Effect of the orthoquinone moiety in 9,10-phenanthrenequinone on the ability to induce in HCT-116 and HL-60 cells.

9,10-Phenanthrenequinone (9,10-PQ) is one of the most abundant quinones among diesel exhaust particulates. Recent data have suggested that quinones induce apoptosis in immune, epithelial and tumor cells, leading to respirator illness; however, the mechanisms by which quinones induce apoptosis and the structure required for this remain unknown. We studied the antitumor activity of 9,10-PQ analogs against two human tumor cell lines, HCT-116 colon tumor cells and HL-60 promyelocytic leukemia cells. The loss of the cis-orthoquinone unit in 9,10-PQ abrogated its ability to induce apoptosis in the two tumor cell lines, and the LC50 values of these analogs were indicated over 10 μM. An analog of 9,10-PQ in which the biaryl unit had been deleted displayed a reduced ability to induce tumor cell apoptosis, while the analogs 1,10-phenanthroline-5,6-dione (9) and pyrene-4,5-dione (10), which also had modified biaryl units, exhibited increased tumor cell apoptotic activity. Pre-Employment Training with Other Universities and Clinical Practice in Basic Nursing Education －Analysis of Celebrate Graduation Follow-up Training Questionnaire－

藍野大学では2020年度から4年生を対象に看護技術や，社会的スキルを復習する研修を3月に実施している．2023年度は私立看護系大学協議会 地区活動プロジェクトモデル事業へ採択され，摂南大学と合同で第1部「災害看護演習」と第2部「看護技術演習」の構成で行った．より一層の発展をしながら4年目を迎える本取り組みについて今後の課題を明らかにしたいと考え，自記式質問紙調査を行った．第一部では47名の参加者に対し40部回答が得られ，回収率は85.1％であった（有効回答率100％）．第二部では51名の参加者に対し31部回答が得られ，回収率は60.8％であった（有効回答率100％）．どちらも概ね満足度は高く，臨床を想定した項目や他大学の教員や学生，臨床の看護師を招いたことに対して好評を得た．学生は実践的な学びのニーズが高いため，臨床との関わりや体験型の演習を積極的に取り入れ更なる質の向上を図る必要がある．Since FY2020, Aino University has been conducting a training program in March for fourth-year students to review nursing skills and social skills. This year, the program was adopted by the Council of Private Nursing Colleges as a model project for district activities, and consisted of Part 1: “Disaster Nursing Exercise” and Part 2: “Nursing Skills Exercise”. A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted for each part of the exercise in order to further develop this project, which is now in its fourth year, and to clarify future issues. In the first part, 40 responses were obtained from 47 participants, for a collection rate of 85.1% (100% valid response rate). In the second session, 31 responses were received from 51 participants, for a response rate of 60.8% (100% valid response rate). In both cases, the level of satisfaction was generally high, with positive feedback received for items that were designed to be clinical and for inviting faculty, students, and clinical nurses from other universities. Since students have a high need for practical learning, it is necessary to further improve the quality of the program by actively incorporating clinical involvement and hands-on exercises.repor

「緩和ケアを推進する看護師教育プログラム」の評価 : 修了者およびその上司への調査から

京都府立医科大学医学部看護学科京都府立医科大学附属病院看護部京都府立医科大学看護実践キャリア開発センター京都府立医科大学附属病院地域医療推進部School of Nursing, Kyoto Prefectural University of MedicineDepartment of Nursing, University Hospital Kyoto Prefectural University of MedicineKyoto Prefectural University of Medicine, Career Development Center for NursingPromotion Division of Regional Medicine, University Hospital Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine　本研究の目的は、「緩和ケア実践看護師養成コース（以下Aコース）」「在宅緩和ケア推進看護師養成コース（以下Bコース）」を受講した修了者とその上司への調査からプログラム評価および看護実践への活用状況を指標にしてプログラムを評価することである。【方法】平成27～31年度の間に京都府立医科大学看護実践キャリア開発センターが開催する「緩和ケアを推進する看護師教育プログラム」のAコースまたはBコースを受講した修了者25名のうち、調査時点で受講時と同じ施設・病院で就労を継続している21名（Aコース14名、Bコース7名）、とその上司21名（Aコース14名、Bコース7名）を研究対象者とした。修了生の施設・病院に質問紙を郵送し、令和3年7月～8月に無記名の自記式質問紙調査を行った。調査項目は、基本属性、カリキュラムについて、教育目標について、受講内容の適切性について、学習内容の臨床での活用について、とした。なお所属する大学の医学倫理審査委員会の承認を得て実施した（ERB-E-444）。【結果】回答者は、Aコース修了者9名、Aコース上司7名、Bコース修了者5名、Bコース上司3名であった。受講した修了者の評価においては、プログラムの内容についてAコースの8割以上が、Bコースの全員が（とても・まあまあ）適切としている。自己能力の発揮状況について、Aコースは4～6割、Bコースについては4～8割ができているとしている。　上司からの評価では、両コースとも受講した講義・演習・実習が7割程度現在の看護実践に役立っていると答えた。期待される能力については両コースとも8割以上が現在の看護活動に活きていると答えた。【結論】平成27年度から開始された「緩和ケアを推進する看護師教育プログラム」に対して、受講した修了者とその上司に，研修が有用であったかを問うたところ、受講した修了者はプログラムの内容が看護の実践で活かされていると実感していることが明らかとなった。さらに、上司は、受講した修了者が研修を踏まえた看護実践ができていると評価していることが明らかになった。修了者、上司の評価からプログラムの効果を評価することができた
