渣油加氢装置间断注水量的核算
针对渣油加氢过程中产生的硫化氢、氨气、氯化氢等气体在工艺流程的低温段易发生结盐堵塞管道的问题,采用间断注水操作,以便溶解生成的铵盐。为使该工程方案得以实现,该文首先粗略估算了该过程的注水量,在此基础上对该工艺进行模拟,然后在模拟的基础上确定间断注水量,模拟得到的结果比粗略估算更精确,为该过程的优化及工业过程的稳定运行提供了理论依据
Material and Energy Conversion of Integrated 100,t/a-Scale Bio-Jet Fuel-Range Hydrocarbon Production System via Aqueous Conversion of Biomass
以农业废弃物生物质为原料,利用水相转化技术,进行了百吨/年规模生物航油类烃(C8~C15)合成试运行.过程中采用两步酸解法分别将玉米秸秆中半纤维素和纤维素转化为糠醛和乙酰丙酸,作为生物质基平台化合物.在碱性条件下糠醛与乙酰丙酸经Aldol缩合反应实现碳链增长,生成的长链含氧中间体经过低温预加氢、高温加氢脱氧及精制,生成C8~C15范围内液态烃,可作为生物航油组分.以试运行实验结果为基础,进行了过程的物质与能量转化分析.结果表明,该路线获得液态烃类的基本性质满足合成航油ASTM-7566标准要求,并充分利用了原料中纤维素和半纤维素组分,是一条基于生物质的长链液态烃合成路线,1t航油约需10~12t干基玉米秸秆
Determination of Carnitine in Serum by HPLC
目的建立血浆中游离肉碱的测定方法。方法用高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定各患者的血浆游离肉碱,并进行比较。结果方法线性范围为2~32μg·mL^-1;最低检测浓度为2μg·mL^-1,总分析时间为9.248min。内碱的平均保留时间(8.467±O.042)min。高、中、低3种浓度的平均回收率为98.7%。批内批间RSD分别为4.8%和10.9%(n=5)。结论HPLC法测定血浆游离肉碱浓度灵敏、可靠、简便,适用于快速检测肉碱缺乏症病人的临床筛选工作。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of the concentration of carnitine in serum by HPLC. METHODS Determinate free plasma carnitine by HPLC method for each patient and run a comparison between them. RESULTS The linear range in this method was 2 -32μg · mL^-1 ;the Minimum detection concentra- tion was 2g · mL^-1 and total analysis time for 9. 248min. Also, Carnitine average retention time was 8. 467min (plus or minus 0. 042). High,medium and low concentration of three kinds of the average recovery was 98.7%. Batch in- side batch respectively between RSD was 4. 8% and 10. 9% ( n = 5 ). CONCLUSION The determination of the concentration of carnitine in serum by HPLC will be sensitive, reliable and convenient, and it will be applicable to the rapid detection for clinical screening work of patients with carnitine deficiency

便携式拉曼光谱仪快速检测唾液中盐酸吡格列酮的含量
人体唾液与血液中的相应成分有着密切关系。利用唾液代替血液进行检测,可极大地缩短分析时间、减少检测限制、降低安全隐患等,因此在临床医学、毒品管控等方面均有重要意义。发展了便携式拉曼光谱仪利用表面增强拉曼光谱技术快速定量检测唾液中盐酸吡格列酮(口服降血糖药物)含量的方法。借助纳米金溶胶的表面增强拉曼散射效应,在激发光源波长为785 nm时,可以得到低浓度盐酸吡格列酮的高质量拉曼光谱图。同时,不同浓度盐酸吡格列酮表面增强拉曼光谱分析结果表明,该方法还可直接用于唾液中盐酸吡格列酮的定量检测。盐酸吡格列酮含量与其特征峰强度线性相关,相关系数为0. 992 3,且最低检测浓度达10μg·L-1。国家自然科学基金项目(21522508);;深圳市科技计划基础研究(自由探索)项目(JCYJ20170306140934218)资
Study on Psychosomatic Health Condition of Coal Administrators
目的探讨煤炭企业管理者心身健康状况。方法在开滦10万人口的总样本中,抽取比例为5%,即(10万人×5%=5000人)为样本,其中采用分层整群随机法确定管理者样本1146人。以SCL-90症状自评量表、自编心身疾病调查表、一般心理健康量表、一般心境量表(又称简明心境量表)测查样本的心身状况。结果管理者身体和心理健康状况总体是好的。但仍有2.74%到26.14%的管理者存在心身症状,存在较多心身症状的系统是心血管系统、神经系统和五官系统。80%左右的管理者心理健康,20%的管理者存在焦虑、紧张、烦恼、沮丧、疲劳和压力感等心理问题。管理者总体上以正性情绪为主,但也存在一些消极情绪。结论管理者身体和心理健康状况总体是好的,但存在较多心身症状,20%的管理者存在心理问题。总体上以正性情绪为主,但也存在一些消极情绪
Domestication of the high-sugar-tolerant Mortierella alpina on arachidonic acid(ARA) production
通讯作者:Tel: 86-592-2186038; : [email protected][中文摘要]【目的】提高花生四烯酸(Arachidonic acid,ARA)产量,克服ARA产生菌高山被孢霉(Mortierella alpina)在长期的保存及使用过程中易受到外界条件影响发生退化,从而导致菌种耗糖量降低、影响菌种摄入营养的能力和不利于工业化生产的缺点。【方法】首先采用固体培养基驯化,将菌种逐级涂布于梯度高糖PDA平板(含糖量分别为2%、5%、7%、10%和15%)培养,挑选经固体驯化后能耐受10%高糖浓度平板的菌种,转接到两种含不同氮源的梯度高糖(含糖量分别为3%、4%、5%和6%)液体培养基中进行驯化,最后对驯化后的菌种进行2 L发酵罐放大实验。【结果】当培养基中以酵母粉为氮源时,驯化后菌体的最高耗糖量由3 g/(L.d)提高到12 g/(L.d);当培养基中以玉米浆为氮源时,驯化后菌体的最高耗糖量由7 g/(L.d)提高到12 g/(L.d)。摇瓶驯化实验结果表明以玉米浆为氮源驯化的菌种发酵效果较好,发酵罐实验结果显示菌体生物量为50 g/L,总油脂为18 g/L,目的产物ARA产量为8 g/L。相比未驯化之前的发酵结果,生物量和总油脂含量提高了近3倍,ARA产量提高了近4倍。【结论】经过高糖驯化, 菌种的耗糖能力得到提高, 生物量、总油脂及ARA 的产量也都有所增加, 从而可以使菌种在保存和使用过程中不易退化,保持稳定。[英文摘要][Objective] In order to improve arachidonia acid(ARA) production,and prevent the degeneration of ARA-producing strain Mortierella alpina in long-term culture preservation and cultivation,which could lead to low consumption rate of substrates like carbon source.[Methods] Mortierella alpina strain was first domesticated in high-sugar PDA plate with gra-dient sugar content(2%、5%、7%、10% and 15%).The strain which grew better in the solid medium containing 10% sugar was then selected and transferred to two liquid high-sugar media with different nitrogen sources to domesticate. The gradient sugar contents were 3%、4%、5% and 6%, respectivlely. Finally, the domesticated strain was used to produce ARA in a 2 L bioreactor. [Results] The experimental results show that the consumption of sugar increased from 3 g/(L·d) up to 12 g/(L·d) in the medium with yeast extract, and from 7 g/(L·d) up to 12 g/(L·d) in the medium with corn steep liquor. After cultivation for 144 h in a 2 L bioreactor,the yield of ARA reached 8 g/L, which was 4 times higher than that obtained with the original strain. [Conclusion] The domestication of the high-sugar-tolerant Mortierella alpina increased
