Takanezawa-machi has flourishing agriculture and a few R&D companies are located in its area. In order to build a Regionally Sustainable Development Society, the concept of Recycling-Oriented Society should be carefully examined to see if such a society is truly able to realize its sustainable development. Taking the case of Takanezawa-machi, as a case of study, this paper discusses the Regionally Recycling-Oriented Social System from the viewpoint of regional characteristics. Takanezawa-machi attacks and forms a recycling-oriented agriculture by making effective use of Biomass, e.g., food waste, cow dung, and other waste pollutions produced in its area.     用地衣形芽孢杆菌 ( Bacillus licheniformis) R0 8菌体还原、制备高分散度负载型钯催化剂。透射电镜观察表明 ,R0 8菌体能够吸附还原 Pd2 +成 Pd0 颗粒。IR谱分析发现 ,细胞壁上的 - COO- 和 - HPO42 - 基团可能与菌体吸附 Pd2 +的过程有关。XPS测定结果表明 ,在载体 γ- Al2 O3上的 Pd2 +离子被 R0 8菌体还原成 Pd0。所形成的 Pd0 γ- Al2 O3催化剂经加热处理后 ,载体 γ- Al2 O3上的 Pd0 颗粒高度分散 ,其平均粒径为 5nm。该催化剂能够高效地催化一氧化碳的氧化反应

    束丝藻(Aphanizomenon Morren ex Born.et Flah.)是一种浮游的丝状藻类, 隶属于蓝藻门念珠藻目念珠藻科束丝藻属,其最明显的特征是丝状体末端细胞渐细或成发状,延伸成无色的细胞。在滇池,束丝藻与微囊藻随着季节相互演替, 成为蓝藻水华的两大优势种群。然而,国内对束丝藻的种类一直缺乏了解;此外, 水华束丝藻是否能够产生麻痹性贝毒毒素,也是学术界一直争论的问题。基此, 本研究主要针对我国淡水水体柬丝藻属进行了研究。研究以从云南(滇池、洱海)、广东(广州)、河南(新乡)及武汉(月湖、梁子湖、南湖)等地采集、分离、培养的束丝藻为材料,对其形态和分子特性进行分析。形态学和分子特征比较的结果表明:我国束丝藻可以分为水华束丝藻(A.flos-aquae),纤细束丝藻(A. gracile)和依沙束丝藻(A.issatschenkoi)三类;同时16SrRNA 和 Rubisco 两个基因研究还表明水华束丝藻和纤细束丝藻具有较高的亲缘关系,其相似性分别为 99%和99%,而依沙束丝藻亲缘关系较远,相似性分别只有96%和93-94%。在 Rubisco 酶基因上还发现依沙束丝藻在 rbcLX 区域较水华束丝藻和柔细束丝藻多出一段约176 bp 大小的片断。此外,先前被报道的滇池水华束丝藻产毒株(DC 株),从形态和分子特征被认为是纤细束丝藻,结合以往国际的研究报道,进一步说明了水华束丝藻可能不是麻痹性贝毒毒素潜在产生者,而纤细束丝藻和依沙束丝藻是则是麻痹性贝毒毒素产生者

    鱼腥藻(Anabaena Bory.ex Born.et Flah.)与束丝藻(Aphanizomenon Morren ex Born.et Flah.)是我国水体中常见的水华蓝藻种类,由于它们的藻丝、营养细胞、藻丝末端细胞(Terminal cells)、异型胞(Heterocysts)、厚壁休眠孢子(Akinetes)的形态和大小等特征易变,对鉴定工作造成许多困难,所以两属的分类一直是藻类学者面临的长期难题。基于当今鱼腥藻属与束丝藻属的分类研究,本文对我国淡水水体鱼腥藻与束丝藻属进行了形态和分子学研究,分离鉴定了11种浮游性鱼腥藻,3种束丝藻,其中8个鱼腥藻新记录种,2个束丝藻新记录种。16S rRNA,PC-IGS和rbcLX三个基因序列分析表明,鱼腥藻属具有较高的分子多样性,其分子系统较为复杂:一部分鱼腥藻与束丝藻亲缘关系较近,形成了一个混合群;部分鱼腥藻藻株单独形成一个群;而部分伯氏鱼腥藻(Anabaena bergii)形成一个类群且与前两个群相似性低于95%。这些结果表明了鱼腥藻属与束丝藻属不是单系种类(monophyletic),鱼腥藻属种类的分子水平具有明显的异质化(heterogeneous)。而束丝藻形成三个类群:水华束丝藻(Aphanizomenon flos-aquae)、依沙束丝藻(Aph.issatschenkoi)及柔细束丝藻(Aph.gracile),但三个类群与部分鱼腥藻混合形成亲缘关系较近的类群。因此,一个更为合理的、全面、准确的鱼腥藻与束丝藻分类系统急待重新确定
