Role of NF-κB Signal Pathway in the Innate Immune System of Fish

nf-κb(nuClEAr fACTOrκb)是一种广泛存在的核转录因子。经不同刺激信号激活后,参与多种免疫反应相关基因的表达调控,对鱼类先天性免疫调节起着十分重要的作用。对鱼类nf-κb的结构、功能及其信号传导途径进行概述,并对nf-κb信号通路在鱼类先天性免疫调节中的作用进行综述。NF-κB(Nuclear factor κB)as an ubiquitously expressed nuclear transcription factor, involves in regulating the expression of immune-related genes after activation by a variety of stimuli and thus plays a very important role in the innate immune system of fish.It reviewed the structure, function and the signal pathway of fish NF-κB.Furthermore, we reviewed the role of NF-κB signal pathway in the innate immune system in fish.国家自然科学基金项目(41276102); 教育部“长江学者和创新团队发展计划”创新团队(IRT0941
