一种3D 打印PLA 丝强力测试的端头加固方法及装置
本发明公开了一种3D打印PLA丝强力测试的端头加固方法及装置,方法为预制加强片,并将样丝置于加强片的形心处,将热熔胶融化后打在样丝的两侧,压平加强片,热熔胶凝固定型后,取下样丝,利用热熔胶将加强片固定在PLA丝的两端,装置包括加强片模具、伸缩杆和动模块,伸缩杆和动模块上均设有样丝穿槽,动模块的左端通过夹槽安装有样丝夹具,可对多种直径、多种端面形状的PLA丝材进行端头加固,加固后的PLA丝材可直接被测试夹具夹紧,能有效避免拉伸过程中的PLA丝材端头的打滑、局部变形甚至断裂的情况,从而提高了PLA丝的测试精度,测试效率高,可在多种场所和环境内测试PLA丝强度,适用性广,装置制作加强片,并辅助样丝与加强片的连接,效率高,成本低
Investigation on specialized care delivered in diabetes outpatient clinic
目的了解糖尿病专科护理门诊现况,为优化流程提供依据。方法采用自制糖尿病专科护理门诊患者满意度问卷对在糖尿病专科护理门诊就诊的200例患者进行调查;对4名糖尿病专科护士进行现场观察与访谈了解工作现况。结果患者满意度总体均分为(4.21±0.49)分,6个维度评分(3.45±0.78)~(4.36±0.64)分;专科门诊护理内容包括健康教育、胰岛素笔使用、检测血糖等13项,每个工作日实施0~48.00次;患者等待就诊时间(14.69±8.00)MIn。专科护理访谈提炼出工作职责不明确、工作时间未建立预约制、门诊导诊护士配合欠佳及患者健康档案登记欠全面4个主题。结论患者对糖尿病专科护理门诊就诊流程和就诊时间等方面满意度较低,专科护士健康教育工作受到影响,应改进流程,以促进健康教育的效果,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the specialized care delivered in diabetes outpatient clinic,to provide references for further improvement.Methods A total of 200 patients with diabetes were surveyed using a self-developed questionnaire,and 4 diabetes specialist nurses were observed and interviewed about their work.Results The average overall satisfaction score of the patients was(4.21±0.49),with the scores of six dimensions ranging from(3.45±0.78)to(4.36±0.64).The contents of diabetes nursing care in out patient clinic covered 13 items,such as health education,giving guidance about how to use an insulin pen,measuring blood sugar and so on.The frequency of those items conducted ranged from 0 to 48.00 times each day and patient waiting time was(14.69±8.00)min on the average.The interview found 4 problems,including ambiguity of responsibilities of specialty nurses,lack of appointment system,poor cooperation between triage and specialty nurses and incompleteness of the health data about patients.Conclusion Patients′satisfaction levels about waiting time and clinic procedure are low,which impacts the health education implementation.In order to promote patients′satisfaction and improve the health education,better clinic procedures should be explored.厦门市科技局资助科研立项课题(3502Z20124056

基于统计网络演算的双漏桶模型带宽需求研究
为满足双漏桶模型的业务流量需求,提出一种基于统计网络演算理论的带宽需求研究方案。该方案利用统计网络演算在分析业务时延性能方面的优势,由时延与带宽的关系建立出双漏桶模型业务流带宽需求的统计模型,对业务带宽需求进行了研究分析。数值分析结果表明了该方案的有效性和优越性,对网络合理分配带宽资源有一定的参考意义
一种硅-碳氧化硅-碳负极材料及其制备方法和应用
本发明公开一种硅-碳氧化硅-碳负极材料及其制备方法和应用。在硅-碳氧化硅-碳负极材料中,超小硅氧碳纳米粒子均匀分散在碳基质中作为缓冲基质,而硅纳米粒子则被均匀镶嵌在碳-硅氧碳缓冲基质中。该方法是采用热固性树脂单体作为溶剂体系取代传统溶剂,将硅纳米粉体在该溶剂中分散均匀,通过固化乙烯基树脂和含有双键的硅烷偶联剂,得到硅-聚硅氧烷-碳前驱体复合材料的块状固体,粉碎后高温煅烧,球磨后得到。该方法不使用传统有机溶剂,避免了溶剂后处理,硅烷偶联剂直接和树脂聚合,通过煅烧聚合物裂解原位成碳、硅氧碳。采用陶瓷(硅氧碳)和碳作为缓冲基质,吸收硅体积膨胀带来的应力,消除、减小硅体积膨胀带来的不良后果
电场对PZT/复合材料层合板破坏强度影响的实验研究
采用三點彎曲方法測量在不同外加電場作用下 PZT復合材料層合板的破壞強度 (MOR) ,分析得到了正電場能增強 PZT復合材料層合板的破壞強度 ,而負電場降低了 PZT復合材料層合板的破壞強度。本文作者還建立了一套 AE測試系統來實時探測在加載過程中由于損傷引起的聲信號 ,進而分析并證實了不同載荷下的 PZT復合材料層合板的破壞模式 ,并用超聲掃描成像圖加以驗證. The three-point test was carried out to test the modulus of rupture of PZT composite laminates. It is evident that the positive electric field can improve the modulus of rupture of PZT composite lamina tes but the negative one can decrease its modulus of rupture. A setup of in-situ AE measuring system w as established to determine the different damage models of PZT composite laminates during the process of loading, and the damage model of PZT composite laminates w as also verified by the scanning acoustic microscopic images
