Fabrication of Complex Microelectrode Array and its Application to Electrochemical Detection
电化学方法因其方法简便、操作简单、成本低、方法多样性而广泛用于分析检测中。如何在有干扰物种存在下实现高灵敏度和高选择性检测一直是发展电化学检测方法的关键所在。近年来,一些基于对电化学反应中传荷或扩散进行设计或利用从而实现电化学检测的新方法受到了广泛关注。 本论文工作利用复合微电极阵列在扩散层区域内扩散相互交叠以及反应物之间相互影响的特点,将干扰物消除,从而对待测物进行选择性和高灵敏度检测。首先设计并通过微机电系统平台制备出平面-带-凹微盘阵列电极。基于这种特殊电极构型,我们提出了两种工作模式(分离电位模式和氧化-还原法模式),不仅能够在扩散层内消除干扰物,而且可以利用氧化还原循环增强检测信号...Electrochemical methods have been widely used for detecting electroactive species due to their advantages of simplicity, easy operation, low cost and variety of methods.
