    基于分子发射光谱的温度测量技术及其应用

    本文基于CN自由基所固有的分子结构特征,通过光谱理论计算了CN自由基B~2∑~+→X~2∑~+电子带系发射光谱的谱线强度,并结合实际的光谱实验,分析了谱线的自然展宽、碰撞展宽、多普勒展宽以及仪器展宽等各种展宽因素对谱线线型的影响,从理论上计算了任意转动温度、振动温度以及谱线展宽线型条件下CN自由基B~2∑~+→X~2∑~+电子带系发射光谱的强度分布,为测量等离子体的转动温度和振动温度提供理论依据。基于上述光谱理论分析结果,实验中利用光学多通道分析仪对不同延时时刻等离子体的发射光谱进行分析,通过理论计算光谱与实验光谱进行拟合,从而得到等离子体的转动温度和振动温度随时间的变化过程,并根据温度的变化..

    Fabrication and Lithium-Storage Performances of Graphene-Wrapped Cu_(2+1)O/Cu Composites

    半导体的能级结构和金属-半导体异质结的结构及性质对金属-半导体复合材料的导电性能具有重要影响.优化半导体相的能级结构和金属-半导体接触界面的势垒是增强金属-半导体型复合电极材料导电能力,提高复合电极材料储锂性能的重要途径.采用水热反应-原位热还原法制备石墨烯包覆Cu2+1O/Cu复合材料.根据SEM和Xrd研究结果,Cu2+1O(金属过剩型Cu2O)和Cu复合体被均匀包裹在柔性石墨烯层中.充放电结果表明,石墨烯包裹Cu2+1O/Cu复合材料电极具有较高的充放电容量和优异的循环性能,50 MA g-1充放电的首周充电和放电比容量分别为773和438 MA H g-1,60周的容量保持率为84%;同时也具有很好的倍率性能,表明石墨烯包裹Cu2+1O/Cu复合材料具有良好的金属-半导体异质结界面的结构和优异的导电性能.Materials with hybrid metal-semiconductor nanostructures,such as graphene-metal oxides and carbon nanotube-metal oxides,have been intensively exploited as electrode material for lithium ion batteries in recent years.It was found that the structures and properties of the metal-semiconductor herterojunction and the energy level structures of the semiconductor are essential for the conductance of the metal-semiconductor composite.It is thence believed that the conductance,and thus the lithium-storage performance,of the metal-semiconductor composite can be improved by tuning the structures of the metal-semiconductor herterojunction and the energy level structures of the semiconductor.Metal excess defects can occured in metal oxide crystals due to the anions are absent from their lattice sites or the presence of extra cations at interstitial sites.In the metal excess type metal oxide,the electric transport is mainly by "excess" electrons which are present for maintaining the electrical neutrality,and thus possesses a higher conductance.In this work,graphene-wrapped Cu2+1O/Cu composites were successfully fabricated by using a hydrothermal reaction followed by an in situ thermal reduction.The structures,surface morphologies and the lithium-storage performances of the obtained materials were characterized and investigated by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and galvanostatic discharge-charge techniques.In the obtained hybrid material,highly-crystallized Cu2+1O(Cu2O with metal excess defects) successfully formed during the heat treatment processes,Cu2+1O and Cu particles were homogeneously wrapped by flexible graphene sheets with a well defined core-shell structure.Constant current charge-discharge results showed that graphene-wrapped Cu2+1O/Cu composite had a higher reversible capacity and excellent cycling stability,delivered a higher initial charge-discharge capacity of 773 and 438 mA h g-1at 50 mA g-1and superb cycling performance of 368 mA h g-1after 60 cycles,as well as a favorable rate capabilities and high rate cycling performances,indicating the high conductance and the optimized herterojunctions were achieved by the simultaneously introduction of metal excess defects,metallic copper and graphene in graphene-wrapped Cu2+1 O/Cu composites.国家自然科学基金创新研究群体科学基金(No.51221462); 江苏省研究生培养创新工程(No.CXZZ12_0943); 江苏高校优势学科建设工程资助~

    まちづくりにおいてリーダーとなる人材の育成を目的とした「まちづくりリーダー養成講座」を、静岡県都市計画室および静岡文化芸術大学が協力して開催している。本年度で第5回を迎えたこの講座では、インターネットのWebページを用いて教材資料を受講者に提供している。コンテンツ・マネージメント・システムの一つとして注目されているブログを用いて、この教材資料の提供を試みた。ブログは、本来は日記形式の記述を行うためのシステムであるが、各ページのテンプレートを変更することにより、教材資料の提供にふさわしいページを生成させた。また、階層的なカテゴリー機能を用いて、章・節や課題の内容・レポート・講評を構造的に利用者に提示した。本論文では、作成したサイトの階層構造やナビゲーション、そしてこれらを構成するためのテンプレートの構成について述べる。A education program named "Cultivation of Civic Leader in Town Developing" have been orgianized as a joint program of Local Goverment of Shizuoka Prefecture and Shizuoka University of Art and Culture. Teaching materials of this program are presented using World Wide Web. Construction of the web site by utilizing blog system is attempted. The templates of the blog system is adopted to suit a structural presentation of the teaching materials. This paper describes a hierarchical structure, navigation and modification of the templates for a construction of the site. Relative merits of utilizing a blog system for the construction of web site for education programs are discussed

    Optimal Number of Needle Punctures in EUS-FNA/B with ROSE for Solid Pancreatic Lesions

    Background and Objectives: Endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS)-guided fine-needle aspiration/biopsy (FNA/B) is widely used for solid pancreatic lesions; however, the optimal number of needle punctures required to achieve high diagnostic accuracy remains unclear. This study aimed to identify the ideal number of punctures required for solid pancreatic lesions using EUS-FNA/B. Methods: This single-center retrospective study included 598 patients who underwent EUS-FNA/B for solid pancreatic lesions. We analyzed the cumulative tissue acquisition rates and diagnostic accuracy rates for cytology and histology, and identified the factors associated with diagnostic accuracy using univariate and multivariate analyses. Rapid on-site cytological evaluation was performed in all cases. Results: Cumulative tissue acquisition rates were 95.6% and 92.5% for cytology and histology, respectively. The diagnostic accuracy for cytology increased from 72.6% in the first puncture to 78.8% in the second puncture (p = 0.0233). In contrast, the diagnostic accuracy of histology increased from 72.0% at the first puncture to 83.2% at the third puncture (p = 0.0412). Statistically significant differences were noted between the first and second punctures for cytology, and between the first, second, and third punctures for histology. Univariate and multivariate analyses were conducted to identify factors associated with diagnostic accuracy. In cytology, sex was identified as a significant contributing factor, whereas no independent predictors were found in histology. Conclusions: These findings suggest that two-needle punctures are optimal for cytology, and three-needle punctures are optimal for the histological diagnosis of solid pancreatic lesions using EUS-FNA/B

    A clinical study on attitude, behavior and knowledge regarding dental treatment of patients with infection and AIDS

    The number of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) Cases has markedly increased in Japan recently, increasing the likelihood that general dentists will see HIV infected patients. To understand more about dental care for patients showing symptoms of HIV infection or AIDS, we sent questionnaires to 427 members of the Okinawa Dental Association, of whom 100 responded. We found that many institutions do not have adequate measures in place to prevent or combat infection in general. We also found that dentists consider infected patients to be troublesome and more costly. Knowing that a patient has HIV created worry that staff and other patients may become infected. Dentists and other dental staff have a strong fear of and are prejudice against HIV infected patients. Therefore, dentists and dental staff ought to learn more about the symptoms of HIV, and should take standard precautions against possible infection.論文http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_650
