Zen buildings---the desingning research on Zen space in contemporary Zen architecture

水溶性番茄浓缩物 Fruitflow 通过调控血小板 PI3K/Akt和MAPKs 信号通路抑制其活化、聚集及血栓形成
【目的】血小板过度活化可促进血栓以及心血管疾病的发生发展,水溶性番茄浓缩物Fruitflow作为膳食补充剂在预防心血管疾病中发挥重要作用,但机制未明,且尚无Fruitflow对血栓形成影响的研究。本研究拟探讨Fruitflow对健康人血小板聚集、活化及血栓形成的影响,并探索其可能的作用机制。【方法】用不同浓度(0、20、40、80mg/L)的Fruitflow与健康成人血小板在体外共孵育,使用血小板聚集仪测定血小板聚集率;用流式细胞仪测定血小板表面αIIbβ3活化及纤维蛋白原结合率;用体视荧光显微镜观察FeCl3诱导的小鼠肠系膜动脉血栓模型中血栓的形成;通过小鼠剪尾实验测定出血时间;用Western blot检测血小板Akt、Erk1/2、JNK总蛋白表达及其磷酸化水平。【结果】在ADP诱导下,20、40、80mg/L的Fruitflow均可有效降低血小板聚集率,且效应呈剂量依赖性,其中80mg/L的Fruitflow干预组血小板聚集率从对照组的(43.75±5.91)%降到了(8.25±4.57)%(0.05);Fruitflow下调血小板Akt、Erk1/2和JNK蛋白的磷酸化水平,与对照组相比,80mg/L Fruitflow干预后P-Akt/Akt由0.97±0.07降至0.33±0.13(<0.001),P-Erk1/2/Erk1/2由0.89±0.09降至0.24±0.02(<0.01),P-JNK/JNK由0.97±0.12降至0.45±0.04(<0.01)。【结论】抑制血小板PI3K/Akt和MAPKs信号可能是Fruitflow抑制血小板聚集活化和血栓形成的机制之一
东方肉穗草异鼠李素诱导HepG2细胞凋亡研究
目的研究东方肉穗草中的主要抗癌活性成分之一异鼠李素诱导HepG2细胞凋亡的机理。方法采用MTT法检测异鼠李素对肝癌HepG2细胞的抑制作用,DAPI染色法对细胞凋亡进行形态学检测。结果实验结果显示异鼠李素对肝癌HepG2细胞的增殖有明显抑制作用,呈浓度依赖性效应。异鼠李素处理48h的IC50为60μmol/L。荧光显微形态学检测显示异鼠李素处理HepG2细胞后出现细胞凋亡的特征性变化。结论研究表明东方肉穗草异鼠李素可以诱导肝癌HepG2细胞凋亡
Application of single poise counterweight method in adjusting grinding uniformity of silicon wafer
为提高硅片研磨的均匀性,提出了一种通过改变调节砝码位置的新方法。对单砝码配重法的原理、步骤及物理模型进行了详细的论述,并基于lAbVIEW软件对该方法进行了可视化。在精密研磨抛光机上进行实验,并用膜厚仪进行均匀性测量。结果表明:在给定的条件下使9.9 CM硅片的均匀性从单靠自重研磨的20μM提高到用配重法调节后的3μM,显著提高了硅片研磨的均匀性。单砝码配重法为解决硅片研磨均匀性问题提供了一种既精确又简便的方法。To improve the grinding uniformity of silicon wafer,this paper proposed a new approach by changing the position of poise.The principle,procedure and physical model of the single poise counterweight method were described in detail,and then the visualization of this method basing on LabVIEW software was realized.Experiment was carried out on a precision grinding and polishing machine,and the thickness uniformity was measured on the thickness monitor.Experimental results show that the uniformity of three inches silicon wafer is improved from 20 μm to 3 μm comparing to conventional deadweight grinding,so the grinding uniformity of silicon wafer is enhanced markedly.Therefore,the single poise counterweight method provides a precise and convenient way to solve the grinding uniformity problem of silicon wafer.航空科学基金(20110868001
三七花醇提物 PNFM 对健康人血小板功能的体外作用
【目的】探讨三七花醇提物(PNFM)对由二磷酸腺苷(ADP)诱导的健康志愿者血小板活化、释放、黏附、聚集等功能的影响及机制。【方法】用不同浓度(0、100、300和500μg/mL)的PNFM与健康人的血小板PRP孵育后,在血小板激活剂ADP诱导后,用CD62P及ATP释放以检测血小板颗粒物释放,比浊法检测聚集率,免疫荧光检测血小板在纤维蛋白原上的铺展,用Fluo3-AM钙离子载体标记检测胞浆游离钙的变化。【结果】在激动剂ADP诱导下,500μg/mL的PNFM干预组血小板聚集率从对照组的(72.00±6.08)降到了35.67±3.78(P<0.01),300μg/mL干预组同样有抑制效果;与对照组相比(30.05±6.48),PNFM干预组明显降低健康人血小板表面CD62P,其中500μg/mL组降至(2.66±0.90,P<0.001);且均降低了PAC-1的表达,500μg/mL组(11.89±6.12)较对照组(33.37±8.12)差异显著(P<0.01);PNFM干预组均可抑制ATP释放,500μg/mL组由对照的1.93±0.47降至0.19±0.10(P<0.001);在血小板于纤维蛋白原上的铺展作用中,PNFM各剂量组也均显示有显著抑制作用,500μg/mL组由对照的89.57±17.34降至25.12±3.52(P<0.001);PNFM同样抑制血小板胞浆钙离子动员,其中500μg/mL组(71.25±5.33)较对照组差异显著(183.87±11.59,P<0.001);且均具有剂量依赖性。【结论】PNFM可在体外有效抑制健康人血小板活化、黏附及聚集等功能,为三七花通过调控血小板功能,从而防治心脑血管疾病提供了新的理论依据和临床应用基础
锂离子电池三元层状氧化物正极材料失效模式分析
镍钴锰三元层状氧化物(NCM)正极材料由于其优越的综合性能在动力/储能电池系统(ESS)领域得到广泛应用。虽然Ni含量的增加可提高三元材料的比容量及电池的能量密度,但相关电池体系的容量保持率和安全性将会变差。如何有效解决该矛盾是此类NCM电池所面临的关键问题。本文从NCM电池体系循环过程中常见的体相结构破坏和正极-电解液界面组成改变两方面失效现象出发,结合近年来国内外对NCM失效模式研究中所提出的新理论、方法、应用,从机械破坏、结构演变、电化学极化、化学副反应、正负极协同效应等多个角度对NCM材料的衰退机理提出见解,对指导电池用户合理制定充放电协议、缓解电动汽车(EV)里程焦虑乃至材料设计本身均有重要的指导及借鉴意义。国家重点研发计划资助(2018YFB0104400,2018YFB0905400

This paper uses empirical method to analysis and define the MTB level from 1978 to 1998, 20 years after China's reform and opening, explore the reason of proportion decreasing of tax revenue at GDP. Paper tries to find the formation of inconsistent of enterprise's heavy burden and fiscal tightness existing side by side, seek for the thinking and countermeasure of this contradiction, and provide scientific basis to define and adjust China's tax burden level rationally. 电镀工业氮氧化物废气治理措施探讨
进入21世纪以来,工业成为推动中国经济发展的重要行业,在过去几十年发展中,电镀工业逐渐兴起,但其在实际生产中会造成大量的氮氧化物污染,其所产生的氮氧化物废气对于大自然环境及空气层质量影响较大。在自然界中虽存在一定的氮氧化物,但通过工业生产所产生的的此类物质对环境为危害较大,会造成大面积的环境污染现象,这是当下中国电镀工业行业在实际发展中需重点考虑的问题。如何有效治理电镀工业氮氧化物废气是本次研究的重点内容,也是目的所在。在以生态环保发展为理念的今天,为有效推动生态环境建设就要加强对该行业氮氧化物废气的治理。</jats:p
