粒子增强PAN支撑膜的研究

The Consequences of Related Party Transactions by Controlling Shareholders：from an Institutional Transformation Perspective

本文以制度变迁为视角，利用配对样本研究了后股权分置时代的关联交易对提升上市公司业绩和改善应计质量的作用。研究发现，股权分置改革（简称“股改”）对提高上市公司业绩和应计质量具有积极作用，后股权分置时代的关联交易能够显著改善业绩和提高应计质量，说明后股权分置时代的关联交易很可能传递了控股股东支持上市公司的信号或者是二者之间的正常交易。From the perspective of institutional transformation, this paper uses paired sample to study whether transactions of controlling stakeholders affect performance and accruals quality . This paper finds positive effects of the equity reform on performance and accruals quality. Specifically, transactions of controlling stakeholder after the equity reform can improve performance and accruals quality, suggesting that the transactions may signal controlling shareholders’ support for listed firms or that the transactions are normal.作者单位：南开大学商学院会计
