Survey of location-centric target tracking with mobile elements in wireless sensor networks
介绍目标跟踪的过程以及移动跟踪的特点;通过区分目标定位为主的方法和目标探测为主的方法,介绍定位为主的移动式目标跟踪方法(称为目标的移动式定位跟踪; )的研究现状;分析和比较不同方法的特点和应用领域,发现现有方法虽然可以提高跟踪质量、降低网络整体能耗,但是还存在一些问题。基于此,总结目标的移动; 式定位跟踪方法在方法类型、网络结构和节点模型等方面可能存在的研究热点,指出其研究和发展趋势。The basic process of target tracking and the properties of tracking; solutions with mobile elements were introduced. By distinguishing; location-centric methods and detection-centric methods, the current; research status of the location-centric target tracking methods were; reviewed. The properties and application fields of different solutions; were analyzed and compared. Although the existing solutions can; significantly improve tracking quality and reduce energy consumption of; the whole network, there are also some problems. 国内价值链推动中国制造业出口价值攀升的事实与解释
尽管中国制造业出口的低值现象受到广泛关注,但是已有研究普遍忽略了大国整合的潜在优势,这将导致国内价值链对出口价值的影响难以刻画。有鉴于此,本文在已有文献的基础上,首次按照增加值来源的不同,进行了国内价值链与出口价值攀升的量化研究。结果显示:不同于传统的"出口俘获"预期,中国制造业的本国增加值率未因出口规模快速扩张而大幅下降;这一反常现象主要来自国内价值链的延伸,随着入世之后的区际贸易壁垒下降,中国制造业出口不仅充分整合了区域间的资源、推动了价值攀升,而且有效弥补了区域内部的竞争实力不足、带动了出口规模提升;进一步利用结构分解分析,本文发现,相比出口需求,区际关联才是影响国内价值链整合的主导因素,不过受制于市场分割下的扭曲激励,当前的区际关联呈现内陆单向供给沿海、初级产品替代高级要素的低端化走势。因此,在国内价值链已经成为推动中国制造价值攀升重要媒介的背景下,进一步加快市场整合,才能从根本上改变中国制造的低值困境。教育部人文社会科学青年基金项目“国内价值链推动中国制造业出口转型升级的事实与解释研究”(19YJC790178)中南财经政法大学中央高校基本科研业务费专项“区际分工视角下中国制造业出口转型升级的机制研究”(2722019JCG013)国家社科基金重大项目“‘一带一路’区域价值链构建与中国产业转型升级研究”(18ZDA038
Universal primer PCR with SSCP and RFLP for identification of fish disease pathogens
采用通用引物PCR(UPPCR)、PCR RFLP、PCR SSCP技术 ,研究快速鉴别鱼病病原菌的分子生物学诊断技术。结果发现 ,采用细菌 16SrRNA基因保守区特异性引物 ,以嗜水气单胞菌、鲁克氏耶尔森菌、鳗弧菌、柱状曲挠杆菌、乙型链球菌、荧光假单胞菌等部分常见鱼病病原菌为对象 ,可以建立一种UPPCR技术。该技术能在保证实验条件不变的基础上 ,检出上述所有细菌 ,并还可检出大肠杆菌和双歧杆菌等非鱼病病原菌。并且认为 ,该法与SSCP配合即采用UPPCR SSCP技术能较好地鉴别被检菌而用于鱼病病原菌的快速诊断。A universal primer PCR(UPPCR), PCR RFLP and PCR SSCP had been screened for a molecular biological method that permitted the rapid identification of fish pathogens among them. The results showed that a universal primer PCR technology was available with specific primers from conserved regions of bacterial 16S ribosomal RNA genes. The bacteria tested included some common causative agents of fish diseases such as Aeromonas hydrophila, Yersinia ruckeri, Vibrio anguillarum, Flexibacter columnaris, beta Streptococcus, Pseudomonas fluorescens. The approach allowed the bacteria above and Escherichia coli and Bifidobacterium catenulatum detectable without any alterations of the experiment conditions. However, this study also found that the identification of species of bacteria tested depended on the combination of UPPCR and SSCP(PPCR SSCP), which was better than that of UPPCR and RFLP(UPPCR RFLP) and made rapid diagnosis of fish disease pathogens possible.国家自然科学基金!资助项目 (39770 5 85 );; IFS基金!(ImmunecomplexesinfreshfishinfectedFlexibactercolumnaris)资助项

Experimental effects study of total flavonoids of Ajuga on nuclear transcriptional factor of kappa B in mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis rats
目的探讨筋骨草总黄酮(TfA)治疗系膜增生性肾小球肾炎(MSPgn)大鼠后核转录因子-κb(nf-κb)及下游转化生长因子-β1(Tgf-β1)的变化。方法采用改良慢性血清病MSPgn大鼠模型,于造模第5周末检测尿蛋白,将尿蛋白阳性者随机分为模型组、雷公藤多甙(TWP)组、不同剂量TfA组。于造模第6周开始给药,6周后,测定各组大鼠的24 H尿蛋白定量、血生化和肾组织病理变化,MAXVISIOnTM即用型快速免疫组化一步法检测大鼠肾组织中nf-κb P65的表达,双抗体夹心法检测血清中Tgf-β1的变化。结果 TfA可显著降低尿蛋白,明显减小系膜区面积占毛细血管丛面积的百分比(P0.05)。模型对照组大鼠肾组织nf-κb P65、血清Tgf-β1的表达明显高于正常对照组[nf-κb P65:28.93±4.45 VS.4.51±0.96,P0.05).The renal tissue NF-κB(Integral optical density, IOD) and serum TGF-β1(pg/ml) in model control was significantly higher than that in normal control group, NF-κB p65 28.93±4.45 vs.4.51±0.96, P<0.01; TGF-β1:(247.63±51.55)pg/ml vs.(127.52±27.84)pg/ml, P<0.01; With the intervention trerapy of high-dosage TFA, middle-dosage TFA and TWP, the expression of NF-κB in renal tissue and TGF-β1 in serum was significantly decreased compared with model control group, NF-κB p65: 10.35±2.81, 15.21±4.71,11.70±3.97, P<0.01; TGF-β1:(181.96±52.93)pg/ml,(204.33±38.30)pg/ml,(188.07±42.92)pg/ml, P<0.05.Conclusion Reducing the expression of NF-κB and successive TGF-β1 may be one of the mechanisms of total flavonoids of Ajuga treatment on MsPGN rats.福建省卫生厅中医药科研重点课题(wzzsb0906); 陈可冀中西医结合发展基金·福建省中西医结合老年性疾病重点实验室开放课题资助项目(CKJ2008088); 福建中医药大学校管课题(X2009069
基于湿邪致痰瘀互结探讨冠心病的防治思路

Enzyme from engineering strain and application in 1, 3-propanediol coupling-enzymatic catalysis

山,教授,博导,从事生物化工研究。E-mail [email protected]。[中文摘要]培养定向进化后的质粒保藏菌E.coli BL21(DE3)pLysS/PET-15b-dhaT’-24并进行质粒抽提,将抽提的质粒转化入感受态宿主细胞E.coli BL21(DE3)pLysS中得产1,3-丙二醇氧化还原酶的工程菌。工程菌经乳糖诱导后进行发酵培养获得酶活为182 U/mL的1,3-丙二醇氧化还原酶,最适反应pH值为10,pH值稳定范围为7.0~9.0,最适反应温度为55℃,温度稳定范围为30~45℃。利用工程菌产的1,3-丙二醇氧化还原酶进行转化3-羟基丙醛为1,3-丙二醇的反应,同时偶联甘油脱氢酶(由另一工程菌制备)转化甘油的反应进行辅酶NADH的再生,实现了1,3-丙二醇的双酶耦合的连续反应。由于来源于工程菌的双酶酶学性质相适应,反应连续进行34 h后,底物3-羟基丙醛的转化率达63.4%,产物1,3-丙二醇的产率达64.6%。
[英文摘要]Engineering strain was acquired by transforming directly evolved plasmid from the
incubated conservation bacterium E. coli BL21(DE3)pLysS/PET-15b-dhaT’-24 to the host cell E. coli
BL21(DE3)pLysS. The lactose induced engineering strain was fermented to acquire 1,3-propanediol
oxidoreductase(PDOR)with 182 U/mL activity. The optimal reaction pH was 10 and the pH stabile
range was 7.0—9.0. The optimal reaction temperature was 55 ℃ and stabile temperature range was
30 — 45 ℃ . 3-Hydroxypropionaldehyde ( 3-HPA ) was catalysed by the PDOR to produce
1,3-propanediol(1,3-PD). The reaction was coupled with another reaction of glycerol dehydrogenase
(GDH,acquired from another engineering strain)to realize NADH regeneration. Thus,1,3-PD
coupling enzymatic catalysis was constructed. Due to the two enzymes from engineering strains
showed suitable characteristics,the reaction was continued for 34 hours and 63.4% translation rate of

老化态度与老老年人工作记忆老化之间的关系
目的考察老化态度在工作记忆老化中的作用。方法分别使用横断数据和干预数据分析老化态度对工作记忆老化的影响模式。对43名75~95岁城市养老院老老年人实施数字工作记忆广度和老化态度测验。随机选取20名被试者作为干预组接受工作记忆训练。结果积极的内隐老化态度与较大的数字工作记忆广度关系密切。工作记忆训练取得中度效果(ES=0.59);但内隐与外显老化态度得分与工作记忆干预收益相关均不显著。结论老化态度在工作记忆老化中的作用可能更多地表现为对固有工作记忆能力的保护。</p
