A Corpus-Based Analysis on Pragmatic Presuppositions in Advertising Texts

Risk factors of gastrointestinal bleeding with dabigatran etexilate for stroke prevention in atrial fibrillation patients and its preventive strategies
新型口服直接凝血酶抑制剂达比加群酯预防卒中疗效确切,但消化道出血风险不容小视。本文结合近5年达比加群酯用于预防心房颤动患者脑卒中时致消化道出血的临床随机试验和详细个案报道,对达比加群酯致消化道出血的可能危险因素、预防达比加群酯致消化道出血的措施等作一综述。临床医师应权衡应用达比加群酯的利弊,保证治疗的安全、有效。Dabigatran etexilate, a new direct thrombin inhibitor, has precise clinical curative effect on reducing the risk of stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation, but the risk for major gastrointestinal bleeding is significant. This paper reviewed risk factors and preventive strategies of gastrointestinal bleeding with dabigatran etexilate for stroke in atrial fibrillation patients according to randomized trials and case reports in recent five years. Clinician should balance the risk of bleeding with treatment outcome of dabigatran etexilate to ensure the effectiveness and safety of treatment

西哥湾漏油事件及美国相关国内法的基础上,认为我国应在建立健全相关法律法规,明确具体地规定不同污染来源时的对应责任主体,扩大请求主体和赔偿范围,提高责任限额等方面进行改进。[Abstract]The Bohai Bay oil spill has brought to the fore certain issues concerning the assignment of liability to parties involved in offshore environmental damages.The incident has highlighted weaknesses in China’s current system of accountability in offshore oil drilling,namely ambiguous definition of responsible party,incomplete range of claimants,vague scope of compensation and lax administrative punishment.The U.S. Gulf of Mexico oil spill and its aftermath,by contrast,demonstrated elements of an effective legal response to a similar environmental incident,specifically with respect to liability and compensation,and can therefore serve as an instructive case study in efforts to advance the Chinese offshore drilling legal regime.After comparing the two aforementioned incidents and the respective legal lessons learned therein,the authors conclude that elucidating the process of identifying responsible parties,expanding the scope of compensation,and increasing liability limits are necessary actions for improving the efficacy and efficiency of relevant Chinese laws

Progress on solid self-microemulsifying drug delivery system for oral administration
目的对新近发展的固体自微乳化给药系统(S-SMEddS)文献进行综述。方法查阅近年国内外相关文献并进行归纳和总结。结果对固体自微乳的载体、固化技术以及缓控释制剂进行了探讨,为研究水难溶性药物的生物利用度及适合药物释放特性的S-SMEddS技术提供相关参考。结论固体自微乳化系统可以显著提高难溶性药物的口服生物利用度,且兼顾了液态自微乳和固体制剂二者的优势,是一个极具潜力的新型制剂。Objective To review the newly developed solid self-microemulsifying drug delivery system(S-SMEDDS).Methods Relevant literatures at home and abroad in recent years were consulted and summarized.Results Solid self-microemulsions carrier,solidification technology and controlled release formulations were discussed,in order to provide relevant references for improving the bioavailability of water-insoluble drugs and the SMEDDS technology for drug release characteristics.Conclusion The utilization of the solid self-emulsifying drug delivery system could significantly enhance the oral bioavailability of water-insoluble drugs.As a new formulation,S-SMEDDS presented huge potential
酪氨酸激酶抑制药GW2974诱导乳腺癌细胞BT474耐药的代谢机制研究
目的通过比较酪氨酸激酶抑制药GW2974给药后母本细胞株BT474与耐药株r BT474之间代谢相关因子mRNA表达的差异,探讨r BT474可能的耐药机制。方法收集对数生长期r BT474和BT474细胞,接种于96孔板,加入含有GW2974的培养基,分别于孵育0,12,24和48 h后,通过噻唑蓝法检测BT474与r BT474细胞的增殖情况。用逆转录实时定量-聚合酶链反应检测12种相关代谢因子葡萄糖转运体4(GLUT4)、2,6-二磷酸果糖激酶(PFK-2)、丙酮酸激酶2(PKM2)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDHA)、丙酮酸羧化酶(PC)、6-磷酸果糖激酶(G-6-PD)、脂肪酸合成酶(FASN)、脂酰肉碱转移酶1 (CPT1A)、葡萄糖调节蛋白75(GRP75)、电压依赖性阴离子通道蛋白1 (VDAC1)、葡萄糖调节蛋白78(GRP78)和钙网蛋白(CALR)的mRNA在BT474细胞和r BT474细胞中给药前后的表达水平。结果给予GW2974后,母本细胞BT474中糖脂代谢相关因子GLUT4、PFK-2、PKM2、LDHA、PC、G-6-PD、FASN和CPT1A的mRNA表达水平均明显下调,线粒体应激因子GRP75、VDAC1与内质网应激因子CALR表达水平均明显下调,内质网应激因子GRP78表达明显上调。而在耐药株r BT474中给药后这12种代谢相关因子的mRNA表达水平均明显上调。结论耐药株r BT474可能通过调控糖脂代谢以及细胞应激等过程使细胞耐受性增强。福建省自然科学基金面上项目(2012J01417
樟树籽仁油的遗传毒性评价
为评价樟树籽仁油的食用安全性,通过细菌回复突变试验、体外哺乳类细胞TK基因突变试验及哺乳动物红细胞微核试验探究樟树籽仁油的致突变和潜在致癌作用。结果表明:樟树籽仁油对组氨酸缺陷型鼠伤寒沙门氏菌TA1535、TA97、TA98、TA100、TA102均无致突变作用;樟树籽仁油未抑制L5178Y小鼠淋巴瘤细胞的生长,对体外哺乳类细胞TK基因无致突变作用;樟树籽仁油未导致小鼠细胞微核率上升,对哺乳动物红细胞无致突变作用,无遗传毒性。综上,樟树籽仁油无细胞致突变和潜在致癌作用,没有遗传毒性,具有一定的食用安全性。To evaluate the edible safety of Cinnamomum camphora seed kernel oil (CCSKO), the mutagenicity and potential carcinogenic effects of CCSKO were investigated by bacterial reverse mutation tests, in vitro mammalian cell TK gene mutation tests, and mammalian erythrocyte micronucleus tests. The results showed that CCSKO had no mutagenic effect on Salmonella typhimurium strains TA1535, TA97, TA98, TA100 and TA102 with histidine deficiency. CCSKO did not inhibit the growth of L5178Y mouse lymphoma cells, and had no mutagenic effect on TK gene in mammalian cells in vitro. CCSKO did not increase the micronucleus rate of cell in mice, had no mutagenic effect on mammalian erythrocytes and had no genotoxicity. To sum up, CCSKO has no mutagenicity and potential carcinogenic effect, no genotoxicity, and has certain edible safety
The Behavioral Problems and Influential Factors of the Overseas Left-In-Hometown Children in Junior High School
本研究采用自编问卷及Achenbach青少年自评量表对福建省福清市729名12-17岁初中儿童进行施测,初步探讨海外留守儿童的问题行为及其影响因素。结果表明:(1)总体上看来,海外初中留守儿童的社交问题比非留守儿童的社交问题更为严重。(2)海外初中留守女童的内隐性问题行为比留守男童更为严重。(3)与初一、初三的海外留守儿童相比,初二年级的海外留守儿童在焦虑/抑郁、退缩、身体不适方面表现最好。(4)兄弟姐妹的数量越多,海外留守儿童的身体不适问题越严重
罗非鱼链球菌病疫苗的研究进展
