    Development of the facility for model scramjet testing

    A hypersonic propulsion test facility has been constructed in IMCAS (Institute of Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences) in order to provide a high enthalpy hypersonic flow for a model scramjet testing. The vitiated air is produced by a hydrogen/air and oxygen replenishment combustion heater with flow rate of 3.5kg/s, total pressure of 5MPa and total temperature of 2000K in maximum, and accelerated up to Mach 5.6 by a two-dimensional nozzle. Test chamber of the facility is evacuated by a one-stage central air ejector. The preliminary facility performance tests showed that the vitiated air heater could provide the high enthalpy flow as expected.     在风洞实验中,为了保证实验结果的可靠性,首先需要了解流场的品质.笔者自行设计研制了用于高超声速推进风洞流场测量的带有水冷装置的可移动式扫描总压耙.对于出口截面为300mm×187mm的风洞喷管,通过计算机程序控制,可在3s时间内实现全截面间歇式或连续式扫描,最大移动速度可达250mm/s,而且定位准确.通过扫描结果,分析了流场压力均匀性、稳定性以及实验结果的可重复性,同时还给出了风洞喷管出口截面的总压与马赫数等值线图.从而为超燃冲压模型发动机实验提供参考数据

    PDE/Scramjet组合循环发动机实验研究

    本文对一种新概念的PDE/Scramjet 组合循环发动机在自由射流推进风洞中进行了实验研究。着重研究了点火、凹腔对发动机性能的影响。实验发现, 由爆轰管尾部带来的大扩张结构需要强制点火才能保证超燃发动机的稳定燃烧。此外发动机侧面凹腔的引入,对性能有利也有弊,需要进一步权衡。本文还开展了PDE/Scramjet 的联合实验,由于PDE 燃料流量只有超燃发动机的1%左右,导致PDE 对整体发动机性能贡献很小。最后,本文还采用总压恢复模型对组合循环发动机的推力阻力进行了分析

    The three-dimensional compression scramjet inlet has been investigated by using surface oil dot visualization and numerical simulation. The research has revealed the details of the internal flow pattern, which included the structure of the shock waves, the spillage, the spatial vortical structures, and the boundary layer separations etc.. These features determined the performance of the inlet, which gave the mass flow capture ratio of 0.86, total pressure recovery of 0.41. The results showed that the arrangement of the shocks is critical for such kind of inlet. More researches have been carried out to investigate the effect of the cowl shape, and the results showed the flow field would be changed little for the cowls with different shapes but the same internal contraction ratios

    测定健康小鼠进食绣球菌对腹腔巨噬细胞分泌肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的影响.SPF级Balb/C健康小鼠分组进食普通饲料、分别含绣球菌饲料、干品、浸汁饮水或其添加物组合、分别含酵母β-葡聚糖饲料、浸汁饮水或其添加物组合;进食一定时间后,分离腹腔巨噬细胞,使用含质量分数10%胎牛血清的RPMI1640培养液培养,TNF-α试剂盒检测上清液中的TNF-α质量浓度.结果表明,强化进食绣球菌组合(绣球菌饲料+干品+浸汁)的小鼠与对照组或酵母β-葡聚糖组合(酵母β-葡聚糖饲料+浸汁)小鼠相比,体质量不升反降;分离的腹腔巨噬细胞培养6 d,酶联免疫吸附测定技术检测上清液TNF-α,其质量浓度远高于其它两组.研究提示,强化绣球菌进食组合能够提高健康小鼠免疫力,并可能有利于控制体质量.福建省自然科学基金资助项目(2013J01394);;吴阶平医学基金会临床科研项目(320.6750.15231);;空军军医大学国重开放课题(CBSKL201729);;福建省中医药大学校管课题(XB2015077

    关于菲律宾提起的“南海仲裁案”的法理分析

    2016年7月12日,在中方缺席的情况下,应菲律宾阿基诺政府单方请求建立的南海仲裁案仲裁庭(以下简称"仲裁庭")就该案做出了实体问题的裁决。这是一场由某些域外国家导演的披着法律外衣的政治闹剧,其目的是损害中国在南海的领土主权和海洋权益。针对上述所谓裁决,中国政府先后发表了一系列声明和相关文件,表明了我国不参与、不接受、不承认的严正立场,并重申了中国在南海的领土主权和海洋权益。中国法学会也于2016年7月13日发表了《关于菲律宾共和国单方面提起的南海仲裁案的声明》,从法律层面有力地支持了我国政府的观点和立场。2016年7月21日,中国法学会联合中国国际法学会、中国海洋法学会共同举办了"南海仲裁案法律专家座谈会",组织国内60余位知名海洋法、国际法专家学者,对南海仲裁案严重损害中国领土主权和海洋权益的所谓裁决做进一步法律评析。专家们在座谈中指出,无论是基于《联合国海洋法公约》(以下简称《公约》)的宗旨、原则和规定、国际社会公认的基本法理,还是基于基本的历史事实,菲律宾单方面提起仲裁和仲裁庭强行推进有关程序均是违法、无效的。现将座谈会中较有代表性的专家观点以笔谈形式刊发,以期能够引领更多的相关研究。中国法学会课题“我国南海岛礁所涉重大现实问题及其对策”(项目批准号:CLS(2015)ZDWT54)的阶段性成果之

    为了解我国东南沿海地区织纹螺体内的毒素状况,利用生物法对采自我国东南沿海的织纹螺样品毒性进行了测定.实验结果和相关资料表明:织纹螺的毒性与其种类关系密切.光织纹螺(nASSArIuS ruTIlAnS)、正织纹螺(zEuXIS SCAlArIS)和节织纹螺(nASSArIuS HEPATICuS)为有毒织纹螺;纵肋织纹螺(nASSArIuS VArICIfEruS)、习见织纹螺(nASSArIuS dEAlbATuS)和胆形织纹螺(nASSArIuST HErSITES)为无毒织纹螺;方格织纹螺(nASSArIuS ClATHrATuS)、西格织纹螺(nASSArIuS SIQuInJOrEnSIS)、半褶织纹螺(nASSArIuS SEMIPlICATuS)、红带织纹螺(nASSArIuS SuCCInCTuS)、疣织纹螺(nASSArIuS PAPIllOSuS)、花织纹螺(zEuXIS CASTuS)、素面织纹螺(nASSArIuS SufflAyuS)和橡子织纹螺(nASSArIuS glAnS)毒性不明,可能为季节性有毒织纹螺.多种织纹螺的毒性变化规律目前尚不清楚,人们应尽量避免食用织纹螺.To investigate the distribution of toxic Nassarius in the southeast coast in China, we detected snail samples collected from these areas by bioassay.Results indicated that the toxicity of Nassarius was relative to species.Nassarius rutilans, Zeuxis scalaris, and Nassarius hepaticus were toxic gastropods, and Nassarius variciferus, Nassarius dealbatus, and Nassarius thersites were nontoxic gastropods, while the toxicity of Nassarius clathratus, Nassarius siquinjorensis, Nassarius semiplicatus, Nassarius succinctus, Nassarius papillosus, Zeuxis castus, Nassarius sufflayus, and Nassarius glans probably changed with the season.The change regularity of Nassarius's toxicity is still unknown.Therefore the best way to prevent humans from the harmful effects of Nassarius is to stop eating them.人事部留学回国人员科研启动基金资助项
