Research on the Financing Structure Design and Policies Suggestion to Promoting Private Enterprise to Participate in Comprehensive Watershed Management PPP Model
结合当前政府相关金融创新的鼓励政策,设计出民营企业参与流域综合治理PPP项目的三种融资方案,并进行优劣势的比较,认为民营企业参与PPP项目的最重要障碍是自身信用和融资能力。在上述基础上,提出在可以授予特许经营权抵押融资的前提下,政府及金融机构应给予民营企业鼓励与政策支持,共同参与流域综合治理PPP项目。Combined with the relevant government finance incentives policies, this paper designs three financing options for private enterprise to participate in the comprehensive watershed management PPP project, compares the advantages and disadvantages, and shows that the most important obstacle to private enterprise to participate in PPP projects is the own credit and financing capacity. Then, proposes that under finance franchise mortgage, financial institutions should give private enterprises encouragerment and policy support, and joint participation in the integrated watershed management PPP project
50味中药及其复方与抗生素对河流弧菌的体外抑菌作用
用牛津杯法选择大黄、黄柏、黄连等50种单味中药进行河流弧菌、金黄色葡萄球菌体外抑菌试验,并以抗菌活性较好的药物组成二联、三联复方,药物质量浓度分别为60和240 mg·mL-1,进行中药复方抗菌活性研究,同时用抗生素进行河流弧菌药敏试验。目的是筛选出对河流弧菌敏感的中草药、抗生素及其复方。结果表明,黄连、诃子等单方对河流弧菌抑菌作用明显,为极敏感;在60 mg·mL-1低药物浓度时,黄柏、黄连组成的复方对河流弧菌抑菌作用为极敏感;在240 mg·mL-1药物浓度时,黄柏、黄连等组成的9个复方中药对河流弧菌抑菌作用属极敏感,黄连、板蓝根、黄柏等4个复方中药对河流弧菌的抑菌作用明显,为极敏感。河流弧菌对恩诺沙星、盐酸多西环素、氟苯尼考、土霉素及甲氧苄啶/磺胺甲噁唑5种药物高度敏感。部分中药对河流弧菌抑制作用不明显,黄连、板蓝根、黄柏等4个三联复方中药药效最强。可组成多种三联复方中药或中西药联用复方,均有良好的抑制作用。2018年开放课题基金项目(LYC2018RS04,闽海鸥[2018]31号)福建省自然基金项目(2016J01167,2018J01455)国家自然科学基金(31702384,31502194)福建省科技重大专项(2016NZ0001-3)2017年集美大学研究生教育教学改革研究项目(集大研No.[2017]18号)教育部鳗鱼工程研究中心开放基金项目(RE201704
Potential impacts of pandemics on global warming, agricultural production, and biodiversity loss
The rising frequency of infectious diseases under climate change poses an emerging threat to environmental and agricultural sustainability by consuming large quantities of materials. The demand for crops to produce personal protective equipment (PPE) competes for land and fertilizers, leads to cropland expansion, and accelerates climate change, but the ecological impacts remain unclear. Here we explore the impacts of pandemics on global warming, agricultural production, and biodiversity loss in an Earth system model by developing relationships between consumption of PPE and the rate of infection during COVID-19. Meeting the demand for PPE would increase production of cotton lint, corn, and natural rubber, which accelerates global warming by 0.2°C with 1.8% additional species losses by 2100. Our results suggest that the risks of public health, food security, climate change, and ecological integrity have been connected to each other, which should be considered when predicting the impacts of future pandemics
三江平原环形湿地昆虫种类多样性与季节动态
以三江平原典型环形湿地为研究对象,在小叶章群落、沼柳小叶章群落、漂茷苔草群落、塔头毛苔草群落,采用黄盘诱集法和扫网法定期对湿地昆虫群落进行采集,研究了该区内的昆虫生物多样性及其季节性变化特征。共采集昆虫标本25945号,其中双翅目和同翅目数量最多,其次为膜翅目、缨翅目、弹尾目、鞘翅目、半翅目、直翅目等。各个植物群落昆虫种群的数量,Shannon-Wiener指数、Pielou指数受季节性影响显著。6月下旬湿地昆虫数量最多,但是Shannon-Wiener指数,Pielou指数最低。Shannon-Wiener指数在塔头苔草群落最高,在小叶章植物群落最低
白細胞介素17A在視神經損傷模型小鼠神經再生中的作用
背景:實驗證明在角膜損傷模型中,白細胞介素17A參與的炎癥反應在角膜神經再生過程中發揮著重要作用。目的:進一步驗證白細胞介素17A對視神經損傷模型小鼠神經再生的作用。方法:構建白細胞介素17A過表達腺病毒載體(AV-IL-17A-GFP),構建白細胞介素17A表達載體,包裝并純化腺病毒,以綠色熒光蛋白空載體包裝的腺病毒為對照組(AV-GFP對照組);用病毒感染PC12細胞并通過ELISA檢測白細胞介素17A表達效率,采用顯微注射方法將病毒注射到小鼠玻璃體內,利用免疫熒光檢測視神經中白細胞介素17A的表達,構建小鼠視神經損傷模型,檢測受損視神經再生情況。結果與結論:(1)與AV-GFP對照組相比,ELISA檢測發現AV-IL-17A-GFP組中白細胞介素17A在PC12細胞中高度表達;(2)免疫熒光染色表明白細胞介素17A在小鼠視神經節細胞和視神經中有效表達,AV-IL-17A-GFP組中再生的視神經纖維數量顯著多于對照組,且長度顯著長于對照組(P<0.05);(3)結果說明,白細胞介素17A腺病毒載體可在小鼠視神經節細胞和視神經中表達,并且能夠促進受損視神經的再生。 BACKGROUND: Interleukin-17A has been shown to play an important role in nerve regeneration following corneal injury. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of interleukin-17A on mouse nerve regeneration after optic nerve injury. METHODS: The interleukin-17A-overexpressed adenovirus vector (AV-IL-17A-GFP) was constructed and purified. Adenoviruses with green fluorescent protein (AV-GFP) served as control group. PC 12 cell lines were transfected with adenoviruses and the expression efficiency of IL-17A were detected by ELISA. The adenovirus was intravitreally injected into the mouse vitreous body, and the expression level of IL-17A in the optic nerve was determined by immunofluorescence. Afterwards. a mouse model of optic nerve injury was established to observe the nerve regeneration. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: ELISA results showed that IL-17A was highly expressed in the PC12 cell lines transfected with AV-IL-17A-GFP compared with the control group. Immunofluorescence results revealed that IL-17A was expressed in vivo successfully. There was a significant increase in the number of regenerated axons in the AV-IL-17A-GFP group compared with the control group (P < 0.05). To conclude. AV-IL-17A-GFP can be expressed in the mature neurons in vivo and promote the axon regeneration after optic nerve crush injury in mice. © 2018, Journal of Clinical Rehabilitative Tissue Engineering Research. 本发明涉及姿态角测量技术,具体地说是一种高分辨率姿态角度测量方法及装置。取处于静止状态的角速率传感器输出的模拟电压信号,对模拟电压信号进行低通滤波去除高频部分,然后进行信号采集和模/数转换,将其转换为电压信号。数据处理程序按照最小均方差算法对其进行数字滤波,再经均值滤波,获得实际零点电压;再用实际零点电压根据后续处于运动情况,依次经RC低通滤波、采集和模/数转换、最小均方差数字滤波及均值滤波的电压信号进行比较,对所得的差值数值积分得到姿态角度值。与传统方法相比,本发明可以在低频范围内获得很高的角度分辨率,并且可以通过改变数字滤波的参数在分辨率和实时性间进行调整
