIV infection. The results of multivariate analysis showed that people with higher educational level and homosexual orientation were more likely to use the homosexual social software. 63.1% of respondents reported that they had been obtained the knowledge of AIDS prevention and control from social software,but the understanding level was not related to whether the relevant information was obtained through social software or not.[Conclusion]The use of social software has no correlation with HIV infection among MSM,and does not increase their knowledge level of AIDS prevention and control. However,it is necessary to improve the function of the homosexual social software and increase the content of AIDS prevention and control knowledge to carry out the AIDS education among MSM,especially those with higher educational level and homosexual orientation
