"Featured Items"Research in Undergraduate Teaching Evaluation

伴随着高等教育大众化，经济全球化的发展态势，我国许多高校陷入了办学趋同化的误区之中，为了改变这种千校一面的情况，政府主导的本科教学评估特意设置“特色项目”，以引导高校办出自己的特色。本文在分析本科教学工作水平评估的政策目标、评估方案以及评估程序的基础上，对本科教学工作水平评估的“特色项目”的由来、概念、评估依据、创建过程进行理论探讨。再以2007年参加全国本科教学工作水平评估的其中50所高等学校的特色项目为研究对象，对其进行类别统计、数据统计等，并对得出的结论进行分析和探讨，在此过程中，将加入访谈所提取的信息，以完善“特色项目”的研究。本科教学评估的“特色项目”中存在一些问题，笔者将分析原因，...With the popularization of higher education and development of economic globalization, many colleges deep into an error of assimilation. Democratization Process of the Internal Management in Russian Colleges and Universities——Based on the Comparative Study of the Soviet Union and Russia

苏联解体后,伴随俄罗斯的政治经济体制变革,俄联邦也对高等教育进行了全面改革,扩大高校自主权是其中重要举措之一。本文从学校领导体制、经费管理、课程管理等方面分析了俄罗斯高校内部管理的民主化进程,并指出民主化进程中存在的经费短缺、内部管理上校长权力缺乏有效制约等问题。因此,一方面要加大政府经费投入,另一方面要继续推进高校民主化管理。After the disintegration of the Soviet Union,with Russian political and economic system reform,the Russian Federation also reformed the higher education;one of the important measures is to expand colleges and universities' autonomy.This article analyzed the democratization process of the internal management of Russian colleges and universities from the perspective of school leadership structure,fund management,curriculum management and so on,it noted some problems existing in the democratization process such as shortage of funds, lack of effective constraints to the principal authority.Therefore,on one hand,we need to increase government funding;on the other hand,we must continue to push forward the democratization management of colleges
