    厦门市碘缺乏病防治现状与对策

    [目的]了解碘缺乏病防治现状,探讨今后防治措施与策略。[方法]采用容量比例概率法抽查学生甲状腺大小、尿碘、盐碘,开展加工厂盐、居民户盐及盐民自用盐的盐碘含量监测。[结果]查2525名8~10岁学生,甲状腺肿大率为3.72%(触诊法),自1995年以来呈逐年下降趋势,合格碘盐食用率89.66%,碘盐覆盖率90.72%,尿碘中位数为246.40μg/L;加工厂盐合格率为99.15%,居民户碘盐覆盖率为95.25%、合格碘盐食用率为94.10%,盐民自供盐10月份后合格碘盐食用率已达到90%以上。[结论]我市继续保持在实现消除碘缺乏病阶段目标,但今后应坚持开展病情监测和坚持防制措施不松懈

    Zooplanktonic diversity in the western Pacific

    西太平洋区是全球海洋生物种源中心,许多类群的最高物种多样性都出现于该区域,因此,在该区开展种类多样性的研究不仅重要和必要,而且具有在跨国尺度上进行综合管理和相互合作的迫切性。本文在西太平洋的浮游动物样品鉴定分类、编目、文献资料整理和分析的基础上,记录和编入西太平洋10个浮游动物类群2,658种(含亚种),隶属于206科675属,其中水螅水母类99科251属697种,栉水母类12科22属59种,浮游软体动物14科35属86种,介形类8科89属416种,桡足类51科156属908种,糠虾类4科58属202种,磷虾类2科8属56种,十足类8科22属105种,毛颚类5科8属48种,被囊类5科26属81种。The western Pacific region has been operating as a centre for the origin of marine biodiversity: the richest diversity of many marine taxa was found in these waters.Therefore,biodiversity research and con-servation efforts in this area are necessary in order to promote the integrative and international management of this resource.The present work is a compilation of numbers of all the families,genera and species of ma-jor taxa of zooplankton known in the western Pacific Ocean(106°–150°E,0°–44°N).In all,2,658 zooplank-tonic species(including subspecies) belonging to 206 families and 675 genera have been recorded from taxonomic identifications and literature,99 families,251 genera and 697 species belong to the Medusozoa,12 families,22 genera and 59 species to the Ctenophora,14 families,35 genera and 86 species to the pelagic Molluscs(Pteropoda and Heteropoda),8 families,89 genera and 416 species to the Ostracoda,51 families,156 genera and 908 species to the Copepoda,4 families,58 genera and 202 species to the Mysidcea,2 fami-lies,8 genera and 56 species to the Euphausiacea,8 families,22 genera and 105 species to the Decapoda,5 families,8 genera and 48 species to the Chaetognatha,5 families,26 genera and 81 species to the Tunicata.908专项“中国海洋生物种类名录和图谱”(908-ZC-II-02)和908专项海洋生物样品库;科技部基础工作专项“我国和邻近西北太平洋海洋生物物种编目和分布图集编制”(2006FY220700

    用透射电子显微镜研究了鲻鱼精子发生和精子形成过程 .结果表明 ,鲻鱼早期精巢有两种类型的精原细胞 ,即A型和B型 ,在B型精原细胞可见核旁有类核周体 (nuage) ,可视为精原细胞向初级精母细胞发育分化的一个重要标志 .初级精母细胞减数分裂早期同源染色体配对明显可见 ,精子细胞之间存在着间桥联系 .鲻鱼成熟精子的特点是细胞核呈马蹄形 ,核凹较浅 ,核前端无顶体 ,核内染色质呈粗颗粒状 ,核膜与质膜之间有较大的空隙 .中段较短 ,近端中心粒和远端中心粒互相垂直 .精子尾部细长 ,横切面为典型的“9+ 2”双联微管结构 ,两侧有侧鳍The ultrastructure of spermatogenesis and spermiogenesis in the grey mullet ( Mugil cephalus ) is investigated by means of transmission electron microscope. The results reveal that there are two types of spermatogonia, Type A and Type B, in the early developmental stage of testes. Nuages appear around nucleus in Type B spermatogonia, which indicates that spermatogonia are ready to develop into primary spermatocytes. Pairing of autochromosomes is clearly observed in the early period of meiosis in the primary spermatocytes. There exist cell junctions between the two spermatids. Matured spermatozoon is composed of head, midpiece and tail. The head has a horse hoof like nucleus with a shallow nuclear hollow. There is not any acrosome in front of nucleus. Chromtin within nucleus is rough granule in shape and there is a larger space between nuclear membrane and cytoplasmic membrane. The midpiece of spermatozoon is short. The proximal centriole and distal centriole are perpendicular to each other. The tail is long and there is a pair of lateral fins along the two sides of flagellum. The flagellum shows a typical microtube organization of "9+2" in the view of cross section. The ultrastructural characteristics and endocrine functions of the non germinal cells, both Sertoli cell and Leydig cell, in the mullet testes are also discussed.福建省重中之重资助项

    本文应用多种脑垂体染色技术和免疫组织化学方法对鲻鱼脑垂体各部分的组织结构进行较详细观察。结果表明 ,鲻鱼脑垂体可分为神经垂体和腺垂体两部分。腺垂体又可分为前外侧部、中外侧部和中间部 ,腺垂体中外侧部的体积随性腺发育成熟而增大。嗜碱性细胞 (促性腺激素细胞 )的分布从中外侧部扩展至前外侧部 ,同时还可区分促甲状腺细胞与促性腺激素细胞在中外侧部的形态和分布。免疫组织化学方法进一步证实脑垂体染色技术所鉴定各种类型细胞的正确性。这项研究对调控鲻鱼性腺发育成熟的生殖生理学提供重要的基础资料。Using several pituitary staining techniques and immunohistochemical method , the histological structure of each part of pituitary gland in grey mullet was observed in details. The results indicate that there are two major portions of the pituitary ,the adenohypophysis and the neurohypophysis. The adenohypophysis is further divided into rostral pars distalis(RPD),proximal pars distalis(PPD)and pars intermedia (PI). The volume of proximal pars distalis (PPD)in the adenohypophysis increases with gonadal development and maturation. The distribution of basophils(gonadotrops) extends from PPD to RPD. At the same time,we can distinguish in the morphology and distribution between thyrotrophs and gonadotrops.It is further demonstrated by immunohistochemical method that the localization of each type cell using pituitary staining techniques is correct . This study will provide important basic data for the control of reproductive physiology of gonadal development and maturation in mullet.福建省重中之重项目资
