在中日系企業の経営問題に関する企業文化論的考察

"C'est bien ?" ou "C'est bon ?"

[[abstract]]Bon et bien sont deux mots qui apparaissent très tôt dans l’apprentissage de la langue française. En effet, l’on ne peut pas contourner ces deux mots, quand l’on aborde le comparatif ou le superlatif en classe. Mais l’appréhension de ces deux mots pose problème aux étudiants. L’idée de travailler sur ces deux mots m’est venue suite à l’interrogation des étudiants au sujet de l’emploi du couple bien – mieux dans (1) Le jazz, c’est bien, mais le classique c’est mieux et du couple bon – meilleur dans (2) Le café, c’est bon, mais le thé c’est meilleur. J’ai trouvé la question de mes étudiants bien légitime puisque les deux énoncés en question ont la même construction syntaxique. Je me suis alors demandé si j’avais donné des exemples appropriés pour illustrer l’emploi de ces deux mots. Quand j’ai tenté d’en savoir plus sur l’emploi des mots « bien » et « bon » auprès de quelques francophones, je n’ai pas trouvé satisfaisante l’explication fournie. Ainsi, j’ai décidé de faire une recherche plus poussée pour mieux cerner l’usage de ces deux mots. Study on Co-based Fischer-Tropsch synthesis Catalyst by wet chemical method

费托合成煤制油技术是解决原油短缺、响应清洁能源号召的重要技术途径之一。本文主要研究Co费托合成基催化剂，研究内容由两部分组成，一是以SiO2为载体采用浸渍法制备Co/SiO2催化剂，考察不同助剂以及助剂不同含量对载体的修饰作用，结合表征手段，探究助剂对催化剂结构和性能的影响。二是以ZnO为载体采用化学沉淀法制备Co/ZnO催化剂，考察催化剂前驱体沉淀温度和沉淀剂的影响，探究添加Ti助剂对催化剂性能的影响，优化催化剂费托反应工艺条件，考察催化剂的反应稳定性。实验研究结果如下： 1) 以SiO2为载体，分别选择不同助剂Zr、Al、Ti的硝酸盐浸渍修饰SiO2，再浸渍负载活性组分Co从而制得催化剂...Fischer-Tropsch synthesis (FTS) technology applied to coal-to-liquids is an efficient solution to crude oil shortage and a significant response to the clean energy development. 企业伦理模式形成的若干要素分析

A New Clustering Method in Data Mining——Based on Correspondence Analysis and Factor Rotation
