    慢性HBV感染患者抗原表位特异性CTL与ALT水平无关

    [目的]通过定量分析慢性乙型肝炎患者体内乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)特异性的细胞毒性T淋巴细胞,探讨特异性细胞毒性T淋巴细胞水平与血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶水平和病毒复制状态的关系.[方法]从慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血分离外周血单个核细胞(PBMC),用HLA-A2限制的HBcAg抗原表位肽-五聚体复合体及CD8单克隆抗体染色后,用流式细胞仪检测HBV特异性的细胞毒性T淋巴细胞,同时检测患者的肝功能和定量分析HBV DNA.[结果]32例HLA-A2阳性的慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血均可检测到HBV特异性的细胞毒性T淋巴细胞,五聚体阳性细胞占CD8阳性细胞的比例为1.3%±1.1%,统计分析抗原表位特异性细胞毒性T淋巴细胞频率与丙氨酸氨基转移酶水平相关性不显著(r=0.163,P=0.163).分组对比发现病毒载量低者(HBV DNA定量<105拷贝/mL)抗原表位特异性细胞毒性T淋巴细胞水平(1.96%±1.26%)高于病毒载量高者(0.82%±0.52%,P<0.05).[结论]慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血中存在抗原表位特异性细胞毒性T淋巴细胞,抗原表位特异性细胞毒性T淋巴细胞可能与控制HBV的复制有关,但主要肝损害并非直接由抗原表位特异性细胞毒性T淋巴细胞引起

    In contemporary China, rural-urban migrants constitute a new urban subject with entirely new identity-related issues. This study aims at demonstrating how literature can be a valid field in investigating such evolving subjectivities, through an analysis of Xu Zechen’s early novellas depicting migrants’ vicissitudes in Beijing. Combining a close reading of the texts and a review of the main social problems characterising rural-urban migration in China, this paper focuses on the representation of the identity crisis within the migrant self in Xu’s stories, taking into account the network of meanings employed by the writer to signify the objective and subjective tension between the city and the countryside

    The adsorption of As(Ⅲ) on a novel granular Fe-Cu-Mn trimetal oxide (GFCM): Behavior and mechanism

    A novel sorbent of granular Fe-Cu-Mn trimetal oxide (GFCM) was fabricated by coating method,with chitosan as adhesive. The GFCM presents an incomplete spheric shape with a diameter of 0.7~ 1.0 mm. It can effectively oxidize As(Ⅲ) to As(V) and efficiently adsorb the new formed As(V). Its maximal sorption capacity on As(Ⅲ) is up to 56.5 mg&middot;g~(-1) at pH 7.0,which is superior to most of reported granular sorbents. The GFCB also shows excellent As(Ⅲ) sorption efficiency over a wide range of pH from 5.0 to 9.0,and is less affected by ionic strength. The coexisting anions would restrain the As(Ⅲ) sorption efficiency by the following order: PO~(3-)_4 &gt; SiO_3~(2-) &gt; CO_3~(2-) &gt; Cl~-&gt; SO_4~(2-). The arsenic-loaded sorbent could be effectively regenerated by using NaOH solution and reused again. During the process of As(Ⅲ) removal,Mn oxide in sorbent is mainly responsible for As(Ⅲ) oxidation,while both Fe and Cu oxides are dominant for adsorbing As(Ⅲ) and formed As(V). Moreover,Cu oxide contributes to enhance As(Ⅲ) sorption performance of the GFCM.</p
