多臂节机械臂架系统连杆组参数化建模及优化设计

针对多臂节机械臂架系统连杆计算效率不高，优化设计手段保守的问题，以混凝土泵车臂架作为典型工程装备部件，将臂节之间的油缸及连杆作为整体考虑成连杆组，利用ANSYS APDL语言对连杆组进行参数化建模，并在多工况下进行优化分析，得到连杆组的最优结构模型；通过结构应力试验，验证了计算方法的可行性。结果表明，参数化建模及优化设计的方法大大提高了连杆的计算效率，为多臂节机械臂架系统连杆的设计提供了一种可行且有效的方法，也为其他具有类似结构的产品设计提供了重要参考

Determination of the number of ψ(3686) events taken at BESIII

The number of ψ(3686) events collected by the BESIII detector during the 2021 run period is determined to be (2259.3±11.1)×106 by counting inclusive ψ(3686) hadronic events. The uncertainty is systematic and the statistical uncertainty is negligible. Meanwhile, the numbers of ψ(3686) events collected during the 2009 and 2012 run periods are updated to be (107.7±0.6)×106 and (345.4±2.6)×106, respectively.
