Effects of Dietary intervention on the expressions of INSR and IRS-1 in rats with NAFLD

目的：采用高脂高能量饮食诱导大鼠制备非酒精性脂肪性肝病（NAFLD）模型，给予饮食干预治疗，观察大鼠血清生化指标及肝脏组织病理病变，初步探讨胰岛素及其相关信号通路因子胰岛素受体（INSR）、胰岛素受体底物l（IRS-l）在NAFLD发病机制中的作用和饮食干预的影响。 方法：将40只雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠随机分为5组，分别为8周正常饮食组（NC1组），8周高脂饮食组（HFD1组），16周正常饮食组（NC2组），16周高脂饮食组（HFD2组）和饮食干预组（DIET组）。检测大鼠空腹胰岛素水平及相关生化指标，观察肝脏组织病理改变，通过免疫组化、蛋白质印迹分析（Western-blot...Objective: The nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) rat model was established by high-fat diet.
