    两种DOPO阻燃环氧树脂固化剂的室温合成及性能

    无卤反应型多元素协同是环氧树脂阻燃研究的热点,室温合成了上述功能的活性DOPO衍生物DOPO-M和DOPOT。它们作为固化剂,分别与4,4’-二氨基二苯甲烷混合,再与等当量环氧树脂E51固化得到阻燃元素含量可控的环氧体系。使用NMR证明了DOPO衍生物结构,使用红外跟踪其固化过程,继而使用DMTA、TGA和LOI测试分别研究了DOPO衍生物引入量、结构区别对环氧树脂热力学性能、耐热性能及阻燃性能的控制趋势。结果表明:(1)阻燃环氧体系都为均相体系;(2)阻燃环氧体系的耐热性能及阻燃性能均得到显著提升;(3)DOPO-M比DOPO-T在提升阻燃环氧体系的耐热性能及阻燃性能上更有优势。湖北省自然科学基金(ZRMS2016001126);;湖北科技学院核技术专项(2018-19KZ06);湖北科技学院校级项目(2016-XC-010,2017-XB-017);;湖北省教育厅优秀中青年人才科研项目(Q20162806)资

    Energy Efficiency Evaluation of Frozen Food Production Factories

    At present, food production factories in our country evaluate energy consumption level by using energy consumption per unit production or energy consumption fees. However, these indices do not reflect the influence of the using level, business level, and the quality level on the enterprise energy efficiency. In this study, energy consumption situation of some food production factories at home and abroad were compared, and the problems caused by the current energy consumption evaluation indices were analyzed. A new energy efficiency evaluation index which can reflect using level, business level, and the quality level was proposed. Then the evaluation of energy efficiency for six representative domestic food production factories was performed with the present index. The result shows that energy efficiency difference among factories is obvious

    目的建立旋毛虫P49抗原基因原校表达产物的纯化方法。方法菌体经冻融、超声破菌及提取包涵体后,用离子交换和凝胶过滤层析纯化蛋白质。结果纯化后的融合蛋白P49/gST经SdS-PAgE电冰鉴定达电泳纯。双抗体夹心ElISA法检测结果表明纯化的P49/gST融合蛋白能与旋毛虫感染的鼠血清和纯化融合蛋白免疫的兔血清反应,而不与正常民和兔血清反应。结论纯化后的融合蛋白P49/gST具有较高的纯度及较强的免疫活性,可望作为旅毛虫病的免疫诊断抗原。Aim To establish a purification procedure for p49 antigen gene product of Trichinella spiralis expressed inEschedchia coli.Methods After centrifugation of the bacterial culture, the bacterial pellet was resuspended and lysed byfreezing-thawing treatment and ultrasonication.Ion exchanged and gel filtration chromatography were used to purify the fu-sion protein p49/GST from the inclusion bodies- Re8ultS The purity of the fusion protein p49/GST was verified using SDS-PAGE.The purified p49/GST protein could react with mouse antisera against Tricinella sPiralis and rabbit antisera againstpurified p49/GST protein, but not with normal mouse and rabbit sera by sandwich EL1SA.Concluslon The purified fusionprotein p49/GST with high purity and good immune activity could be used for the immune aasay of trichinellosis.福建省重点(农医)项目!95-Z-15

    500kV直流断路器快速机械开关典型故障特性及可靠性提升方法研究

    直流断路器是构建柔性直流电网不可或缺的关键设备。快速机械开关是直流断路器中承载电流、实现快速分合闸、耐受分闸恢复电压的核心组件,其结构复杂、动作速度快、电气应力严酷、可靠性要求高,因而设计研制难度大,任一环节出现问题均会影响直流断路器乃至柔直电网的安全可靠运行。然而,目前快速机械开关由于存在设计选型不合理、工艺管控不严格、试验考核不完善等问题,导致在实际工程应用中故障率较高。针对已应用于张北柔性直流电网试验示范工程的500 kV直流断路器,分析了直流断路器研制、调试、运行过程中快速机械开关典型故障的特性及原因。在此基础上,围绕快速机械开关典型故障从设计选型、生产制造、试验考核等方面入手,有针对性地提出可靠性提升措施,为500 kV直流断路器快速机械开关设计研制和运维检修提供了指导和依据

    Food source and feeding habit of Helice tientsinensis from the common reed vegetation in high marsh of Yellow River Delta,China

    Investigating the composition of food sources with stable isotope method can provide direct evidence for the top-down control in the coastal wetland.In this study,we examined food source and feeding habit of Helice tientsinensis of common reed (Phragmites australis) vegetation in high marsh of Yellow River Delta.The results showed that the density of crab was (5.5 1.5) ind&middot;m~(-2),with the behavior of climbing P.australis to feed on the leaves at night.Under the same indoor experimental condition,H.tientsinensis showed feeding preference on fresh leaves of P.australis.The stable isotope food source analysis showed that the leaves of P.australis were one of the important food sources of H.tientsinensis in the field.There were temporal variations in the proportion of fresh leaves [May:(6.44.9) %,July:(5.84.9) %,September:(12.58.8) %] and dead leaves [May:(12.47.8) %,July:(15.59.9) %,September:(15.19.4) %].Therefore,H.tientsinensis could inhibit P.australis&#39;s growth and affect litter decomposition through feeding disturbance behavior.</p

    采用摄动有限体积(PFV)算法和水平集(level set)技术对T形微通道内互不相溶两相流动进行了数值模拟研究。考察了两相界面张力和微通道壁面润湿性对流动的影响,精确地捕捉到了油水两相流动的界面。对一些典型的T形微通道油水两相流动进行了数值计算,模拟结果和实验结果吻合较好。分析总结出了微通道内两相流动过程中的一些基本规律,为微通道内的液液两相流动实验设计和工业应用提供了新的数值预测手段

    Effects of Moxibustion on Gastric Stress Ulcer Rats' Apoptosis Protein Phosphorylation

    目的:研究艾灸对应激性胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜细胞凋亡蛋白质磷酸化的影响,探讨艾灸促进胃黏膜损伤修复的信号转导机制。方法:将大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、胃经穴组和对照点组,采用束缚冷应激法制作应激性胃溃疡大鼠模型,肉眼观察大鼠胃黏膜损伤程度,APOPTOSIS MICrOArrAy SlIdES芯片检测胃黏膜细胞凋亡蛋白质磷酸化水平。结果:与模型组比较,胃经穴组和对照点组大鼠胃黏膜损伤指数值均显著降低(P<0.05);与对照点组比较,胃经穴组大鼠胃黏膜损伤指数显著降低(P<0.05);APOPTOSIS MICrOArrAy SlIdES芯片检测结果显示:与模型组比较,胃经穴组大鼠胃黏膜细胞10种蛋白质磷酸化水平上调,其中bCl-Xl、MCl-1、bCl-2、IAPS 4种蛋白磷酸化水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);18种蛋白质磷酸化水平下调,其中Tnf、fAS、APAf-1、CASPASE-3、CASPASE-9、bAX 6种蛋白质磷酸化水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:艾灸可促进胃黏膜的损伤修复,调节多种凋亡相关信号蛋白质的磷酸化水平,并且存在一定的经脉脏腑相关性。Objective: To study the effects of moxibustion on apoptosis protein phosphorylation in rats with gastric stress ulcer and to explore the signal transduction mechanisms promoting gastric mucosal injury and repairing moxibustion.Methods: The rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,stomach meridian group and the control point groups and each group had 10 rats.The stress ulcer rat model was established by using restraint cold stress method.We observed the rat gastric mucosa injury degree and Apoptosis Microarray Slides microarray was used to observe the gastric apoptosis protein phosphorylation levels.Results: Compared with the model group,the gastric mucosa injury index values of control point and meridian groups were significantly lower( P < 0.05).Compared with the control point group,a significant reduction in rat gastric mucosa injury index was in meridian group( P < 0.05).Apoptosis Microarray Slides microarray results showed that 10 kinds of protein phosphorylation levels increased,among which Bcl- XL,Mcl- 1,Bcl-2 and IAPs protein phosphorylation levels were statistically significant( P < 0.01,P < 0.05) and 18 kinds of protein phosphorylation levels decreased,among which TNF,Fas,Apaf- 1,Caspase- 3,Caspase- 9 and Bax protein phosphorylation levels were statistically significant( P < 0.01,P < 0.05).Conclusion: Moxibustion can promote gastric mucosal injury and repair and regulate phosphorylation of several proteins related to apoptotic signals and there is a certain correlation between the meridians organs.国家自然科学基金项目(30960484;81260556
