    福建省自主创新政策工具的互补性研究

    本文以福建省创新政策调查数据为基础,利用互补性的超模函数表述方式,从定量的角度实证检验福建省自主创新政策工具在不同阶段的互补性。结果显示,在提高企业创新力度阶段,人才资源方面的政策与资金投入、外部技术支持、科技创新基地及平台等三方面的政策均存在互补性关系,外部技术支持方面的政策和科技创新基地及平台方面的政策之间存在替代性关系;在创新成果转化阶段,知识产权保护方面的政策和成果转化与产业化方面的政策之间存在替代性关系。福建省软科学项目“国内外自主创新政策比较及海西经济区自主创新政策框架设计”(项目编号:2014R01010061

    Spatial distribution and correlation of environmental factors andchlorophyll a concentrations in the Bohai Sea during the summer of 2013

    通过对2013年7月渤海海域26个站点温度、盐度、营养盐及叶绿素a(Chl a)浓度的空间分布特征及其相关性进行了分析,发现:受渤海水深和夏季陆源河流输入影响,近岸水域表现出明显的高温、低盐与高营养盐特征,且垂直变化特征不显著;在水深较深的辽东湾湾口和渤海海峡,海水呈现明显的层化现象,表层水温高于中底层,而表层盐度与营养盐浓度则低于中底层。营养盐结构分析表明,渤海夏季磷酸盐浓度存在显著的绝对与相对限制,而受河流输入影响,硅酸盐的相对限制得到显著缓解。表层Chl a浓度的高值区位于滦河及复州河河口附近海区,中层与底层的高值区则出现在滦河与黄河口附近。Chl a浓度与环境因子的相关性分析表明,盐度..

    NDSMMV——A New Dynamic Selection Strategy of Materialized Views for Multi-Dimensional Data

    物化视图的选择策略是数据仓库研究的重要问题之一.通过深入研究提出了一种多维数据集中物化视图动态选择的新策略——NDSMMV,包括候选视图生成算法CVGA、物化视图选择算法IGA、物化视图调整算法MAMV和物化视图动态调整算法DMAMV.CVGA基于多维数据格生成候选视图集,对候选视图数量进行压缩以减少后续算法的视图空间搜索代价和时间复杂度;IGA基于视图查询、视图维护和存储空间三元评价标准在候选视图集上进行物化视图的选择;MAMV基于物化视图选择过程已选视图的收益变化情况对物化视图进行进一步调整以提高查询的响应性能;DMAMV定时地判断查询视图类型分布是否变化来决定是否进行物化视图的动态调整,从而避免了物化视图集的"抖动".理论分析和实验结果表明该策略是有效可行的.The selection strategy of materialized view is one of the important issues of data warehouse research.Its goal is to elect a group of materialized views,which could cut down the cost of the query greatly on the basis of the limited storage space.The cost model is proposed at first.Then,a new dynamic selection strategy of materialized views for multi-dimensional data(NDSMMV)is presented,which is composed of four algorithms:CVGA(candidate view generation algorithm),IGA(improved greedy algorithm),MAMV(modulation algorithm of materialized views)and DMAMV(dynamic modulation algorithm of materialized views).CVGA generates the candidate view set based on multi-dimensional data lattice,which reduces the number of candidate views to decrease the space search cost and time consumption of the following algorithm.IGA selects materialized views taking account of view query,view maintenance and space constraint.MAMV modulate the materialized views according to the change of the materialized view profit,which improves the capability of querying materialized views.DMAMV uses the sample space to judge whether it is necessary to change the view set which can avoid sharp dither.The comparative experiment indicates that NDSMMV operates more effectively than BPUS and FPUS in the respect that CVGA reduces the amount of views beforehand.IGA selects the materialized views quickly,MAMV modulates the materialized views accurately,and the query expense decreases further with the modulation of the DMAMV on line,which validates the efficiency of NDSMMV.国家自然科学基金项目(50604012);; 福建省高新技术研究计划重点项目(2003H043)~

    Simulation of surface topography considering process-machine interaction in grinding

    磨削加工方法是保证加工表面质量的重要手段,机床结构与磨削过程之间存在的交互作用会对工件表面质量产生不利影响。以砂轮端面磨削加工过程为研究对象,在研究磨削工件表面形貌仿真方法的基础上,深入分析了机床结构与磨削过程之间交互作用对工件表面形貌的影响。首先基于砂轮表层磨粒的随机分布特性建立了虚拟砂轮形貌,然后通过对磨削过程中砂轮磨粒与工件几何干涉作用的分析,建立了磨粒运动轨迹方程和工件表面形貌方程。考虑砂轮变形对磨削过程的反向作用,建立了主轴-砂轮结构与磨削过程间的交互模型,采用耦合仿真的方法对机床-磨削交互过程进行了仿真,并考虑磨削过程中的交互作用提出了一种新的磨削工件表面形貌仿真模型,实验结果验证了所给算法的正确性和有效性,该方法为进一步优化磨削工艺参数提供了依据。Grinding is an important means to guarantee the quality of the machined surface,however,the interaction between machine and grinding process reduces surface quality. Focusing on face grinding,the influence of process-machine interaction on ground surface was analyzed based on the investigation of surface topography simulation. A visual wheel topology was simulated based on the random nature of grains located on the wheel surface. The grain trajectory equation and workpiece topography equation were established based on the analyses of interference between grains and workpiece. The interaction between grinding process and spindle-wheel was modeled considering the inverse influence of wheel deformation on process and simulated by adopting a coupling simulation method. Taking the processmachine interaction into account,a novel simulation model for surface topography of the grinding process was proposed.Grinding test verifies the accuracy and effectiveness of the given algorithm.     Updating Algorithm for Association Rules Based on Fully Mining Incremental Transactions

    目前已提出了许多快速的关联规则增量更新挖掘算法,但是它们在处理对新增事务敏感的问题时,往往会丢失一些重要规则。为此,文章提出了一种新的挖掘增量更新后的数据库中频繁项集的算法EUFIA(Entirety Update Frequent Itemsets Algorithm),该算法先对新增事务数据分区,然后快速扫描各分区,能全面有效地挖掘出其中的频繁项集,且不丢失重要规则。同时,最多只扫描1次原数据库也能获得更新后事务数据库的全局频繁项集。研究表明,该算法具有很好的可测量性。Incremental Association rules Mining is an important content of data mining technology.This study proposes a new algorithm,called the Entirety Update Frequent Itemsets Algorithm(EUFIA)for efficiently incrementally mining association rules from large transaction database.Rather than rescanning the original database for some new generated frequent itemsets,EUFIA partitions the incremental database logically according to unit time interval,then accumulates the occurrence counts of new generated frequent itemsets and deletes infrequent itemsets obviously by backward method.Thus,EUFIA can discover newly generated frequent itemsets more efficiently and need rescan the original database only once to get overall frequent itemsets in the final database if necessary.EUFIA has good scalability in our simulation.国家自然科学基金项目(50474033);; 福建省自然科学基金项目(A0310008);; 福建省高新技术研究开放计划重点项目(2003H043

Noether's theorem and its inverse theorem of Vacco systems with unilateral constraints are given,which are based upon the invariant properties by introducing the generalized quasi-symmetry of the infinitesimal transformation for the transformation group G r of r -parameter. And Noether's theorem dealing with the Vacco system of bilateral constraints is its corollary.     低温恒能量同步荧光法同时快速检测食品中多种多环芳烃

    恒能量同步荧光法应用于多环芳烃的检测可以提高选择性,低温可使谱带呈指纹特征,提供常温光谱无法获得的光谱细节信息,有助于实现对复杂基体中多环芳烃的检测。文章结合恒能量同步荧光扫描技术与斯波斯基低温技术,建立了食品中多种多环芳烃的低温恒能量同步荧光同时快速分析方法。对低油脂样品直接用正辛烷浸泡,高油脂样品也只需要增加皂化萃取,即可进行光谱扫描来检测食品样中的多种多环芳烃。对两种类型的实际样进行加标回收实验,回收率为80.2%~98.9%,定量工作曲线线性较好(r≥0.9938)。该方法选择性好、操作简便快捷、费用低廉

    Analysis and compensation of the springback of metal wire bending

    回弹对于线材折弯加工的精度影响非常明显,为探索线材回弹规律,建立了线材折弯过程的数学模型,以材质45钢的线材为研究对象,进行有限元分析与试验研究。验证了有限元分析与试验方法获得回弹角度数据的一致性,考虑折弯角度和线材直径两个主要参数对回弹的影响,建立了线材折弯回弹角度的双参数数学模型。将回弹角度双参数数学模型应用于弯丝机的补偿模块,进行线材折弯试验,取得明显的折弯补偿效果,使线材折弯加工精度达到了1°,实现了对任意折弯角度和线材直径的线材折弯回弹补偿。It is evidently shown that the springback has an influence on the accuracy of wire bending process.In order to explain the law of springback,a mathematical model of wire bending process was built for 45 steel wire,and finite element analysis and experimental research were carried out.The consistence of springback angle was attained through the finite element simulation and experiments.Considering the influence of the two main parameters of bending angle and wire diameter,a double-parameter mathematical model of springback angle was established.When the double-parameter mathematical model was applied to the compensation module of wire-bending machine for the test of wire bending,a prominent compensation effect was achieved,the processing precision was up to 1° with the springback compensation of arbitrary bending angle and wire diameter realized.厦门市产业技术攻关资助项目(3502Z20131007

    乳腺癌病人血清HER-2/neu检测及其临床意义

    【目的】本研究分析晚期乳腺癌患者血清HER-2/neu的水平与预后的关系,并探讨其临床意义。【方法】酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测94例晚期乳腺癌患者血清HER-2/neu的浓度.分析血清与组织中HER-2/neu表达的相关性,并分析其与患者预后的关系。【结果】94例晚期乳腺癌患者就诊时的血清HER-2/neu浓度为0.34-275.25μg/L(平均浓度为23.69μg/L)。血清HER-2/neu浓度的高低与化疗的有效性、疾病进展时间的长短无关。晚期乳腺癌患者的血清HER-2/neu浓度与肿瘤组织中HER-2/neu表达强阳性是一致的。【结论】血清HER-2/neu尚不能确立为独立的预后指标,需要更多的病例进行分析
