超声心动图监测45例法布雷病患者心脏早期受累的特征分析
目的分析45例临床确诊的法布雷病(AFD)患者的临床特征,同时应用超声心动图二维斑点追踪技术(2D-STE)评估法布雷病患者应变图像,以期探索法布雷患者心脏早期受累在超声心动图(UCG)上的表现。方法本研究为观察性研究。共纳入确诊为AFD的患者45例,根据UCG测量左室壁有无肥厚,分为左室壁肥厚组(17例,室间隔或左室后壁厚度≥12 mm)和无左室壁肥厚组(28例)。收集患者基线资料,并对所有患者进行常规UCG检查及二维斑点追踪超声心动图分析。应用TomTec工作站分析超声心动图图像,比较两组的临床基线资料、UCG常规参数及心肌应变特征。结果本研究共纳入45例AFD患者,年龄(32.33±16.11)岁,其中男性27例(60.00%)。左室壁肥厚组17例(37.78%),无左室壁肥厚组28例(62.22%)。45例患者的左室射血分数(LVEF)均正常(>50%)。与无左室壁肥厚组相比,左室壁肥厚组患者的靶器官受累比例明显增加。与无左室壁肥厚组相比,左室壁肥厚组患者的E/A,平均E/E'明显升高(P<0.05);左室壁肥厚组的整体、心肌层、心内膜以及各节段的纵向应变(LS),周向应变(CS)及径向应变(RS)的差异均无统计学意义(P 值均>0.05)。AFD患者心肌层的整体和各节段LS、CS的绝对值均低于心内膜的对应值(P 值均<0.05)。AFD患者的中间段的LS、RS绝对值较基底段和心尖段高(P 值均<0.05)。结论早期收缩功能障碍与左室壁厚度无明显关系。2D-STE心肌应变可以早期监测AFD室壁肌层受累较心内膜严重,而中间段受累较心尖段和基底段轻
Study of "Mianzi": a Psychological Perspective
从心理学的角度来看,面子的实质就是个体的声望、成就、社会形象、个体能力的表达载体,是个体努力维护的一种公众形象。学者们通常采用社会调查法、问卷调查法和实验法来开展面子的研究。主要的研究焦点包括:(1)丢面子、争面子、留面子;(2)面子对个体心理和行为的影响;(3)面子的跨文化研究。面子问题应当引起心理学者的重视,开发其有效的测评工具,并将其置于文化背景下进行考察。The essence of "Mianzi" is the individual efforts to maintain a public image which is the vector of individual reputation, achievements, social image, and individual ability from the psychological point of view. Social survey, questionnaire and experimentation are the three main methods to carry out the related study. The study focus of "Mianzi" mainly includes: (1) losing face, gaining face and saving face; (2) the influence of face on individual psychology and behavior; (3) the cross-cultural research. 基于Oliver与Pharr方法的纳米压痕实验以其简单方便获得广泛的应用,但众多因素对压痕实验结果的影响范围并无明确的结论.其中压痕接触面积的确定是一个重要环节,该因素对实验结果,特别是小深度下的实验结果具有重要影响.仔细分析了Oliver与Pharr方法并进行了几种材料的纳米压痕实验,针对该方法在接触深度确定、不同深度范围下方法的适用性进行了说明.分析结果表明,对所有的材料使用统一的面积公式,只有在大压痕深度时才是适用的,而在小压痕深度时可能带来较大的误差.因此,应慎重使用由Oliver与Pharr方法得到的小压痕深度的硬度数据

Effects of Morinda officinalis-containing serum on the m RNA expression of C-FOS and Cbfa1 in osteoblast and osteoclast co-cultured system
目的观察不同浓度巴戟天含药血清对体外培养成骨-破骨细胞共育体系中原癌基因(C-fOS)、核心结合因子(CbfA)1 MrnA表达的影响。方法提取24 H内新生Sd乳鼠颅盖骨分离培养成骨细胞,采用5周龄Sd大鼠双侧股骨、胫骨的骨髓基质细胞,加入集落细胞刺激因子(M-CSf)和细胞核因子κb受体活化因子配体(rAnkl)诱导培养破骨细胞。采用碱性磷酸酶(AlP)染色鉴定成骨细胞,抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TrAP)染色、骨吸收陷窝甲苯胺蓝染色、电镜扫描等鉴定破骨细胞,体外建立成骨-破骨细胞共育体系,设置低、中、高三种浓度巴戟天含药血清组和不含药血清组,干预3 d后提取各组总rnA,应用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(rT-PCr)方法测定各组C-fOS、CbfA1 MrnA表达量。结果不同浓度巴戟天含药大鼠血清对成骨-破骨细胞共育体系C-fOS有抑制作用,对CbfA1 MrnA的表达有促进作用。高浓度含药血清组两者的表达差异显著(P<0.05,P<0.000 1)。结论巴戟天含药血清可抑制成骨-破骨细胞共育体系C-fOS的表达,促进CbfA1 MrnA的表达,从而达到降低破骨细胞分化成熟及骨吸收活性,促进骨形成。Objective To observe the effects of the serum of Morinda officinalis( RMO) on the expression of C-FOS and core binding factor Alpha1( Cbfa1) in osteoblast and osteoclast co-cultured system.Methods Osteoblasts were separated from the cranium of 24 hours newborn SD rat.Bone marrow cells were harvested from bilateral femora and tibiae of five weeks old SD rat,and M-CSF and RANKL were used to induce osteoclast formation.Osteoblast cells were confirmed by alkaline phosphatase( ALP) stain,osteoclast cells were confirmed by tartrate resistant acidphos phatase( TRAP) stain,Toluidine blue stain and bone resorption assay.Osteoblast and osteoclast co-cultured system was established in vitro.Low,middle,high concentrations of serum RMO and control groups were set.Total RNA was extracted after intervention 3 days,C-FOS and Cbfa1 mRNA expression were measured by real-time PCR.Results Different concentrations serum of RMO had inhibitory effect on the expression of C-FOS and enhance the mRNA expression of Cbfa1 mRNA,and the function on both indicated a statistically significant difference at high concentration( P<0.05,P<0.000 1).Conclusions The serum of RMO could down-regulate the expression of C-FOS and up-regulate Cbfa1 mRNA in osteoblast and osteoclast co-cultured system,consequently reduce osteoclast differentiation and activity of bone resorption,enhance bone formation.国家自然科学基金资助项目(No.81272168); 福建省医学创新课题资助项目(No.2012-CXB-32
Do Major Shareholders Prop Up Listed Firms:From the Perspective of the Stock Pledge of Major Shareholders
李常青,厦门大学管理学院教授、博士生导师,管理学博士;曾敏,厦门大学财务管理与会计研究院博士研究生;陈泽艺,广东金融学院副教授,管理学博士。【中文摘要】既有研究发现大股东除扮演“监督”和“掏空”角色外,还会对公司进行积极的“支持”但针对后者的实证研究可能面临度量误差问题。利用股权质押的特殊性质,采用大股东质押私人股权后借款给上市公司的子样本,可有效缓解上述内生性问题。研究发现:大股东有强烈的动机支持处于融资困境且与自身利益密切相关的公司。支持行为具有显著正向的市场反应,并有效提升了上市公司的价值。其作用机制系支持行为缓解了公司资金营运压力,减少了应付账款和降低了现金-现金流敏感性;对外传递了信号效应,降低了公司债务融资成本和扩大了公司债务融资规模。此外,支持行为对于公司价值的正向影响具有长期持续性。
【Abstract】Previous studies have found that major shareholders not only play the role of “supervision” and atunneling”,but also actively “prop up” the company. However,empirical research on the latter are prone to measurement errors. This endogenous problem can be effectively alleviated by tapping into the special nature of stock pledge from the perspective of major shareholders borrowing money and then lending it to listed firms. The study finds that major shareholders have a strong motivation to prop firms those are in financing difficulties and those are closely related to their own interests. Propping has a significant positive market reaction and effectively improves the firm value. The mechanism is that the propping relieves the pressure on the firm's capital operations and reduces accounts payable and cash-cash flow sensitivity ; meanwhile,the propping transmits the signal effect,reduces the corporate debt financing cost and expands the corporate debt financing scale. 分辨率对DOAS测量二硫化碳影响的研究
差分光学吸收光谱技术(DOAS)由于易操作,耗费低,且具有高准确性和高分辨率等优点,非常适合对大气中难闻的有毒气体二硫化碳(CS2)进行实时监测。在DOAS测量过程中,分辨率的选择直接决定了CS2测量准确度。文章主要研究了分辨率对CS2被检测到的特征吸收结构形状的影响,以及CS2差分吸收截面随分辨率的变化趋势,从而确定了分辨率对CS2的最低可检测浓度的影响。通过研究分辨率与光强的关系,确定了分辨率与信噪比(S/N)的函数关系式,得出了DOAS测量CS2的最佳信噪比范围为0.41~0.50nm(FWHM)。在此范围既能够实现对CS2的准确定性定量分析(五种标样线性相关性r=0.999 9,测量10次的相对标准偏差小于0.3%),又能达到对CS2测量所需要的高灵敏度,高选择性和适用的时间分辨率同时保证了CS2具有区别于其他物质的特征吸收结构。最后对北京市丰台区的CS2进行了实时、连续地监测,取得了良好的效果
