Geometrical scale and density measuring system for nuclear fuel pellets
针对核燃料芯块质量的特殊性和重要性,研制了核燃料芯块几何尺寸及密度的测量系统。该系统通过光学非接触法对核燃料芯块的高度和直径进行二维同步高精度测量,由于对直径检测的特殊要求,采用了多点扫描方式。在完成几何尺寸测量的同时进行芯块重量测量,进而实现了核燃料芯块几何尺寸及密度的高精度快速测量。该系统直径检测精度达到1μm,高度检测精度达到3μm,检测速度为7块/min,并具有数据实时显示、超差报警、存储查询、报表生成、用户管理等功能
Biosorption of cadmium (Ⅱ) by Saccharomyces cerevisiae
作者简介徐惠娟(1971~) ,女,讲师。Email :hjxu @jingxian. xmu. edu. cn研究了啤酒酵母在游离与固定化条件下对重金属离子Cd2 + 的生物吸附特性。灭活的啤酒酵母在适当条件下对Cd2 + 有较强的吸附作用 ,它的吸附能力受到酵母浓度、Cd2 + 浓度、pH值和固定化方法等的影响。结果显示 :实验条件下 ,啤酒酵母的最高吸附率达 93% ,此时的吸附能力为 4 6 .5mgCd2 + g干酵母。吸附后用 1mol L的HCl解吸 ,解吸率达 84 %。用海藻酸钙凝胶包埋法对啤酒酵母细胞进行固定化 ,固定化细胞对Cd2 + 的吸附主要受到海藻酸钠浓度和CaCl2 浓度的影响 ,且凝胶本身对Cd2 + 的吸附能力不能忽略.[英文文摘]The characteristics of cadmium ( Ⅱ) biosorption by free and immobilized S accharomyces cerevisiae were studied. The dry cells of S accharomyces cerevisiae showed strong ability to biosorb Cd2 + that was affected by cell concentration , Cd2 + concentration , pH value and immobilization method. It turned out that the highest percentage of Cd2 + biosorbed by S accharomyces cerevisiae was 93 % in the case of test conditions ; accordingly the biosorption capacity was 46. 5mg Cd2 +Pg dry cells. The dry cells treated with 1molPL HCl after biosorption , 84 % of uptaked Cd2 + could be desorbed to the solution. On the other hand , the uptake of cadmium by immobilized cells was greatly influenced by sodium alginate concentration and CaCl2 concentration while the cells were immobilized in alginate beads , and the Cd2 + biosorption by cell free alginate beads could not be negligible
一种重力流排水管下沉式水质自动监测设备
本实用新型公开了一种重力流排水管下沉式水质自动监测设备,包括监测井和一体化水质监测柜体;所述一体化水质监测柜体包括:用于监测重力流排水管道中污水水质指标的水质监测单元、用于为重力流排水管下沉式水质自动监测设备运行提供电能的供电单元、用于控制水质监测单元自动运行及发送采集监控数据的控制与通讯单元。本实用新型实现对地埋式重力流排水管道中污水多水质指标的在线监测,对排放管网的异常污水快速识别,为污水处理厂提前预警,实现前置管理,辅助污水处理系统稳定运行,应用灵活,维护方便,解决了以往人工定期采样分析的时效性差、成本高的问题,填补了目前重力流排水管道污水水质在线监测与异常诊断的技术空白
