随着无线通信技术不断演进，新型无线接入技术不断出现，快速发展，他们之间相互补充，相互融合。未来移动通信网络的主要特征之一就是异构无线网络共存。未来的移动终端将拥有多个无线接口，业务的提供与网络无关，用户可以自由的选择网络的接入方式。但如何让用户接入最优的网络，较为有效利用全网的资源，成为异构无线网络融合研究领域的热点之一。 在接入控制过程中，为了尽可能的减少接入过程所用时间和选择最优的接入网络，保证用户的无缝接入。在深入的研究之前的一些文献采用的研究方法之后，本文采用了DP(double-predict)方法，首先根据移动终端的运动速度和运动方向预先测定候选网络集合，在确定了候选网络集合之后...With the ongoing evolution of wireless access technologies, new wireless access technologies appear continuously and develop quickly.
