    舌诊是中医诊断学的重要组成部分,舌象在中医临床治疗中具有重要的诊断意义与辨证价值。传统中医舌象易受主客观因素影响,难以客观化、定量化、标准化,严; 重制约舌象临床应用及发展。随着医学、计算机等现代技术的迅猛发展,中医舌象客观量化研究取得了长足进步,并被应用于基础及临床研究。文章对近几年中医舌; 象采集分析系统、舌象定量化研究、现代仪器应用与舌象基础研究进行概述,为舌象应用于临床治疗提供客观、科学的思路与方法。Tongue diagnosis is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine; (TCM), and the tongue manifestation is also important in the diagnosis; and syndrome differentiation in TCM clinical treatment. However, due to; the lack of objective, quantitative and standardized valuation, with it; being susceptible to subjective and objective factors, the application; and development of traditional tongue diagnosis is limited for a long; period.     Determination of Mercury in Hair by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry with Pyrolysis

    建立了一种采用固体热解塞曼原子吸收光谱快速测定毛发中痕量汞的方法 ,样品不需要经过消解即可直接测定。在优化的实验条件下 ,方法的相对标准偏差为3.9 %(峰面积)和7.2%(峰高) ,检出限为26ng/g(3σ) ,回收率为94 %~103 %。使用标准参考物质进行对照分析和通过与ICP -MS分析结果进行比较 ,结果令人满意。应用本法通过对实验动物样本的检测表明 ,动物毛发中汞的含量与其体内受汞毒害程度存在一定的相关性A rapid and simple method for the determination of total mercury in hair by using atomic absorpˉtion spectrometry with pyrolysis is developed.No sample digestion was needed.Under optimum conditions,the reproducibilities of the method were3.9%for peak area and7.2%for peak height,respectively.The detection limit was26ng/g(3σ)and the recovery was within the range of94%~103%.Several Standard Reference Materials were analyzed and the results obtained agreed well with the certified values.The perforˉmances of the method were compared with those of the inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)and excellent agreements were observed.国家自然科学基金资助项目(20175022) ;; 福建省科技攻关计划重大招标资助项目(2003Y005

    梨树感染茎沟病毒后生长速度与内源激素的变化

    对感染茎沟病毒的 2年生梨幼树和梨苗的干径、株高及枝梢生长速度进行了测定 ,同时还分析了接种茎沟病毒的梨苗内源激素 (吲哚乙酸、赤霉素和细胞分裂素 )的变化。结果表明 ,感染茎沟病毒 (SGV)后植株生长速度显著降低 ,其中 2年生梨树的干径生长速度降低 63 0 % ,茎高降低 5 8 0 % ,枝梢长降低 5 1 0 % ;梨幼苗干茎降低 11 7% ,苗高降低 13 5 %。试验还发现 ,梨幼苗感染茎沟病毒后长缓慢主要与生长期几种促进生长的内源激素大幅下降有关 ,其中IAA、GA3、CTK分别

    哌仑西平对兔心肌梗死心率变异性、压力反射敏感性与心肌电生理特性的影响

    【目的】观察哌仑西平对兔心肌梗死(MI)后心率变异性(HRV)、压力反射敏感性(BRS)和心肌电生理特性的影 响。【方法】36 只兔随机分为对照组、心肌梗死组和哌仑西平组, 2 周后测量HRV 、BRS 、心室有效不应期离散性(VERP-D)和 室颤阈值(VFT)。各指标间进行相关性分析。【结果】心肌梗死后HRV 各指标和BRS 明显降低, VERP-D 明显增加, VFT 降 低。哌仑西平明显增加心肌梗死后HRV 各指标和BRS , 减小VERP-D , 增加VFT 。HRV 、BRS 与VERP-D、VFT 有明显的相 关性。【结论】哌仑西平增加心肌梗死后迷走神经活性, 增加心肌电稳定性。哌仑西平增加心脏迷走神经活性, 可能是其抗心 室颤动的机制之一

    建立了一种采用固体热解塞曼原子吸收光谱快速测定中药和生物样品中痕量汞的方法,样品不需要经过消解即可直接测定。考察了样品颗粒大小对分析结果的影响,在优化的实验条件下,方法的重现性为2.1%(峰面积)和9.1%(峰高),检出限为6.3 ng.g-1(3σ),回收率为95%~105%。使用标准参考物质进行对照分析,通过与ICP-MS分析法的结果进行比较,结果令人满意。大鼠灌胃实验表明,长期灌胃较大剂量的朱砂对肾等组织有一定的毒害,而在部分传统中药中朱砂用量较高。文章对制定中药安全性标准具有参考意义。In this paper a rapid and simple method using pyrolysis coupled with atomic absorption spectrometry for the analysis of total mercury in Chinese medicinal material and biological samples is presented.No sample digestion was needed and this greatly simplifies the analytical procedure and minimizes potential sources of contamination.Under optimum conditions,the reproducibility of the method was 2.1% for peak area and 9.1% for peak height.The detection limit(3σ) was 6.3 ng·g~(-1),and the recovery was within the range of 95%-105%.Several standard reference materials were analyzed and the results were obtained with satisfaction.The performance of the method was compared with inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),and excellent agreements were observed(between) these two methods.国家自然科学基金(20175022);; 福建省科技攻关计划重大招标(2003Y005)资助项

    肢带型肌营养不良伴心肌损害家系的临床病理研究

    [目的]观察一个肢带型肌营养不良伴心肌损害家系患者的临床病理特点。[方法]行家系调查,家系成员行心肌酶及肌钙蛋白T、心电图、肌电图、彩超检查;4位患者取肌肉标本进行组织化学的病理观察。[结果]系谱显示4代共有9位患者,每代都出现,男女均受累及。健在5位患者,均出现进行性肌肉无力、萎缩,以肩带及盆带部明显;心肌酶及肌钙蛋白T检查正常;部分患者出现心脏扩大、心律失常、心力衰竭。病理检查见明显肌萎缩、核内移、肌裂等现象,符合肌营养不良的典型表现,Dystrophin免疫组化结果为(+)。[结论]该家系符合常染色体显性遗传的特点;根据患者临床及病理特点,诊断为肢带型肌营养不良症伴心肌损害,以肢带型肌营养不良症ⅠB型(LGMD-ⅠB)可能性大;进一步明确其基因分型需行分子遗传学检查
