Promotion System and Challenges of Agro-Healing Policy in Korea
In modern society, stress levels have been rising due to various factors, such as the increase in depression and suicide rates, particularly exacerbated by the phenomenon known as the “Corona Blues” which emerged after the COVID-19 pandemic. To address these challenges, Europe has been actively promoting agro-healing, a therapeutic approach that combine agricultural with healing to restore both mental and physical wellbeing. This strategy not only leverages farms and rural landscapes for health benefits but also contributes to rural income generation. This study focuses on the policies, systems, and challenges associated with the promotion of agro-healing in Korea. The primary objectives are as follows: first, to systematically review the institutions, policies, and legislation related to agro-healing as implemented by the Korean government; second, to identify the challenges and barriers currently facing Korea's agro-healing initiatives; and third, to analyze the operational status of healing farms and their program offerings within the country. ENERGY BUDGETS OF HALIOTIS DIVERSCICOLOR AQUATILIS FED BY GRACILARIACEAE LICHENIODES AND FORMULA FEED

【英文摘要】 The energy budgets of Haliotis diverscicolor aquatilis fed by Gracilariaceae licheniodes and formula feed were studied in this paper. There was no significantly different diurnal oxygen consumption rate of H. diversicolor aquatilis between the two groups (P>0.05). The absorption efficiency of the two feeds groups was not significantly different (P>0.05), while the feed coefficient,protein efficiency ratio,gross growth efficiency were significantly different (P<0.05). Facial Asymmetry Analysis Based on Temporal Changes in Landmarks and 3D Structure
口唇裂は胎児の成長過程で唇が正常に形成されない先天異常であり,複数回の外科手術が行われる.本論文では,その手術の前後で顔の非対称性を定量的に評価するための手法を提案する.はじめに,疑似動画像の作成方法を述べる.次に,動画像を解析する方法を二つ述べる.一つは,フレーム間マッチングによって顔のランドマーク点の移動方向を検出し,それをベクトルで表すことによって表情の非対称性を解析する方法である.もう一つは,口唇部の領域を分割し,各小領域の重心座標によって形状の非対称性を解析する方法である.提案手法を疑似動画像に適用した結果,比較手法より高い精度でランドマーク点のマッチングを行えること,および感覚的な評価に矛盾しない非対称性評価を行えることが確認できた.We propose a method for the facial asymmetry analysis using a video image of 3D point cloud. First, we describe how to create pseudo video image. Secondly, we evaluate the asymmetry in two ways. One is the analysis based on the temporal changes of the face landmarks obtained by the matching process, which evaluates how asymmetrical the lip movement is. In the matching process, face landmarks in different frames are corresponded by comparing FPFH values. The other is the analysis based on the center of gravity, which evaluates how asymmetrical the lip shape is. We applied our method to ten pseudo video images. As an experimental result, it is shown that our method can match face landmarks with higher accuracy and the result of the asymmetry analysis does not contradict our sense.journal articl
Facial Symmetry Analysis Based on Extraction of Lip Region from 4D Data
本論文では,口唇裂の手術前後で顔の左右対称性を定量的に評価することを目的とし,3次元点群に時間的な変化を加味した4次元データを用いた画像処理手法を提案する.口唇裂の症状が現れる口唇領域に注目するため,同領域を色彩処理によって抽出する.抽出した領域の左右を比較し,左右対称性の数値を算出する.以上の手法を,3次元点群に人工的な時系列変化を加えて作成した4次元データと実際の4次元データに適用した結果,口唇領域を良好に抽出できること,および口唇領域の時間的な動きを反映した左右対称性の数値を計算できることを確認した.We propose an image processing method using 4D data (3D point cloud containing temporal changes) to quantitatively evaluate facial symmetry before and after cleft lip surgery. The lip region is extracted based on color information to focus on the cleft lip deformity. Symmetry values are calculated by comparing the left-right difference of the lip region.
