    2002年成立的美国国会台湾连线已成为美国国会议员介入美国对华、对台政策的重要渠道。本文对台湾连线成员在第110届国会众议院的分布进行了实证研究,发现加入该连线的议员多来自美国南部,来自那些亚裔人口比重较大、与中国经济关系密切、"台独"组织FAPA活跃的选区。外交委员会成员、意识形态保守议员和共和党议员参与台湾连线几率较高。基于台湾连线分布的特点,本文提出理性处理台湾问题中美国国会因素的建议

    2005年相继成立的美国国会"美中工作小组"和"中国连线"已成为国会议员介入美国对华政策的重要渠道。本文对两个中国议题连线成员在第110届国会众议院的分布进行了实证研究,发现前者强调经贸合作,而后者倾向军事提防。两个中国议题连线的成员均多来自南部和太平洋地区,且更多为军事委员会和交通与基础设施委员会成员。比较而言,美中工作小组成员来自那些亚裔人口比重较大、与中国经济关系密切的选区;而中国连线成员则以共和党人居多,且对华持有保守立场,借炒作中国议题为选区谋利。同时,资历较浅的议员也将加入中国议题连线、参与中国事务视为提升影响力的有效途径。基于两个中国议题连线分布的特点,提出理性处理中美关系中美国国会因素的一些建议

    台湾地区是美国国会议员访问最频繁的地区之一。本文分析了从1997年到2008年的美国国会议员访台记录分布及其决定因素,获得了如下主要发现:第一,美国国会议员访台频次变动受台湾岛内政治变动和美国国会选举周期影响,但以前者更为重要;第二,《与台湾关系法》赋予美国国会及其议员干预台湾问题的"权力",是造成美国国会议员、特别是外交事务、军事、情报等委员会成员频繁访台的根本原因;第三,意识形态、选区利益、经贸关系等对美国国会议员访台也产生了一定的影响

    Redistribution of iron during directional solidification of metallurgical-grade silicon at low growth rate

    研究冶金级硅低速定向凝固过程中杂质铁的再分布。采用ICP-MS检测铁的浓度,绘制铁在固相、液相、晶界和晶体生长方向上的浓度示意图。铁浓度在固、液相中具有明显差异。依据质量守恒定理,计算得出溶质边界层约为4 mm,铁的有效分凝系数约为2.98×10~(-4)。在低速凝固条件下,铁容易偏析聚集在晶界。在生长方向上,由于低速凝固,铁浓度在硅锭86%高度以下几乎恒定,不完全符合Scheil方程规律。讨论了对流对铁再分布的影响,对流"死区"对铁再分布具有重要影响。Redistribution of iron during directional solidification of metallurgical-grade silicon(MG-Si) was conducted at low growth rate. Concentrations of iron were examined by ICP-MS and figured in solid and liquid phases, at grain boundary and in growth direction. Concentrations are significantly different between solid and liquid phases. The thickness of the solute boundary layer is about 4 mm verified by mass balance law, and the effective distribution coefficient is 2.98×10~(-4). Iron element easily segregates at grain boundary at low growth rate. In growth direction, concentrations are almost constant until 86% ingot height, and they do not meet the Scheil equation completely, which is caused by the low growth rate. The effect of convection on the redistribution of iron was discussed in detail.     在 Cu- Zn- Al甲醇合成催化剂中添加适量的氧化锆助剂 ,制得 Cu- Zn- Al- Zr催化剂及表征其特性 .实验结果表明 ,Cu- Zn- Al- Zr催化剂最佳反应温度为 2 30℃ ,比 Cu- Zn- Al低约 10℃ ;热处理前后甲醇得率分别比 Cu- Zn- Al高 16%和 38% .UVDR表征显示 ,反应后催化剂在 5 98nm处观测到在 Zn O晶格介面上的 Cu+;CO- TPD表征显示 ,经 4 5 0℃热处理后的催化剂只在 182℃~ 197℃处出现一个由 Cu0 位贡献的吸附峰 ,热处理前在 2 61℃~ 2 74℃处由 Cu+位贡献的吸附峰消失 .Cu-Zn- Al- Zr催化剂对 CO的吸附量和 Cu+含量均大于 Cu- Zn- Al催化剂 ,这与该催化剂具有较好的低温活性和较高的热稳定性密切相

    Blending Modification of Corn Native Starch and Cross-linking Starch

    张小林( 1962- ) , 男, 江西高安人, 教授, 博士, 从事精细化 工和药物中间体的合成研究。* 通讯作者。[中文摘要][目的]研究淀粉材料的重结晶性能。[方法]将玉米原淀粉、低交联淀粉与高交联淀粉和水按一定比例混合、糊化后,冷冻干燥制备出物理交联淀粉,然后借助差热分析(DSC)、广角X射线衍射(XRD)分析仪器对其性能进行研究。[结果]DSC峰值温度随着玉米交联淀粉水分的减小逐渐增大;压缩强度随高交联玉米淀粉含量的增加先增大后减小。在高交联玉米淀粉含量为12%时,2种玉米淀粉压缩强度最大,玉米原淀粉达到0.210 MPa,玉米交联淀粉达到0.278 MPa。[结论]高交联淀粉含量不是越高越好,只有添加适量高交联淀粉才能提高淀粉的重结晶性能。[英文摘要][Objective]The research aimed to study re-crystallization characteristics of starch materials.[Method]After the mixture and gelatinization of low corn cross-linking starch,native starch and high corn cross-linking starch as well as water with certain proportion,then freeze-drying was used to prepare the physical cross-linking starch.Finally,the re-crystallization performance of freeze-drying starch were studied based on differential scanning calorimeter and X-ray diffraction analytical instrument.[Result]With the decrease of corn cross-linking starch moisture, DSC peak temperature increased gradually; how ever, compressive streng th increased at first and then decreased with the increasing of cross-linking corn starch. When the content of high corn crosslinking starch ach ieved 12%, compressive strength of 2 k inds of cornstarch reached to themaxmi um, moreover, when corn native starch was 0. 210 MPa, corn cross-inking starch was 0. 278MPa. [Conclusion] The higher the high corn cross-linking starch did not the better the performance, only suitable am ount of high corn crosslinking starch, can mi-proved the re-crystallization performance of starch.厦门大学新教师启动基金项目( 0040X12105)

    Effects of transfected HSP70 on p38MAPK signal pathway

    目的:探讨热休克蛋白 (HSP70 )在人胶质瘤细胞BT 32 5 p38MAPK信号通路中的作用。方法:用脂质体介导法将hsp70基因导入人胶质瘤细胞BT 32 5中 ,倒置显微镜观察转染细胞的形态学及粘附性变化 ,紫外线照射 30min后 ,采用免疫组化和Western blot方法测定转染前后HSP70的表达水平及照射前后 p38MAPK表达情况。结果:免疫组化和Western blot证实hsp70基因成功转染入BT 32 5中 ,转染细胞受到紫外线照射后 p38MAPK表达减弱。结论:体外转染hsp70基因可抑制紫外线照射后BT 32 5细胞 p38MAPK的表达. Objective To study the role of HSP70 in p38MAPK signal transduction of human glioma cells BT 325.Methods pBBS212 hsp70 gene was transfected into BT 325 cells by lipofectin.
