Fatty acid composition of three species of marine microalgae during growth phases
球等鞭金藻、盐藻和小球藻脂肪酸组成气相色谱分析的结果表明 ,三种海洋微藻在指数生长期总多不饱和脂肪酸含量 (TPUFA)明显比稳定生长期高 ,而总饱和脂肪酸含量 (TSFA)在指数生长期间相对较低。球等鞭金藻的DHA ,小球藻的EPA和盐藻的C18∶3均在培养后的第 6d均达最大值。GC determination of fatty acid composition of Isochrysis galbana, Chlorella sp. and Dunaliella salina showed that TPUFA of the three species of microalgae in exponential phase were higher than those in stationary phase, otherwise, TSFA were relatively lower in exponential phase. 甲烷氧化偶联反应催化剂分子设计专家系统的建立
从建造专家系统的理论体系出发,结合我们以前在计算机辅助催化剂分子设计方面所做的工作,从总体上确立了基于甲烷氧化偶联(OCM)这一目前国际上极为关注的催化氧化反应的催化剂组分分子设计专家系统的基本结构框架,对本系统的任务功能、体系结构与支持界面、数据库与知识规则库的建立、推理机的设计等几个部分分别进行了论述。通过对OCM反应的多相催化机理、催化剂组分活性因素、 复合氧化物的有效基团功能以及表面活性位等领域知识的深度分析和组织表达,详细地讨论了该系统数据库的内容构成和建立知识库时所采用的,与在不同分类层次上的知识规则相适应的较为合适的知识表示技术,如产生式表示、谓词逻辑、框架结构、语义网络等。在推理机的设计中,则针对该特定的专家系统,选择确定了几种合适的知识推理技术,并以一些在文献上已报导的OCM的催化剂的合理活性推理图作举例说明;同时,考虑到推理机进行目标求解的推理效果和效率,也涉及了对推理的搜索和控制策略方面的具体论述

Tel:(0592)2183045;Fax:(0592)2183043; E-mail: [email protected][中文文摘]氘反同位素效应是合理阐明过渡金属催化剂上氨合成催化反应机理的重要实验依据之一.在N2/H2(或D2)体积比1/3,0.2MPa,633~733K和GHSV=24000或12000h-1的条件下,检测到了Ru基(纯Ru,Ru/γ-Al2O3,K-Ru/γ-Al2O3,Ru/MgO,K-Ru/MgO和Ba-Ru/MgO)和Fe基(纯Fe和A110-3)催化剂上强的氘反同位素效应(rD/rH≈2),其数值随催化剂和反应温度的变化而变化.这可能是动力学同位素效应与热力学同位素效应二者相互强竞争的结果.[英文文摘]The deuterium inverse isotopic effect (DIIE) is important for the clarification of the ammonia synthesis mechanism over transition metal catalysts. We investigated the DIIE over Ru-based and Fe-based catalysts including pure Fe,multi-promoted fused Fe,pure Ru,Ru/γ-Al2O3,K-Ru/γ-Al2O3,Ru/MgO,K-Ru/MgO,and Ba-Ru/MgO under the reaction conditions of N2/H2 (or D2) volume ratio = 1/3,0.2 MPa,633–733 K,and GHSV = 24 000 and 12 000 h?1. A strong DIIE (rD/rH of about 2) was observed over the above catalysts. Effect of temperature on fatty acid composition of four species of marine microalgae
对在不同温度下培养的 4种海洋微藻脂肪酸的气相色谱分析表明 ,不同微藻的脂肪酸组成及其不饱和程度受温度影响的差别较大 .在本实验条件下 ,随着温度升高 ,球等鞭金藻、盐生杜氏藻、三角褐指藻的总多不饱和脂肪酸 (TPUFA)百分含量及脂肪酸平均双键数 (MDB)均呈下降趋势 ,其总单不饱和脂肪酸 (TMUFA)和总饱和脂肪酸 (TSFA)百分含量则呈增加趋势 ;随着温度提高小球藻TPUFA百分含量和脂肪酸平均双键数先降低后增加 ,在 2 0℃时出现最小值 .The experimental results indicated that the temperature had distinct effects on the composition and unsaturated degree of fatty acid of microalgae, on the basis of GC analysis of fatty acid of four species of marine microalgae. The percentages of TPUFA in TFA and the number of mean double-bond of fatty acids of Isochrysis galbana, Dunaliella salina and Phaeodactylum tricornutum decreased with the ascending temperatures, while those of TMUFA and TSFA increased under the condition of the experiment. Effect of Irradiance of Fatty Acid Composition of Marine Microalgae

Gas Chromatographic Analysis of Fatty acid in Microalgae
以正十九酸(C19:0)作内标,藻体经超声萃取、浓缩吹干,进行抽提酯化后采用毛细管气相色谱法分析测定。该方法重现性好,相对偏差为0.53%~5.49%,回收率较高,为95.1%~102.5%,检测限为0.0072 μ g。In this study, a convenient and rapid method based on capillary gas chromatography is established for the analysis of fatty acid in marine microalgae. By this method, the fatty acids in algal cells are extracted by the ultrasonic method, then concentrated and desiccated in nitrogen gas. After esterification, the fatty acids are detected by capillary gas chromatography .The result shows the high recovery ratio (95.1%~l02.5%), the low relative deviation (0.53%~5.49%) and the low detecting threshold (0.0072 μg) of this method.国家自然科学基金(No.39870565);; 福建省自然科学基金(No.C97006)共同资
